本发明涉及服装面料领域,特别涉及一种免洗面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
在日常生活中,衣服难免会沾油、咖啡、灰尘等污渍。这些污渍即影响衣服的正常使用,也为微生物提供了繁殖的环境。所以随着生活节奏的加快,以及追求高质量生活的要求,人们日益增长的穿着高标准、多要求对针织服装提出了更多更新的服装要求,功能性针织面料的开发及应用是当前针织工业的一个研究热点。如冬季针织保暖内衣大多厚重、清洗困难,多次清洗又会造成服用性能的损失且内衣在贴身穿着时极易滋生细菌,引起织物的降解和色变,危害人体健康。
目前,根据不同机理,开发免洗面料的途径主要有两种:一是光催化整理,二是超疏水表面整理。光催化免洗面料是利用纳米TiO2在紫外光下催化降解的机理,将其负载于面料可以制备出具有免洗面料功能的面料。光催化免洗面料可以节约大量的水资源并减少能源消耗,对环境的可持续发展有着巨大的贡献,在水资源日渐匮乏的今天显得尤为重要,因而有着巨大的发展前景和市场潜力。但由于纳米TiO2的光吸收范围及催化效率还不够理想,纳米TiO2颗粒与织物的相互作用较差,纳米颗粒易脱落等因素的影响,至今仍未有成熟的光催化免洗面料上市。超疏水免洗面料指水接触角大于150°的表面。研究发现,荷叶具有超疏水免洗作用是因为其表面有众多微米级的凸起,并且微米级凸起上存在着纳米级的绒毛,当雨水落到荷叶表面,会形成水珠,而不会浸润到表面,这就是 “荷叶超疏水效应”。而当水珠在荷叶上滑落时会带走荷叶表面的灰尘等污染物,就有了免洗效果。
现有技术如授权公告号为CN 103806262 B的中国发明专利,公开了一种自清洁羊毛面料的制备方法,将羊毛面料去杂质,用非离子洗涤剂清洗,然后预氧化,再用 Savinase蛋白酶处理;将处理后的羊毛面料浸渍在TiO2/SiO2混合溶胶中,干燥,固化;使用长链烷基硅烷配制有机硅烷改性溶液,将羊毛面料浸渍在有机硅烷改性溶液中,自然晾干,得到自清洁羊毛面料。该自清洁羊毛面料,自清洁效果好,效果持久,但是光催化效率和光吸收范围不够理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自清洁效果好,效果持久性强,光催化效率,对人体无害,制备方法简单的免洗面料及其制备方法。
本发明针对上述技术中提到的问题,采取的技术方案为:一种免洗面料,成分及其重量份为:棉纤维40~50份、涤纶22~28份、竹纤维10~15份、麻纤维10~15份。上述服装面料各成分配比合理,面料透气性好,易于上色,具有良好的穿着舒适性,对皮肤无刺激性、使人们穿着更健康。
一种免洗面料的制备方法,包括基布准备、基布前处理、硅溶胶制备、免洗面料制备、交联后处理,具体操作步骤为:
基布准备:按配方量称取棉纤维、涤纶、竹纤维、麻纤维,混合形成混合纤维,放入针织编织机,经电脑编织和设定的程式织造基布,经热水处理后再用冷水洗,烫斗熨平备用,该基布维表面含有大量活性位点,易于与SiO2颗粒结合,吸湿性强、手感柔软、穿着舒适,具有良好的挺括、耐磨、抗皱、保型的特性;
基布前处理:将基布用pH为7~10、质量浓度为25~35g/L的纤维素酶溶液在70~80℃下处理1~2h,再用质量浓度为8~12g/L的双氧水在50~70℃氧化处理20~40min,冷水清洗,烘干备用,纤维素酶溶液中含有0.001~0.003wt%的活性多肽,活性多肽的氨基酸序列为HSHACASYSRCYCRCLRCHPGCVNCYRCSR,该活性多肽能改变面料中纤维的渗透压,大大提高了纤维素酶溶液的润湿性能,使得蛋白酶能够更好的被吸附到面料的表面上,且无毒,对皮肤无刺激作用,不会影响面料的理化性能,该步骤可活化基布表面,增加纤维表面的官能团,增强纳米颗粒与纤维的结合牢度,纤维素酶是天然产品,能耗低,污水易处理,对环境危害小,较好地符合绿色环保要求;
硅溶胶制备:按重量份称取正硅酸乙酯4~6份、无水乙醇45~55份、氨水2~5份,在45~55℃下搅拌10~15h,即得硅溶胶,该硅溶胶具有独特的纳米多孔结构,它的孔隙率高,吸附性强,比表面积大,化学稳定好,SiO2颗粒表面含有大量的羟基基团,能够与纤维表面的羟基在氢键作用下吸附结合,使其能够结合在纤维表面,达到疏水效果;
免洗面料制备:将前处理后的基布浸入硅溶胶中,浴比为1:30~40,浸渍50~60min,二浸二轧,在75~85℃条件下烘干4~9min,然后110~130℃烘焙60~100s,即得免洗面料,溶胶在在纤维表面的精确组装,形成了具有特殊功能的透明的薄膜,薄膜粘附性极强,使面料具有超疏水性能,水在面料表面的接触角为140~150°,达到免洗的目的,提升织物的附加值,且水分子不容易通过,而气体分子可以通过,从而使织物具有拒水透气的效果,使人们在穿着的过程中感觉舒服;
交联后处理:将面料加入体积比为4~8:1的十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷和乙醇混合液进行交联处理4~8min,然后室温晾干,即得免洗面料,通过交联可使纳米SiO2颗粒固定在面料表面,提高纳米颗粒与面料之间的相互作用,使得纳米颗粒不易脱落,提高疏水性、耐水洗性,增强免洗效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明免洗面料具有超疏水性能,水在面料表面的接触角为150~160°,达到免洗的目的,提升织物的附加值,且水分子不容易通过,而气体分子可以通过,从而使织物具有拒水透气的效果,使人们在穿着的过程中感觉舒服,提高了面料档次、增加附加值,是增加产品多样性的一种有效途径,是完善产品性能、拓展其使用范围的重要方法,具有很大的商业价值,加工过程中能耗低,产生的污水易处理,对环境危害小,较好地符合绿色环保要求,利用推广。

一种免洗面料的制备方法,包括基布准备、基布前处理、硅溶胶制备、免洗面料制备、交联后处理,具体操作步骤为:
基布准备:按配方量称取棉纤维、涤纶、竹纤维、麻纤维,混合形成混合纤维,放入针织编织机,经电脑编织和设定的程式织造基布,经热水处理后再用冷水洗,烫斗熨平备用,该基布维表面含有大量活性位点,易于与SiO2颗粒结合,吸湿性强、手感柔软、穿着舒适,具有良好的挺括、耐磨、抗皱、保型的特性;

5)交联后处理:将面料加入体积比为6:1的十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷和乙醇混合液进行交联处理6min,然后室温晾干,即得免洗面料,通过交联可使纳米SiO2颗粒固定在面料表面,提高纳米颗粒与面料之间的相互作用,使得纳米颗粒不易脱落,提高疏水性、耐水洗性,增强免洗效果。
实施例3:
免洗面料性能测试:
将实施例1、实施例2的面料设为试验组,普通市售面料设为对照组,分别进行防性能测试。
面料与水的静态接触角测试:用视频接触角测量仪进行静态水接触角测试,每次水量为3μL,当水滴与织物接触60s后读数。在同一样品不同位置测量5次,取平均值,结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,本发明面料的接触角远远大于对照组,说明本发明面料疏水效果好,具有免洗效果。

Claims (9)

1.一种免洗面料,其特征在于:所述的面料的成分及其重量份为:棉纤维40~50份、涤纶22~28份、竹纤维10~15份、麻纤维10~15份。
2.一种免洗面料的制备方法,包括:包括基布准备、基布前处理、硅溶胶制备、免洗面料制备、交联后处理。其特征在于:所述的基布前处理步骤为:将基布用纤维素酶溶液处理,再用双氧水处理,冷水清洗,烘干。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种免洗面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的基布前处理步骤中纤维素酶溶液pH为7~10,质量浓度为25~35g/L,处理温度为70~80℃,时间为1~2h。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种免洗面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的基布前处理步骤中纤维素酶溶液中含有0.001~0.003wt%的活性多肽,活性多肽的氨基酸序列为HSHACASYSRCYCRCLRCHPGCVNCYRCSR。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种免洗面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的基布前处理步骤中双氧水用质量浓度为8~12g/L,处理温度为50~70℃,时间为20~40min。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种免洗面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的硅溶胶制备步骤为:按重量份取正硅酸乙酯4~6份、无水乙醇45~55份、氨水2~5份,在45~55℃下搅拌10~15h。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种免洗面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的免洗面料制备步骤为:将前处理后的基布浸入硅溶胶中,浴比为1:30~40,浸渍50~60min,二浸二轧,在75~85℃条件下烘干4~9min,然后110~130℃烘焙60~100s。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种免洗面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的交联后处理步骤为:将面料加入十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷和乙醇混合液进行交联处理4~8min,然后室温晾干。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种免洗面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的交联后处理步骤中十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷和乙醇的体积比为4~8:1。
