本发明公开了一种适用于蚕丝织物的数字喷墨印花墨水,以重量份计,包括以下组分:活性染料15‑20份,聚乙烯甲基醚5‑8份,山梨糖醇酐塔尔油酸酯4‑8份,盐酸聚六亚甲基胍4‑8份,茶多酚2‑5份,保湿剂3‑6份,增溶剂3‑5份,pH调节剂0.5‑1份,水20‑25份。该墨水具有较强的稳定性,不会造成喷头堵塞、腐蚀;耐水洗性佳,蚕丝织物经该墨水印花后,印花色彩鲜艳,图案清晰,手感柔软并且该数字喷墨印花墨水安全健康,绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织助剂领域,特别是涉及一种用于蚕丝织物的数字喷墨印花墨水。
背景技术
纺织品的数字喷墨印花是指使用扫描仪、数码相机等手段,将需印花的图案以数字的形式输入计算机,经处理后将含有色素的墨水在计算机的控制下,按照设计要求,经由喷墨印花机喷嘴喷射到被印基质上,形成所需花纹图案。喷墨印花改变了传统印花方式中的花型制作繁琐费时,图案纹理单一粗糙的缺点,更能适应当下快速变化的市场节奏,受到人们越来越多的重视。
数字喷墨印花墨水按照使用的分散介质分,可分为水性墨水和溶剂性墨水,由于溶剂型墨水不符合绿色环保的要求,目前使用较为广泛的是水性墨水。数字喷墨印花按照色素分类,可以分为染料墨水和颜料墨水,染料墨水相较于颜料墨水的优势在于,染料墨水中的染料是以分子状态扩散到纤维中的,墨水具有较强的色彩表现力,从而使印制的图案更加的细腻逼真。
蚕丝织物具有柔和悦目的光泽、轻盈美丽的外观、平滑柔软的手感,深受广大消费者的喜爱。蚕丝织物的印花主要使用酸性染料,但是酸性染料的湿处理牢度往往很难达到要求,而活性染料是可以与蚕丝纤维以共价键结合的,由于共价键的键能远大于氢键、范德华力,因此使用活性染料进行印花可以具有更优的水洗牢度。
中国专利CN200510040115.4公开了一种数字喷墨印花墨水及其制备方法,发明以聚羧酸型高分子共聚物为分散剂和固着剂制备超细颜料墨水,将颜料分散剂及固着剂制成同一组分,喷墨印花后经过高温使颜料固着在纤维上获得需要的牢度,缩短了喷墨印花工艺流程。超细颜料墨水具有很好的分散稳定性以及储存稳定性,通过聚羧酸中的羧基与多元醇羟基发生酯化交联,使颜料粒子固着在基材上,具有需要的颜色牢度。但是颜料型喷墨印花墨水仍不如染料型墨水的色彩呈现度好,研发一种染料型的数字喷墨印花墨水具有使用性意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种适用于蚕丝织物的数字喷墨印花墨水,该墨水具有较强的稳定性,不会造成喷头堵塞、腐蚀;该墨水的耐水洗性佳,蚕丝织物经该墨水印花后,印花色彩鲜艳,图案清晰,手感柔软并且该数字喷墨印花墨水安全健康,绿色环保。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种适用于蚕丝织物的数字喷墨印花墨水,以重量份计,包括以下组分:
活性染料15-20份,聚乙烯甲基醚5-8份,山梨糖醇酐塔尔油酸酯4-8份,盐酸聚六亚甲基胍4-8份,茶多酚2-5份,保湿剂3-6份,增溶剂3-5份,pH调节剂0.5-1份,水20-25份。
其中,所述山梨糖酐塔尔油酸酯是由塔尔油酸与山梨醇酐制备而成。
优选的,所述保湿剂为山梨醇,1,3-丁二醇,壳聚糖或海藻酸钠中的一种或多种混合物。
优选的,所述增溶剂为异构十一烷醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠或顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠或两者的混合物。
优选的,所述增溶剂为异构十一烷醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠与顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠质量比2:1的混合物。
优选的,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸,偏酒石酸,碳酸氢钠或磷酸氢二钠中的一种或多种混合物。
本发明的墨水具有较强的稳定性,且耐水洗性佳,蚕丝织物经该墨水印花后,印花色彩鲜艳,图案清晰,手感柔软并且该数字喷墨印花墨水安全健康,绿色环保。

一种适用于蚕丝织物的数字喷墨印花墨水,以重量份计,包括以下组分:活性染料15份,聚乙烯甲基醚5份,山梨糖醇酐塔尔油酸酯4份,盐酸聚六亚甲基胍4份,茶多酚2份,保湿剂3份,增溶剂3份,pH调节剂0.5份,水20份。
其中,所述山梨糖酐塔尔油酸酯是由塔尔油酸与山梨醇酐制备而成。所述保湿剂为山梨醇。所述增溶剂为异构十一烷醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠。所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸。

其中,所述山梨糖酐塔尔油酸酯是由塔尔油酸与山梨醇酐制备而成。所述保湿剂为山梨醇,1,3-丁二醇,海藻酸钠的混合物。所述增溶剂为异构十一烷醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠与顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠质量比2:1的混合物。所述pH调节剂为偏酒石酸,碳酸氢钠混合物。

活性染料15-20份,聚乙烯甲基醚5-8份,山梨糖醇酐塔尔油酸酯4-8份,盐酸聚六亚甲基胍4-8份,茶多酚2-5份,保湿剂3-6份,增溶剂3-5份,pH调节剂0.5-1份,水20-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于蚕丝织物的数字喷墨印花墨水,其特征在于:所述山梨糖酐塔尔油酸酯是由塔尔油酸与山梨醇酐制备而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于蚕丝织物的数字喷墨印花墨水,其特征在于:所述保湿剂为山梨醇,1,3-丁二醇,壳聚糖或海藻酸钠中的一种或多种混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的适用于蚕丝织物的数字喷墨印花墨水,其特征在于:所述增溶剂为异构十一烷醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠或顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠或两者的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的适用于蚕丝织物的数字喷墨印花墨水,其特征在于:所述增溶剂为异构十一烷醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠与顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠质量比2:1的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的适用于蚕丝织物的数字喷墨印花墨水,其特征在于:所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸,偏酒石酸,碳酸氢钠或磷酸氢二钠中的一种或多种混合物。
