Abstract

本发明公开了一种乳化切削液,按照重量百分比计,包括以下组分:PH值调节剂10%~16%、表面活性剂12%~20%、极压剂5%~12%、基础油30%~45%、缓蚀剂1%~4%、水10%~25%。本发明所述的乳化切削液与现有的乳化切削液相比,具有较好的抗腐败发臭能力,且其良好的溶解稳定性能适应各种水质,避免了现有的乳化型切削液在硬水和软水中会出现分层现象,具有良好的抗硬水、软水能力,且在冬天低温下同样具有良好的溶解性,同时本发明的乳化切削液不含有对人体或环境产生不利影响的亚硝酸盐、有机酚等有毒化学品,是一种环保型的高效乳化切削液。

本发明涉及一种金属切削液,具体涉及一种乳化切削液。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属车、铣、镗、磨、钻等加工过程中,用来冷却润滑刀具和清洗工件并对之起防腐蚀效果的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经复合配置而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点。
但是,现有乳化型切削存在以下缺陷:
1、现有的乳化型切削液含油量比较高,容易导致产品表面易滋生细菌,存在夏天容易发臭的问题(切削液中的细菌主要有耗氧菌和厌氧菌,其中,耗氧菌生活在有矿物质的环境中,如水、切削液的浓缩液和机床漏出的油中,而厌氧菌生存在没有氧气的环境中,以每小时一***为二的速度生长,代谢释放出SO2气体,有臭鸡蛋味,使切削液变黑发臭),虽然可以加入杀菌剂来达到抑菌的作用,但是治标不治本,进而无法长期解决乳化液夏季发臭的现象。
2、在温度较低的情况下,由于乳化型切削液含油量比较高,容易凝结成块,难以溶解与稀释。
3、乳化切削液主要用于铝合金加工中,而现有乳化切削液的偏酸或偏碱、缓蚀性能不够,由于铝是一种活性金属,可以和水中的钙镁等金属离子发生反应,因此,容易造成铝件发黑。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种乳化切削液,能够同时解决发臭、难稀释的问题,且对铝合金加工有极佳的缓蚀效果,保证加工过程中铝合金不变色。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种乳化切削液,按照重量百分比计,包括以下组分:PH值调节剂10%~16%;表面活性剂12%~20%;极压剂5%~12%;基础油30%~45%;缓蚀剂1%~4%;水10%~25%。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述阴离子表面活性剂的重量百分比为10%~18%,所述非离子表面活性剂的重量百分比为2%~4%。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述非离子表面活性剂为下述物质中的至少一种:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述阴离子表面活性剂为下述物质中的至少一种:混合油酸、妥尔油酸、蓖麻油酸、椰子油酸、脂肪醇硫酸酯盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸磺烷基酰胺、琥珀酸酯磺酸盐、脂肪醇硫酸盐。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述PH值调节剂为下述物质中的至少一种:单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺,三乙醇胺,二环己胺、环己胺,烷醇酰胺、脂肪醇酰胺。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述缓蚀剂为铝合金缓蚀剂。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述缓蚀剂为下述物质中的至少一种:硅酸盐、钼酸盐、膦羧酸、琉基苯并噻唑、苯并三氮唑及其衍生物、磺化木质素、酚醚磷酸酯、脂肪醇醚磷酸酯、酚醚磷酸酯钾盐、脂肪醇醚磷酸酯钾盐、月桂基磷酸酯钾盐、异十三醇醚磷酸酯钾盐、月桂基磷酸酯、异十三醇醚磷酸酯、改性磷酸酯。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述极压剂为下述物质中的至少一种:氯化石蜡、氯化脂肪酸、硫化烯烃、硫化猪油、磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三乙酯、磷酸三丁酯、亚磷酸二正丁酯、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、二烷基二硫代磷酸盐。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述基础油为下述物质中的至少一种:环烷基基础油、中间基基础油、石蜡基基础油、聚α烯烃、10号白油、大豆油、棉籽油、菜籽油、蓖麻油、亚麻油、葵花籽油、氧化大豆油、蓖麻油酸酯、季戊四醇油酸酯、硬脂酸丁酯、硬脂酸异辛酯。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明中,通过PH值调节剂将乳化切削液的PH值调节为9.0~9.2,使乳化切削液的PH值稳定在最佳值,这样不仅能有效抑制细菌的滋生繁殖避免切削液发臭的问题,同时能有效保护加工的有色金属避免其被腐蚀。另外,通过加入缓蚀剂,使乳化切削液本身具有较强的微生物稳定机制,能有效抑制细菌增长,对细菌和霉菌具有抵抗能力,降低金属被腐蚀的机率,且本发明所述乳化切削液降低了基础油或油性剂的含量,进一步避免含油量较高导致产品表面易滋生细菌,存在夏天易臭、冬天难溶解与稀释的问题。
2、本发明中,乳化切削液中的缓蚀剂具有一定的络合能力,能络合水中金属杂质避免其干扰的,同时表面活性剂的复配提高了其乳化能力,形成了颗粒极小的乳液。通过协同效应,能够全面提升抗硬水能力,避免了现有乳化切削液在硬水和软水中会出现分层现象,难以溶解与稀释的问题。同时增加极压剂,大幅度提高乳化切削液的润滑性、减少摩擦磨损、防止烧结、提高加工精度及光洁度、有效的保护刀具模具。
3、本发明中,通过PH值调节剂使乳化切削液的PH值维持为9.0~9.2,同时与铝合金缓蚀剂配合,使乳化切削液在切割铝合金材料时,不会出现发黑问题,保持了铝合金切割面的光洁度和美观性。
4、本发明的乳化切削液不含有对人体或环境产生不利影响的亚硝酸盐、有机酚等有毒化学品,是一种环保型的高效乳化切削液。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。本发明对其加入量进行限定,只是便于本发明的实施,并不说明在本发明所限定的范围外不能实施。
本发明提供一种乳化切削液,按照重量百分比计,包括以下组分:
其中,表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂的组合,且所述阴离子表面活性剂的重量百分比为10%~18%,所述非离子表面活性剂的重量百分比为2%~4%。
PH值调节剂为单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺,三乙醇胺,二环己胺、环己胺,烷醇酰胺、脂肪醇酰胺,异丙醇胺,特殊胺中的一种或者几种的混合物,通过PH值调节剂将乳化切削液的PH值调节为9.0~9.2(如切削液PH值大于9.8时,切削液容易对人体皮肤产生刺激作用,导致操作者皮肤过敏和有色金属腐蚀现象,从而使切削液的润滑性能下降,降低生产加工的效率。当切削液PH值小于8.5,容易滋生细菌,导致在工件的切削液的腐败,影响切削液的防锈性,影响设备的使用寿命和加工工件的表面质量),使乳化切削液的PH值稳定在最佳值,这样不仅能有效抑制细菌的滋生繁殖避免切削液发臭的问题,同时能有效保护加工的有色金属避免其被腐蚀。
非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯中的一种或几种混合物。由于非离子表面活性剂在溶液中不是以离子状态存在,所以它的稳定性高,不易受强电解质存在的影响,也不易受酸、碱的影响,与其他类型表面活性剂能混合使用,相容性好,在各种溶剂中均有良好的溶解性,在固体表面上不发生强烈吸附。且非离子表面活性剂有良好的耐硬水能力,有低起泡性的特点。
阴离子表面活性剂为混合油酸、妥尔油酸、蓖麻油酸、椰子油酸、脂肪醇硫酸酯盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸磺烷基酰胺、琥珀酸酯磺酸盐、脂肪醇硫酸盐中的一种或几种混合物。其具有分散、乳化、泡沫、润湿的性能,可以降低乳化***中的界面张力,阻止絮凝,打碎胶团,改善遮盖力,流动性和流平性,解决了现有乳化切削液在温度较低的情况下,容易凝结成块,造成难以溶解与稀释的问题。
缓蚀剂为铝合金缓蚀剂,由含氮氧化合物的杂环化合物和含磷化合物中的一种或一种以上物质组成。具体为硅酸盐、钼酸盐、膦羧酸、琉基苯并噻唑、苯并三氮唑及其衍生物、磺化木质素、酚醚磷酸酯、脂肪醇醚磷酸酯、酚醚磷酸酯钾盐、脂肪醇醚磷酸酯钾盐、月桂基磷酸酯钾盐、异十三醇醚磷酸酯钾盐、月桂基磷酸酯、异十三醇醚磷酸酯、改性磷酸酯中的一种或几种混合物。通过加入缓蚀剂,使乳化切削液本身具有较强的微生物稳定机制,能有效抑制细菌增长,对细菌和霉菌具有抵抗能力,降低金属被腐蚀的机率,解决了现有乳化切削液容易发臭、变质的问题。
所述极压剂为下述物质中的至少一种:氯化石蜡、氯化脂肪酸、硫化烯烃、硫化猪油、磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三乙酯、磷酸三丁酯、亚磷酸二正丁酯、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、二烷基二硫代磷酸盐。其能与接触的金属表面起反应形成高熔点无机薄膜以防止在高负荷下发生熔结、卡咬、划痕或刮伤,可大幅度提高切削液的润滑性、减少摩擦磨损、防止烧结、提高加工精度及光洁度、有效的保护刀具模具。
所述基础油或油性剂为下述物质中的至少一种:环烷基基础油、中间基基础油、石蜡基基础油、聚α烯烃、10号白油、大豆油、棉籽油、菜籽油、蓖麻油、亚麻油、葵花籽油、氧化大豆油、蓖麻油酸酯、季戊四醇油酸酯、硬脂酸丁酯、硬脂酸异辛酯。本发明所述乳化切削液降低了基础油或油性剂的含量(传统的乳化液中基础油的含量要大于60%,配方中不含水,通过添加皂类添加剂,使油分散在水中。所以,乳化液又称为皂化液。我司通过增加极压剂来保证降低基础油后切削液的润滑性能,从而降低切削液的发臭,配方中增加水含量来加强切削液的水溶性),进一步避免含油量较高导致产品表面易滋生细菌,存在夏天易臭、冬天难溶解与稀释的问题。

同时,本发明还提供乳化切削液的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1.常温下,向反应釜中加入适量的水;
步骤S2.加入PH值调节剂、缓蚀剂进行搅拌反应;搅拌5-8分钟,直至缓蚀剂完全溶解;
步骤S3.加入极压剂,搅拌5-10分钟;
步骤S4.加入基础油,搅拌5-10分钟;
步骤S5.加入表面活性剂,搅拌后使产品呈透明液体,产品即成型。
优选的,上述投料间隔为8分钟,搅拌速度为60转/分钟。
相比于眼下大部分生产厂家需要进行生产中间体相比,本发明所述乳化切削液的生产方法完全不需要中间体,而是一次性不间断投料加工直至产品成型为止,有效的提高了生产效率,避免了不必要的化学原料的浪费和减少了对环境的污染。
以下结合具体实施方式介绍本发明所述的乳化切削液。

1.润滑性能测试
环圈磨耗试验:利用磨耗试验及测定金属接触部分的磨耗面积来评价油品,磨耗面积越小,则润滑性能越优异,本试验采用标号为S-45C的碳钢,试验切削液的浓度为:20倍。所述润滑性能测试结果见表2。

2.防锈性能测试
铸铁粉试验:用己烷和丙酮将铸铁粉FC-200的粉屑洗净、干燥,讲滤纸放置于直径为90mm的浅底盘,取10克的FC粉末置于滤纸上并导入各试料液将其完全浸泡为止,5分钟后,倒干试料,放置于室内,观察是否有生锈情况发生。所述防锈性能测试结果见表3。

3.耐腐败性能测试
PH值测定法:取相同份量的切削液,边搅拌边将0.1N盐酸溶液滴入各试料液中,至切削液的PH值达到8.5为止,再根据滴入盐酸溶液的量评价PH维持性,盐酸滴入的量越多,则表示PH维持性及腐败性能优异,本次试验切削液的浓度为:50倍。所述耐腐败性能测试结果见表4。

4.铝缓蚀性能测试
将同等大小的铝件完全浸没在500g试料液中,观察铝件表面现象。所述铝缓蚀性能测试结果见表5。

5.消泡性能测试
5.1搅拌式起泡试验
将试料液500g倒入搅拌机,搅拌30秒后,测量刚停止时的泡沫高度,及测量泡沫消失到页面所需的时间,本次试验切削液的浓度为:20倍。所述搅拌式起泡试验结果见表6。

5.2均质混合器起泡试验
使用均质混合器,将各试料液500g倒入烧杯中,搅拌5分钟后,测量刚停止时的泡沫高度,及测量泡沫消失到液面所需时间。本次试验切削液的浓度为:20倍。所述搅拌式起泡试验结果见表7。

由表1至表7可知,本发明提供的乳化切削液与现有的乳化切削液相比,具有较好的抗腐败发臭能力,且其良好的溶解稳定性能适应各种水质,避免了现有的乳化型切削液在硬水和软水中会出现分层现象,具有良好的抗硬水、软水能力,且在冬天低温下同样具有良好的溶解性,同时本发明的乳化切削液不含有对人体或环境产生不利影响的亚硝酸盐、有机酚等有毒化学品,是一种环保型的高效乳化切削液。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围之内。本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

Claims (10)

1.一种乳化切削液,其特征在于,按照重量百分比计,包括以下组分:
PH值调节剂10%~16%;
表面活性剂12%~20%;
极压剂5%~12%;
基础油30%~45%;
缓蚀剂1%~4%;
水10%~25%。
2.如权利要求1所述的乳化切削液,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂。
3.如权利要求2所述的乳化切削液,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂的重量百分比为10%~18%,所述非离子表面活性剂的重量百分比为2%~4%。
4.如权利要求3所述的乳化切削液,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为下述物质中的至少一种:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯。
5.如权利要求3所述的乳化切削液,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为下述物质中的至少一种:混合油酸、妥尔油酸、蓖麻油酸、椰子油酸、脂肪醇硫酸酯盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸磺烷基酰胺、琥珀酸酯磺酸盐、脂肪醇硫酸盐。
6.如权利要求1所述的乳化切削液,其特征在于,所述PH值调节剂为下述物质中的至少一种:单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺,三乙醇胺,二环己胺、环己胺,烷醇酰胺、脂肪醇酰胺。
7.如权利要求1所述的乳化切削液,其特征在于:所述缓蚀剂为铝合金缓蚀剂。
8.如权利要求7所述的乳化切削液,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂为下述物质中的至少一种:硅酸盐、钼酸盐、膦羧酸、琉基苯并噻唑、苯并三氮唑及其衍生物、磺化木质素、酚醚磷酸酯、脂肪醇醚磷酸酯、酚醚磷酸酯钾盐、脂肪醇醚磷酸酯钾盐、月桂基磷酸酯钾盐、异十三醇醚磷酸酯钾盐、月桂基磷酸酯、异十三醇醚磷酸酯、改性磷酸酯。
9.如权利要求1所述的乳化切削液,其特征在于,所述极压剂为下述物质中的至少一种:氯化石蜡、氯化脂肪酸、硫化烯烃、硫化猪油、磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三乙酯、磷酸三丁酯、亚磷酸二正丁酯、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、二烷基二硫代磷酸盐。
10.如权利要求1所述的乳化切削液,其特征在于,所述基础油为下述物质中的至少一种:环烷基基础油、中间基基础油、石蜡基基础油、聚α烯烃、10号白油、大豆油、棉籽油、菜籽油、蓖麻油、亚麻油、葵花籽油、氧化大豆油、蓖麻油酸酯、季戊四醇油酸酯、硬脂酸丁酯、硬脂酸异辛酯。
