优选地,第一行星齿轮组和第二行星齿轮组分别构造为负传动比齿轮组,其中,第二行星齿轮组沿径向设置在第一行星齿轮组之外。尤其是由于第二行星齿轮组的第一元件与第一行星齿轮组的第三元件之间的永久连接,这样的布置结构有利于沿轴向紧凑的构造。
根据一种优选方案,各切换元件中的至少一个切换元件与驱动轴同轴设置。在此,余下的切换元件与所述行星齿轮组***同轴设置。通过这种分布能将变速器的轴向结构长度优化到最小。
尤其优选地,第二切换元件和/或第四切换元件与驱动轴同轴设置。通过这种设置可实现变速器的沿轴向尤其紧凑的构造。
第三切换元件和/或第五切换元件与行星齿轮组***同轴地并且在轴向上设置在第二正齿轮组与行星齿轮组***之间同样有利于变速器的在轴向上短的构造。
优选地,第一切换元件与行星齿轮组***同轴地设置,确切地说设置在第二正齿轮组的背离行星齿轮组***的那个端侧上。这种设置同样有利于变速器的在轴向上短的构造。
优选地,第一切换元件和/或第三切换元件构造为形锁合的切换元件。形锁合的切换元件在闭合状态中通过形锁合建立连接,而在打开状态中突出优点为比力锁合切换元件更低的拖曳损失。通过在打开状态中低的拖曳损失,变速器的效率提高。按照一种替代的实施方式,第一切换元件和/或第三切换元件可以构造为力锁合的摩擦切换元件,该摩擦切换元件的摩擦片仅具有无衬片的摩擦面。换句话说,摩擦切换元件的每个摩擦片的盘形基体不具有安装在摩擦片上的摩擦衬片。然而,可以对这样的摩擦切换元件的个别或全部摩擦片的摩擦面进行热处理,例如氮化。这样的摩擦切换元件设计用于高的单位面积压力,并且因此可以构造成具有小的摩擦面以及少量的摩擦片。由此,这样的切换元件的拖曳损失在打开状态中可以减少。
优选地,本变速器具有包括不旋转的定子和可旋转的转子的电机,其中,该转子与驱动轴永久作用连接或能够可切换地作用连接。在此,永久连接或可切换的连接可以构造为直接连接或构造为间接连接。在构造为间接连接时,转子通过固定的传动比、例如通过附加的行星齿轮组永久地或可切换地连接到驱动轴上,其中,该行星齿轮组的一个元件固定成不旋转的。例如该行星齿轮组的太阳轮可永久地固定成不旋转的,其行星架可与驱动轴连接并且其齿圈可与电机的转子连接,使得该转子的转速与驱动轴转速相比增大。通过电机可以扩展变速器的功能,从而该变速器适合于混合动力车辆的动力总成***。将转子连接到驱动轴上允许在借助电机驱动混合动力车辆时使用全部的挡位。
按照一种特别优选的实施形式,转子与如下的正齿轮相连接或可连接,该正齿轮与所述两个正齿轮组之一的一个正齿轮直接地、或通过一个或多个中间齿轮或通过一中间轴、特别优选地与第二正齿轮组的一个正齿轮作用连接。因此,电机可以简单地设置成轴线平行于驱动轴,由此能够实现变速器的沿轴向特别紧凑的构造。通过中间齿轮的连接可以改善啮合的声学。
本变速器可以具有扭转减振器,该扭转减振器设计用于对扭转振动减振并且优选设置在驱动轴的两个区段之间的作用连接中。这样由变速器外部的驱动单元产生的朝向正齿轮组的扭转振动可以被减振。
原则上,起动元件(例如液力变矩器或摩擦离合器)可以按已知的方式连接于变速器上游。这样的起动元件也可以是变速器的整体的组成部分。起动元件在变速器用在机动车动力总成***中时能够通过如下方式实现起动过程,即,能够实现内燃机与从动轴之间的打滑状态。优选地,然而这样的起动元件通过如下方式构造在变速器之内,即,第一切换元件构造为摩擦切换元件。通过第一切换元件的打滑运行,在第一挡位中和倒挡中可实现起动过程。因此可以省去单独的起动元件。如果第一切换元件构造为形锁合的切换元件,或该切换元件不允许准确地调整打滑状态,则在起动时可以通过第三切换元件为沿前进方向的起动过程以及通过第四切换元件为沿倒退方向的起动过程实现打滑状态,所述第三切换元件或第四切换元件为此可以构造成合适的力锁合切换元件。
本变速器可以是机动车动力总成***的组成部分。动力总成***除了变速器外还包括内燃机,该内燃机通过扭振减振器而与变速器的驱动轴旋转弹性地相连接或可连接。在驱动轴与内燃机之间可以设置一分离离合器,该分离离合器可以是变速器的组成部分。变速器的从动轴与差速器在驱动作用上连接,该差速器与机动车的车轮作用连接。如果变速器具有电机,则动力总成***能够实现机动车的多种驱动模式。在电动行驶运行中,机动车由变速器的电机驱动。在以内燃机运行中,机动车由内燃机驱动。在混合驱动运行中,机动车既由内燃机、又由变速器的电机驱动。
“永久连接”是指两个元件之间始终存在的连接。这样永久连接的元件始终以其转速之间的相同的相关性旋转。在两个元件之间的永久连接中不可能存在切换元件。因此,永久连接不同于可切换的连接。永久不可相对旋转的连接是指两个元件之间始终存在的连接并且其连接的元件因此始终具有相同的转速。
术语“闭合切换元件”在形成挡位方面理解为如下过程,在该过程中这样操控切换元件,使得该切换元件在关闭过程的结尾传递高数值的转矩。形锁合的切换元件在“闭合状态”下不允许转速差,而在力锁合的切换元件中在“闭合状态”下希望或不希望可能在切换元件半部之间形成小的转速差。

具体实施方式
图1示出按照本发明的变速器G的一个实施例。变速器G包括一个带有两个行星齿轮组P1、P2的行星齿轮组***PS、一个第一正齿轮组ST1、一个第二正齿轮组ST2、一个驱动轴GW1和一个从动轴GW2。行星齿轮组***PS相对于从动轴GW2同轴地设置。从动轴GW2设置成轴线平行于驱动轴GW1。正齿轮组ST1、ST2设置用于连接这两个轴线平行的轴***。
行星齿轮组***PS的两个行星齿轮组P1、P2的特征在于其行星齿轮组元件的双重耦联。由此总共形成四个轴,所述四个轴按它们的转速顺序的次序称作第一轴W1、第二轴W2、第三轴W3和第四轴W4。径向内部的行星齿轮组P1的太阳轮是按转速顺序的第一轴W1的组成部分。径向外部的行星齿轮组P2的齿圈是按转速顺序的第二轴W2的组成部分。两个行星齿轮组P1、P2的行星架轴彼此连接并且是按转速顺序的第三轴W3的组成部分。径向外部的行星齿轮组P2的太阳轮与径向内部的行星齿轮组P1的齿圈连接并且是按转速顺序的第四轴W4的组成部分。
变速器G还包括五个切换元件,它们称作第一切换元件B1、第二切换元件B2、第三切换元件C1、第四切换元件C3和第五切换元件C4。第一切换元件B1示意性地构造为形锁合的切换元件并且在轴向上在第二正齿轮组ST2与从动轴齿部GW2A之间与从动轴GW2同轴设置。第二切换元件B2示意性地构造为力锁合的切换元件并且与驱动轴GW1同轴地设置在两个正齿轮组ST1、ST2之间。第三切换元件C1与从动轴GW2同轴设置并且在轴向上设置在行星齿轮组***PS与第二正齿轮组ST2之间。第四切换元件C3与驱动轴GW1同轴地设置并且在轴向上设置在两个正齿轮组ST1、ST2之间。在此,它也沿径向设置在第二切换元件B2之内。第五切换元件C4与从动轴GW2同轴地设置并且在轴向上设置在行星齿轮组***PS与第二正齿轮组ST2之间。
通过闭合第一切换元件B1,按转速顺序的第二轴W2被固定成不旋转的,其方式是所述第二轴可切换地与变速器G的壳体GG或者其他不旋转的构件连接。通过闭合第二切换元件B2,按转速顺序的第一轴W1被固定成不旋转的,其中,该不旋转的固定也锁止第一正齿轮组ST1。第一正齿轮组ST1的与驱动轴GW1同轴设置的那个正齿轮因此相对于驱动轴GW1构造成空套齿轮。通过闭合第三切换元件C1,在驱动轴GW1与按转速顺序的第四轴之间建立经由第二正齿轮组ST2引导的作用连接。通过闭合第四切换元件C3,在驱动轴GW1与按转速顺序的第一轴W1之间建立经由第一正齿轮组ST1引导的作用连接。通过闭合第五切换元件C4,在驱动轴GW1与按转速顺序的第二轴W2之间建立经由第二正齿轮组ST2引导的作用连接。
两个正齿轮组ST1、ST2具有彼此不同的传动比。为此,第一正齿轮组ST1的与驱动轴GW1同轴的正齿轮的齿直径小于第二正齿轮组ST2的也与驱动轴GW1同轴的那个正齿轮的齿直径。
图2示出行星齿轮组***PS的示例性转速图,与其构造无关。在该转速图中,在竖直方向上绘制了行星齿轮组***PS的四个轴W1、W2、W3、W4的转速。四个轴W1、W2、W3、W4之间的间距由参与的行星齿轮组的定轴传动比(Standgetriebeübersetzung)得到。所述示图仅用于理解并且不是按比例的。属于某一确定工作点的转速比能够通过直线连接。附加地,在转速图中示出切换元件B1、B2、C1、C3、C4和它们与四个轴W1至W4的配属关系,以及由此可能的挡位构成。
图3示出变速器G的换挡示意图。通过选择性地成对地闭合五个切换元件B1、B2、C1、C3、C4,可在驱动轴GW1和从动轴GW2之间实现六个挡位1至6。第一挡位1通过闭合第一切换元件B1和第三切换元件C1得到。第二挡位2通过闭合第二切换元件B2和第三切换元件C1得到。第三挡位3通过闭合第四切换元件C3和第三切换元件C1得到。第四挡位4通过闭合第五切换元件C4和第三切换元件C1得到。第五挡位5通过闭合第四切换元件C3和第五切换元件C4得到。第六挡位6通过闭合第二切换元件B2和第五切换元件C4得到。在驱动轴GW1和从动轴GW2之间的具有相同转动方向的挡位R1通过闭合第一切换元件B1和第四切换元件C3得到。
图4示意性示出机动车的动力总成***。内燃机VKM通过分离离合器K0与变速器G的驱动轴GW1连接,其中,电机EM与驱动轴GW1处于传动连接。这应仅被看作是示例性的。变速器G也可以构造成没有电机EM。在分离离合器K0与内燃机TS之间可以设置一个或多个扭转减振器。动力总成***也可以包括液力变矩器,该变矩器优选可以设置在分离离合器K0与第一正齿轮组ST1之间。这种变矩器也可以包括一跨接离合器。本领域技术人员将根据外部边界条件自由配置动力总成***的各个部件的设置结构和空间位置。从动轴GW2通过正齿轮齿部与差速器AG连接,施加在从动轴GW2上的功率可通过所述差速器分配到机动车的驱动轮上。

Claims (12)

1.用于机动车的变速器(G),其中,所述变速器(G)具有驱动轴(GW1)、从动轴(GW2)、第一和第二正齿轮组(ST1、ST2)、具有总共四个轴(W1、W2、W3、W4)的行星齿轮组***(PS)、第一切换元件(B1)、第二切换元件(B2)、第三切换元件(C1)、第四切换元件(C3)和第五切换元件(C4)以及壳体(GG),所述行星齿轮组***设置成轴线平行于所述驱动轴(GW1),
所述行星齿轮组***(PS)在轴向上设置在第一正齿轮组(ST1)和第二正齿轮组(ST2)之间,
所述行星齿轮组***(PS)的所述四个轴按它们的转速顺序的次序称作第一轴(W1)、第二轴(W2)、第三轴(W3)、第四轴(W4),
所述从动轴(GW2)与按转速顺序的第三轴(W3)永久连接,
通过闭合第一切换元件(B1),按转速顺序的第二轴(W2)能固定成不旋转的,
通过闭合第二切换元件(B2),按转速顺序的第一轴(W1)能固定成不旋转的,
通过闭合第四切换元件(C3),能在驱动轴(GW1)与按转速顺序的第一轴(W1)之间建立通过第一正齿轮组(ST1)引导的作用连接,
通过闭合第五切换元件(C4),能在驱动轴(GW1)与按转速顺序的第二轴(W2)之间建立通过第二正齿轮组(ST2)引导的作用连接,
其特征在于,
通过闭合第三切换元件(C1),能在驱动轴(GW1)与按转速顺序的第四轴(W4)之间建立通过第二正齿轮组(ST2)引导的作用连接,
所述第一正齿轮组(ST1)的与所述驱动轴(GW1)同轴设置的正齿轮具有比所述第二正齿轮组(ST2)的与所述驱动轴(GW1)同轴设置的正齿轮小的齿轮直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,通过选择性闭合所述五个切换元件(B1、B2、C1、C3、C4)能在所述驱动轴(GW1)与所述从动轴(GW2)之间形成至少六个挡位(1至6),其中,
第一挡位(1)通过闭合第一切换元件(B1)和第三切换元件(C1)得到,
第二挡位(2)通过闭合第二切换元件(B2)和第三切换元件(C1)得到,
第三挡位(3)通过闭合第四切换元件(C3)和第三切换元件(C1)得到,
第四挡位(4)通过闭合第五切换元件(C4)和第三切换元件(C1)得到,
第五挡位(5)通过闭合第四切换元件(C3)和第五切换元件(C4)得到,
第六挡位(6)通过闭合第二切换元件(B2)和第五切换元件(C4)得到。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,所述行星齿轮组***(PS)包括两个行星齿轮组(P1、P2),所述两个行星齿轮组各具有一个第一元件、一个第二元件和一个第三元件,其中,所述第一行星齿轮组(P1)的所述第一元件是按转速顺序的第一轴(W1)的组成部分,所述第二行星齿轮组(P22)的所述第三元件是按转速顺序的第二轴(W2)的组成部分,所述两个行星齿轮组(P1、P2)的所述第二元件彼此连接并且是按转速顺序的第三轴(W3)的组成部分,所述第一行星齿轮组(P1)的所述第三元件与所述第二行星齿轮组(P2)的所述第一元件彼此连接并且是按转速顺序的第四轴(W4)的组成部分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,所述第一和第二行星齿轮组(P12、P22)分别构造成负传动比齿轮组,所述第二行星齿轮组(P2)沿径向设置在所述第一行星齿轮组(P1)之外。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,各所述切换元件(B1、B2、C1、C3、C4)中的至少一个切换元件与所述驱动轴(GW1)同轴设置,余下的切换元件与所述行星齿轮组***(PS)同轴设置。
6.根据权利要求5的变速器(G),其特征在于,所述第二切换元件(B2)和/或所述第四切换元件(C3)与所述驱动轴(GW1)同轴设置。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,所述第三和/或所述第五切换元件(C1、C4)与所述行星齿轮组***(PS)同轴设置并且在轴向上设置在所述第二正齿轮(ST2)与所述行星齿轮组***(PS)之间。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,所述第一切换元件(B1)与所述行星齿轮组***(PS)同轴地设置在所述第二正齿轮组(ST2)的背离所述行星齿轮组***的那个端侧上。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,所述第一切换元件(B1)和/或所述第三切换元件(C1)构造成形锁合的切换元件或者构造成力锁合的摩擦切换元件,所述摩擦切换元件的摩擦片仅仅具有无衬片的摩擦面。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,所述变速器(G)包括具有不旋转的定子和可旋转的转子的电机(EM),所述转子与所述驱动轴(GW1)永久连接或者能可切换地连接,转子与驱动轴(GW1)之间的永久连接或可切换的连接构造成直接连接或者在中间连接固定的传动比的情况下构造成间接连接。
11.根据权利要求10所述的变速器(G),其特征在于,所述转子与下述正齿轮连接或者能连接,所述正齿轮直接地、通过一个或多个中间齿轮或者经由中间轴与所述两个正齿轮组(ST1、ST2)之一的正齿轮处于作用连接。
12.用于机动车的动力总成***,其中所述动力总成***具有内燃机(VKM)、根据权利要求1至11中任一项的变速器(G)以及与机动车的车轮连接的差速器(AG),其中,变速器(G)的驱动轴(GW1)通过扭转减振器(TS)直接或者通过分离离合器(K0)而与内燃机(VKM)旋转弹性地连接,并且变速器(G)的从动轴(GW2)与差速器(AG)形成传动作用连接。
