Abstract
本发明涉及一种乳化切削液的制作方法,由如下的步骤完成:(1)分别称取如下重量的各组分:矿物油15‑28份、硅酸盐11‑15份、油酸9‑14份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚5‑15份、磷酸酯9‑13份、钼酸钠4‑12份、乳化剂3‑9份和纯净水10‑20份;(2)将称取的矿物油、硅酸盐和油酸加入第一反应釜内并加热,得到第一混合物;(3)将称取的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、磷酸酯和钼酸钠加入第二反应釜内并加热,得到第二混合物;(4)将第一混合物和第二混合物加入第三反应釜内并加热,在恒温的条件下再加入乳化剂和纯净水并搅拌成乳状,最后冷却即可。本发明的有益效果是:解决了现有微乳化切削液存在的对不同铝合金加工缓释性差的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属切削技术领域,具体涉及一种乳化切削液的制作方法。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切削、打磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,在切削过程中的润滑作用,可以减小前刀面与切屑,后刀面与已加工表面间的摩擦,形成部分润滑膜,从而减小切削力、摩擦和功率消耗,降低刀具与工件坯料摩擦部位的表面温度和刀具磨损,改善工件材料的切削加工性能。通常使用润滑油或是使用煤油加润滑油来进行切削润滑与冷却,润滑性能好,但冷却性能差,且含有大量有机物,容易滋生细菌,污染环境。
发明内容
综上所述,为克服现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种乳化切削液的制作方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种乳化切削液的制作方法,由如下的步骤完成:
(1)分别称取如下重量的各组分:矿物油15-28份、硅酸盐11-15份、油酸9-14份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚5-15份、磷酸酯9-13份、钼酸钠4-12份、乳化剂3-9份和纯净水10-20份;
(2)将称取的矿物油、硅酸盐和油酸加入第一反应釜内并加热,得到第一混合物;
(3)将称取的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、磷酸酯和钼酸钠加入第二反应釜内并加热,得到第二混合物;
(4)将第一混合物和第二混合物加入第三反应釜内并加热,在恒温的条件下再加入乳化剂和纯净水并搅拌成乳状,最后冷却即可。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有的微乳化切削液相比,该微乳化切削液具有优良的防锈性、润滑性、特别对铝合金有极佳的缓蚀性,很好地解决了现有微乳化切削液存在的对不同铝合金加工缓释性差的问题。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进:
进一步,步骤(2)中加热到50℃。
进一步,步骤(3)中加热到50℃。
进一步,步骤(4)中加热到40℃,并在40℃恒温的条件下再加入乳化剂和纯净水并搅拌成乳状。

以下结合具体实施对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种乳化切削液的制作方法,由如下的步骤完成:
(1)分别称取如下重量的各组分:矿物油15份、硅酸盐11份、油酸9份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份、磷酸酯9份、钼酸钠4份、乳化剂3份和纯净水10份;
(2)将称取的矿物油、硅酸盐和油酸加入第一反应釜内并加热到50℃,得到第一混合物;
(3)将称取的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、磷酸酯和钼酸钠加入第二反应釜内并加热到50℃,得到第二混合物;
(4)将第一混合物和第二混合物加入第三反应釜内并加热到40℃,在40℃恒温的条件下再加入乳化剂和纯净水并搅拌成乳状,最后冷却即可。
实施例2
一种乳化切削液的制作方法,由如下的步骤完成:
(1)分别称取如下重量的各组分:矿物油20份、硅酸盐13份、油酸11份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚10份、磷酸酯11份、钼酸钠8份、乳化剂6份和纯净水15份;
(2)将称取的矿物油、硅酸盐和油酸加入第一反应釜内并加热到50℃,得到第一混合物;
(3)将称取的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、磷酸酯和钼酸钠加入第二反应釜内并加热到50℃,得到第二混合物;
(4)将第一混合物和第二混合物加入第三反应釜内并加热到40℃,在40℃恒温的条件下再加入乳化剂和纯净水并搅拌成乳状,最后冷却即可。
实施例3
一种乳化切削液的制作方法,由如下的步骤完成:
(1)分别称取如下重量的各组分:矿物油28份、硅酸盐15份、油酸14份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚15份、磷酸酯13份、钼酸钠12份、乳化剂9份和纯净水20份;
(2)将称取的矿物油、硅酸盐和油酸加入第一反应釜内并加热到50℃,得到第一混合物;
(3)将称取的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、磷酸酯和钼酸钠加入第二反应釜内并加热到50℃,得到第二混合物;
(4)将第一混合物和第二混合物加入第三反应釜内并加热到40℃,在40℃恒温的条件下再加入乳化剂和纯净水并搅拌成乳状,最后冷却即可。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种乳化切削液的制作方法,其特征在于,由如下的步骤完成:
(1)分别称取如下重量的各组分:矿物油15-28份、硅酸盐11-15份、油酸9-14份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚5-15份、磷酸酯9-13份、钼酸钠4-12份、乳化剂3-9份和纯净水10-20份;
(2)将称取的矿物油、硅酸盐和油酸加入第一反应釜内并加热,得到第一混合物;
(3)将称取的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、磷酸酯和钼酸钠加入第二反应釜内并加热,得到第二混合物;
(4)将第一混合物和第二混合物加入第三反应釜内并加热,在恒温的条件下再加入乳化剂和纯净水并搅拌成乳状,最后冷却即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乳化切削液的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中加热到50℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的乳化切削液的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中加热到50℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的乳化切削液的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中加热到40℃,并在40℃恒温的条件下再加入乳化剂和纯净水并搅拌成乳状。
