本发明涉及一种四防安全轮胎,包括导电胎面胶层、支撑胶层、轮胎防爆胶层以及记忆芯片,导电胎面胶层为在胎面中嵌入一条窄的导电橡胶,一直深入到内部冠带条或在胎面配方中增加碳纳米管或石墨烯导电特异材料,支撑胶层为轮胎成型时在胎侧的内壁贴覆一层断面呈半片柳叶形状的橡胶;轮胎防爆胶层为在轮胎接地胎面面内侧气密层的外侧增加一层防爆层;记忆芯片为在不影响轮胎性能的基础上,在轮胎胎侧部位植入特殊的芯片组织。胎面导电胎面配方,防静电效果优秀;植入芯片技术,可以随时追朔产品的信息;胎内一层高稳定性、高粘性的流质涂层,防止漏气;胎侧内壁增加了支撑胶,有效降低了刺穿伤对轮胎的损害,提高了轮胎的保气性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎制造领域,尤其涉及一种四防安全轮胎。
背景技术
现有的大多数轮胎不具有防***、防漏气、防静电性能,或者性能低下严重影响使用安全,胎侧***:由于胎侧极薄,在遇到路牙蹭刮和硬物挤压时,容易产生胎侧破裂而导致的爆胎,轻者无法继续行驶,重者导致车毁人亡的重大事故。刺扎漏气:轮胎在碾压到铁钉等锐物时,容易被扎穿,从而导致轮胎漏气,无法继续正常行驶,严重时会导致汽车方向失灵,造成行车事故。静电打火:现代轮胎配方中大量使用白炭黑,而白炭黑会导致轮胎导电性变差,汽车和轮胎在行驶中产生的大量静电无法及时导除,积累严重时会因打火而导致汽车自燃、加油站起火等严重事故,轻微的也会造成冬季开关车门时静电打手、行车电脑误报警等现象,车辆越高级越严重。例如在高速路上任何路段扎了胎,无法确保安全地行驶到下一个高速路服务区进行换胎修整,同时芯片植入无法保证正品产品,为轮胎的后期追溯提供依据。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种四防安全轮胎,以解决上述技术问题,为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种四防安全轮胎,包括导电胎面胶层、支撑胶层、轮胎防爆胶层以及记忆芯片,所述导电胎面胶层为在胎面中嵌入一条窄的导电橡胶,一直深入到内部冠带条或在胎面配方中增加碳纳米管或石墨烯导电特异材料,所述支撑胶层为轮胎成型时在胎侧的内壁贴覆一层断面呈半片柳叶形状的橡胶;所述轮胎防爆胶层为在轮胎接地胎面面内侧气密层的外侧增加一层防爆层;所述记忆芯片为在不影响轮胎性能的基础上,在轮胎胎侧部位植入特殊的芯片组织。
导电胎面胶层配方组分为在现有普通胎面配方体系中,添加1.5~5.5份碳纳米管或石墨烯材料,取代其中的炭黑成份2.5~15份。
轮胎防爆胶层的配方组分包括基体纯橡胶100份、炭黑60~100份、碳纳米管0~20份、环保型橡胶油5~10份、防老剂2~5份、活性剂2~5份、树脂2~10份、促进剂1.5~3.5份、硫化剂1~2份;其中基体橡胶由天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶组成,活性剂由纳米氧化锌和硬脂酸组成,炭黑为超耐磨炉法炭黑,碳纳米管为多壁碳纳米管、环保型橡胶油为工业级矿物油,促进剂为促进剂NOBS和促进剂DPG并用,防老剂为非污染型防老剂4020及防老剂RD两者并用,树脂为补强树脂,硫化剂为不溶性硫磺。
所述支撑胶层的配方组分包括基体纯橡胶100份、炭黑50~70份、环保型橡胶油2~5份、防老剂2~5份、活性剂2~5份、粘合剂2~4份、促进剂1.5~3.5份、硫化剂1~2份,其中基体橡胶由异戊橡胶和钕系顺丁橡胶组成,活性剂由纳米氧化锌和硬脂酸组成,炭黑为超耐磨炉法炭黑,环保型橡胶油为工业级矿物油,促进剂为促进剂NOBS和促进剂TIBTD并用,防老剂为非污染型防老剂4020及防老剂RD两者并用,硫化剂为不溶性硫磺。
所述记忆芯片将生产、检测以及原材料数据集中在芯片组织中,用于追朔产品的生产信息以及防止假冒伪劣商品。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的胎面导电胎面配方,防静电效果优秀;植入芯片技术,可以随时追朔产品的信息;胎内一层高稳定性、高粘性的流质涂层,防止漏气;胎侧内壁增加了支撑胶,有效降低了刺穿伤对轮胎的损害,提高了轮胎的保气性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
如图1所示,一种四防安全轮胎,包括导电胎面胶层1、支撑胶层2、轮胎防爆胶层3以及记忆芯片4,所述导电胎面胶层1为在胎面中嵌入一条窄的导电橡胶,一直深入到内部冠带条,既可以保持胎面原有的性能,又通过导电胶条将内部静电导至胎面外表,达到释放静电的目的,或在胎面配方中增加碳纳米管或石墨烯导电特异材料,明显提升胎面的导电性,能够及时导走静电,保障汽车的安全使用;所述支撑胶层2为轮胎成型时在胎侧的内壁贴覆一层断面呈半片柳叶形状的橡胶,由于胎侧支撑胶的厚度较大,使胎侧既能保持良好的曲挠吸震性能,又能能够抵抗硬物刮擦导致的***,即使产生了破损漏气,仍然可以依靠良好的支撑作用使汽车保持一定的行驶能力;所述轮胎防爆胶层3为在轮胎接地胎面面内侧气密层的外侧增加一层防爆层,该防爆层具有较强的抗刺穿性能,有效防止因轮胎刺扎引起的漏气爆胎等;所述记忆芯片4为在不影响轮胎性能的基础上,在轮胎胎侧部位植入特殊的芯片组织。,所述记忆芯片将生产、检测以及原材料数据集中在芯片组织中,用于追朔产品的生产信息以及防止假冒伪劣商品。

本发明的胎面导电胎面配方,防静电效果优秀;植入芯片技术,可以随时追朔产品的信息;胎内一层高稳定性、高粘性的流质涂层,防止漏气;胎侧内壁增加了支撑胶,有效降低了刺穿伤对轮胎的损害,提高了轮胎的保气性能。

1.一种四防安全轮胎,其特征在于,包括导电胎面胶层、支撑胶层、轮胎防爆胶层以及记忆芯片,所述导电胎面胶层为在胎面中嵌入一条窄的导电橡胶,一直深入到内部冠带条或在胎面配方中增加碳纳米管或石墨烯导电特异材料,所述支撑胶层为轮胎成型时在胎侧的内壁贴覆一层断面呈半片柳叶形状的橡胶;所述轮胎防爆胶层为在轮胎接地胎面面内侧气密层的外侧增加一层防爆层;所述记忆芯片为在不影响轮胎性能的基础上,在轮胎胎侧部位植入特殊的芯片组织。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种四防安全轮胎,其特征在于,导电胎面胶层配方组分为在现有普通胎面配方体系中,添加1.5~5.5份碳纳米管或石墨烯材料,取代其中的炭黑成份2.5~15份。
