Abstract
本发明公开了一种高效复合型废气处理剂,包括以下重量分数的组分:10‑30份聚乙二醇、45‑50份三异丙醇胺、10‑20份纳米SiO2、40‑50份玛雅蓝粉末、10‑15份无水硫酸铜、10‑20分子筛、5‑10份单宁、20‑30份三氯化铁。本发明既可以吸附无机废气又能够吸附有机废气。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种废气处理剂,具体涉及一种高效复合型废气处理剂。
背景技术
气是大气污染的重要来源之一,是指人类在生产和生活过程中排出的有毒有害的气体。特别是化工厂、钢铁厂、制药厂,以及炼焦厂和炼油厂等,排放的废气气味大,严重污染环境和影响人体健康。各类生产企业排放的工业废气是大气污染物的重要来源。大量工业废气如果未经处理达标后排入大气,必然使大气环境质量下降,给人体健康带来严重危害,给国民经济造成巨大损失。工业废气中有毒有害物质可通过呼吸道和皮肤进入人体后,长期低浓度或短期高浓度接触可造成人体的呼吸、血液、肝脏等***和器官暂时性和永久性病变,尤其是苯并芘类多环芳烃能使人体直接致癌以引起人类的高度重视。
工业废气包括有机废气和无机废气。有机废气主要包括各种烃类、醇类、醛类、酸类、酮类和胺类等;无机废气主要包括硫氧化物、氮氧化物、碳氧化物、卤素及其化合物等;目前处理有机废气与无机废气的方式不同,吸附有机废气的吸附剂对无机废气吸附量少,吸附无机废气的吸附剂对有机废气的吸附量少。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是吸附剂的吸附对象单一,吸附效率低,目的在于提供一种高效复合型废气处理剂,解决吸附剂吸附对象单一的问题。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种高效复合型废气处理剂,包括以下重量分数的组分:10-30份聚乙二醇、45-50份三异丙醇胺、10-20份纳米SiO2、40-50份玛雅蓝粉末、10-15份无水硫酸铜、10-20分子筛、5-10份单宁、20-30份三氯化铁。
本发明设计了一种复合型吸附剂,既可以吸附无机废气又能够吸附有机废气,并且,无机废气与有机废气的吸附效率高;聚乙二醇用来吸收NO,具有良好的效果;三异丙醇胺能够有效处理SO2、NO、CO2、CO和有机废气等有害气体;纳米SiO2具有很强的吸附能力,能够吸附废气中的甲醛,它对甲醛不仅存在物理吸附,而且具有化学吸附,与甲醛形成了氢键或共价键,可以降低了废气中的甲醛含量;玛雅蓝粉末吸收甲醛、氨、苯、TVOC等极性气体化合物,吸附效率高;无水硫酸铜用于吸附废物中的水分;分子筛在化学工业中作为固体吸附剂,被其吸附的物质可以解吸,分子筛用后可以再生;单宁能够辅助吸附废气中重金属离子,降低废气中重金属物质含量,同时还能显著将其它有害物质;FCl3既能起到催化剂的作用,降低SO2和NO,同时又起吸收剂的作用。
一种高效复合型废气处理剂,包括以下重量分数的组分:20份聚乙二醇、48份三异丙醇胺、20份纳米SiO2、45份玛雅蓝粉末、13份无水硫酸铜、20分子筛、8份单宁、25份三氯化铁。本发明结合各种原料的成本及其作用,优选了对无机废气及有机废气同时具备良好吸附性的组分配比。
一种高效复合型废气处理剂,还包括10-20份竹炭纤维、5-10份香精。竹炭纤维具有除臭功能,香精具有清新气体的作用。
所述竹炭纤维为15份、香精为8份。本发明优选了各个组分的配比。
所述分子筛为碳分子筛。碳分子筛的主要成分为元素碳,外观为黑色柱状固体。因含有大量直径为4埃的微孔,该微孔对氧分子的瞬间亲和力较强,可用来分离空气中的氧气和氮气。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
1、本发明一种高效复合型废气处理剂既可以吸附无机废气又能够吸附有机废气;
2、本发明一种高效复合型废气处理剂对无机废气与有机废气的吸附效率高;
3、本发明一种高效复合型废气处理剂具有除臭及清新空气的作用。

实施例1
本发明一种高效复合型废气处理剂,包括以下重量分数的组分:10-30份聚乙二醇、45-50份三异丙醇胺、10-20份纳米SiO2、40-50份玛雅蓝粉末、10-15份无水硫酸铜、10-20分子筛、5-10份单宁、20-30份三氯化铁。
本发明设计了一种复合型吸附剂,既可以吸附无机废气又能够吸附有机废气,并且,无机废气与有机废气的吸附效率高;聚乙二醇用来吸收NO,具有良好的效果;三异丙醇胺能够有效处理SO2、NO、CO2、CO和有机废气等有害气体;纳米SiO2具有很强的吸附能力,能够吸附废气中的甲醛,它对甲醛不仅存在物理吸附,而且具有化学吸附,与甲醛形成了氢键或共价键,可以降低了废气中的甲醛含量;玛雅蓝粉末吸收甲醛、氨、苯、TVOC等极性气体化合物,吸附效率高;无水硫酸铜用于吸附废物中的水分;分子筛在化学工业中作为固体吸附剂,被其吸附的物质可以解吸,分子筛用后可以再生;单宁能够辅助吸附废气中重金属离子,降低废气中重金属物质含量,同时还能显著将其它有害物质;FCl3既能起到催化剂的作用,降低SO2和NO,同时又起吸收剂的作用。所述分子筛为碳分子筛。碳分子筛的主要成分为元素碳,外观为黑色柱状固体。因含有大量直径为4埃的微孔,该微孔对氧分子的瞬间亲和力较强,可用来分离空气中的氧气和氮气。

实施例3
基于上述实施例,一种高效复合型废气处理剂,包括以下重量分数的组分:20份聚乙二醇、48份三异丙醇胺、20份纳米SiO2、45份玛雅蓝粉末、13份无水硫酸铜、20分子筛、8份单宁、25份三氯化铁,还包括15份竹炭纤维、8份香精。本发明优选了各个组分的配比。

1.一种高效复合型废气处理剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量分数的组分:10-30份聚乙二醇、45-50份三异丙醇胺、10-20份纳米SiO2、40-50份玛雅蓝粉末、10-15份无水硫酸铜、10-20分子筛、5-10份单宁、20-30份三氯化铁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效复合型废气处理剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量分数的组分:20份聚乙二醇、48份三异丙醇胺、20份纳米SiO2、45份玛雅蓝粉末、13份无水硫酸铜、20分子筛、8份单宁、25份三氯化铁。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效复合型废气处理剂,其特征在于,还包括10-20份竹炭纤维、5-10份香精。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高效复合型废气处理剂,其特征在于,所述竹炭纤维为15份、香精为8份。
