背景技术
由于地垫类产品长期踩踏容易造成表面磨损严重、丝印脱落等影响美观,因此,地垫类产品的面层极少用印花、染色等传统侵染工艺方法来渲染图案。目前,大多数地垫类的产品的外观较为简单,产品通常为材料的本身颜色,没有经过额外的表面颜色处理。市面上的抗疲劳地垫产品,一般由PU革制成的表层、聚氨酯发泡制成的中间层、防滑网制成的底层等复合而成,受限于设备和生产工艺等因素,其结构和颜色均较为单一,产品表面色彩很难在产品一体成型的同时呈现多样的色彩纹路。对于制造地垫类产品的企业而言,要实现现有产品的表面结构形式和外观色彩多样化,需要投入更多的资金用于设备、工艺等,极大加重了企业的运营负担,增加了产品成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗疲劳地垫的表面外观处理工艺,此表面外观处理工艺步骤简单、各项参数容易控制、成本低廉、适用于工业化大规模生产。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种抗疲劳地垫,此抗疲劳地垫保持原有的抗疲劳效果,且表面造型美观、纹路色彩多样化,表面色彩层立体感强,地垫表面的色彩耐磨不易褪色,使用寿命长。
本发明解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。
本发明提出一种抗疲劳地垫的表面外观处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
上色:皮革具有相对的第一面和第二面,在第一面形成色彩层,色彩层的颜色区别于皮革本身的颜色。
裁切:将皮革按需要大小进行裁切。
一体成型:模具中具有用于使地垫表面成型的纹路结构,将裁切后的皮革放入模具中,皮革位于模具的纹路结构上。然后向模具中注入由发泡成型的弹性体配料,且使皮革的第二面成为与弹性体配料复合的接触面,熟化后得到半成品。
抛光:对半成品的接触表面进行抛光操作,除去接触表面的凸起平面上的色彩层,接触表面为地垫与使用者的接触面,形成接触表面的凸起平面和下凹平面的对比颜色。
本发明提出一种抗疲劳地垫,其根据上述的制备方法制备得到。
本发明的抗疲劳地垫及其表面外观处理工艺的有益效果是:
先在皮革层的表面形成与皮革基准色不同的色彩层,再进行后续的一体成型等工序,使得产品可以在一体成型的同时呈现多样的色彩。更为重要的是,先涂色后成型的工艺,可以更好地保证色彩层的附着性能。然后,在模具中设置纹路结构,在地垫一体成型的同时,使地垫的接触表面形成凹凸不平的图案纹路结构。继而通过对接触表面进行抛光,除去凸起平面上的色彩层,而接触表面上凹进去的纹路结构没有经过抛光,仍保留染色时的色彩,形成颜色上的差异。采用本发明的表面外观处理工艺,可以保证在一体化产品的同时,实现产品表层呈现多样色彩层次效果和纹路效果,且形成的色彩具有耐磨、不容易褪色的优点。制得的抗疲劳地垫产品既保持了原有的抗疲劳效果,又使得造型美观、纹路和色彩多样化,色彩立体感强,生产工艺简单,成本低廉,具有广阔的市场应用前景。

具体实施方式
为使本发明目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。本发明实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
下面对本发明实施例的抗疲劳地垫及其表面外观处理工艺进行具体说明。
本发明实施例提供的一种抗疲劳地垫的表面外观处理工艺,其包括以下步骤:
首先,以皮革作为抗疲劳地垫的表层,皮革具有相对的第一面和第二面,在皮革的第一面上形成色彩层,色彩层的颜色区别于皮革本身的颜色。
在本发明实施例中,皮革可以是PVC皮革、PU皮革等人造革,也可以是猪皮革、牛皮革等各类皮革。优选地,选用PVC皮革,PVC皮革的成本低廉,更容易在其表面形成立体的纹路和多样化的色彩。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,在皮革的第一面形成色彩层时,色彩层可以是单一的颜色,也可以是多种颜色。形成色彩层的方法为在皮革的表面滚压一层调色后的染料。优选地,至少重复两次或及以上的滚压的工序,以保证在皮革的表面形成色泽均匀、不易脱落的色彩层。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,色彩层的厚度为4~20μm,优选为5μm。色彩层的厚度适宜,能够使得色彩在抗疲劳地垫上更好地附着,进一步提升耐磨防脱落性能等。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,在皮革的第一面形成色彩层后,将皮革放入烘烤设备进行烘烤操作。优选地,烘烤设备的温度设置为45~55℃,烘烤时间为25~40s。进一步地,采用通过式烘干机,设置输送速度为5~7m/min。对上色后的皮革进行烘烤,能够加快染料的固化,使得色彩层和皮革的结合更为紧密,增加色彩层的耐磨性。
接着,将皮革按照需要大小进行裁切。具体地,将皮革按照地垫产品设计的规格大小裁剪成基础面状。优选地,控制裁切后的皮革的边缘大于模具边缘3~5cm。有效防止后续产品成型过程中发生配料漏边的现象。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,皮革裁切完成后,将皮革置入烘烤设备中进行烘烤。优选地,烘烤温度为110~150℃,烘烤时间为45~60s。更进一步地,烘烤温度为120℃,烘烤时间为60s。该步骤用于进一步加强色彩层与皮革的附着性能,且用于将皮革内部的应力释放完成,避免后续过程中因温度变化等原因,造成皮革发生卷曲、翘边等不良现象。温度过低,则加强附着和应力释放效果较差,温度较高,例如超过150℃,容易将皮革烤焦。更进一步地,将皮革置于烘干设备中,按升温速率2~4℃/min升温至80~90℃保持2~3min,然后再以升温速率1~3℃/min升温至110~150℃烘烤45~60s。通过缓慢升温以及升温控制,使得色彩层和皮革的结合更为紧密,皮革内部的应力释放更为完全。
然后,选择需要成型的地垫产品的模具,固定好模具位置。模具包括上模和下模,下模中具有用于使地垫表面成型的纹路结构。例如,可以直接在下模中铣出具有镂空的纹路结构。将裁切后的皮革放入下模中,皮革位于下模的纹路结构上。纹路结构的设置能够使得发泡的弹性体配料在地垫产品一体化成型过程中,在地垫的表层形成纹路形状或者结构。可以理解的是,可以在下模中形成不同形状或构造的纹路结构,使地垫产品形成多样化的外观纹路。
然后向模具中注入由发泡成型的弹性体配料,且使皮革的第二面成为与弹性体配料复合的接合面,盖好上模后,熟化后得到半成品。即,在上述过程中,皮革的第一面上的色彩层与模样卡接触,皮革的第二面与弹性体配料接触,保证产品成型后,色彩层位于产品的表面。进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,将模具的温度设定为30~50℃,进一步地,模具的温度为38℃。该温度保证一体成型产品结构的稳定性,使用寿命延长至5~6年,且不会对色彩层造成破坏。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,注入弹性体配料的过程中,控制在8~12s内完成所述弹性体配料的喷射。例如控制在10s内完成喷射过程。弹性体配料可以选用聚氨酯发泡混合配料、丁腈橡胶发泡混合配料、聚缩醛发泡混合配料等。优选地,选用聚氨酯发泡混合配料,其能与皮革形成良好的结合,且制得的地垫产品抗疲劳效果优良。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,注入弹性体配料的过程中,控制在8~12s内完成弹性体配料的喷射。超过反应时间会造成配料不能很好地进行反应,或是导致熟化反应提前,影响地垫产品的成型后的弹性性能,进而影响产品的抗疲劳性能。此外,喷射时间过长,会导致发泡不均匀、回弹力不足以及空泡、凹陷等外观质量缺陷。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,弹性体配料在喷射完成后在3s内完成合模。合模时间对于熟化过程有重要影响,时间过长,会对熟化产生不良影响,降低弹性体配料与皮革的复合、导致产品抗疲劳性能下降等。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,完成合模后,弹性体配料在模具中的熟化时间为3~6min,更为优选地,熟化时间为4.5min。
熟化完成后,开模得到地垫的半成品。皮革和弹性体配料一体成型得到的半成品在其接触表面上形成凹凸不平的纹路结构,使其具有凸起平面和下凹平面。接触表面为地垫与使用者的接触面。对半成品的接触表面进行抛光操作,该接触表面即为皮革的第一面。抛光除去接触表面的凸起平面上的色彩层。凸起的纹路结构经过抛光,露出皮革本身的颜色,而凹下去的纹路结构没有经过抛光,仍然保持上色后形成的色彩层,形成凸起平面和下凹平面的颜色差异。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,对半成品的抛光过程中,采用抛光绒球作为抛光工具,在抛光绒球上喷洒稀释剂。稀释剂优选为油漆稀释剂、醇、醇的水溶液等,也可以选用丙酮、石油醚等。优选地,使用油漆稀释剂或酒精作为稀释剂,染料清除效果好,成本低,毒性小。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,对半成品的抛光过程中,抛光绒球施加在半成品的接触表面上,根据抛光绒球与接触表面的作用面积,用抛光绒球在接触表面按照接触面积与力的关系施加1.9N/cm2~2.80N/cm2的负载作用力操作。负载在接触表面的冲击力对于抛光效果具有重要影响,力度过轻则无法达到去除色彩层的效果,在皮革的表面产生严重的颗粒面,会在接触表面上形成黑色的印圈;力度过大,则会影响产品的亮泽度和美观效果,甚至引起产品表面的磨损。
更为优选地,抛光时,先用较小的力,例如使抛光绒球在接触表面上负载1.9N/cm2~2.0N/cm2的作用力,以1000~1200rpm/min的速度抛光20~30s后,再使抛光绒球在接触表面上负载2.3N/cm2~2.5N/cm2的作用力,以700~900rpm/min的速度抛光至完全去除接触表面的凸起平面上的色彩层。先施加较小的力,对色彩层进行一定的软化稀释作用,再施以适度的冲击力,很好地完成抛光操作。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,半成品完成抛光后,对半成品的接触表面进行固色处理。具体地,将固色剂喷洒在半成品的接触表面上。固色剂可以选用UV喷漆等。待接触表面的固色剂干燥后,将半成品进行固色烘干。烘干温度为70~80℃,烘干时间为30~40s。对产品进行固色处理后,能够保证产品的接触表面不容易褪色,多次踩踏摩擦后仍可以保持良好的色彩效果。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,完成固色后,对产品进行除味处理。具体地,将产品置于通风装置中排气48~72h。通风装置的排气量优选为30~50L/min。进行通风操作,有效去除异味。
进一步地,在本发明较佳实施例中,皮革的厚度为抗疲劳地垫的1/22~1/16。既保证地垫产品的抗疲劳效果,又方便在地垫产品表面形成多样化的纹路和色彩。
本发明实施例还提供一种抗疲劳地垫,其根据上述的表面外观处理工艺处理得到。此抗疲劳地垫由皮革和弹性发泡配料复合而成,在皮革的表面形成有纹路结构和多样化的色彩,保持原有的抗疲劳效果,造型美观、表面的纹路色彩多样化,且产品表面的色彩耐磨不易褪色,使用寿命长。同时,抗疲劳地垫表面的纹路结构能够进一步增加产品的抗疲劳效果,且纹路结构能够有效减少下凹平面中的色彩层与使用者接触,保持时间更长久。
以下结合实施例对本发明的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种抗疲劳地垫的表面外观处理工艺,其包括以下步骤:
上色:将PVC皮革表面滚压一层调色后的染料,形成色彩层,重复两次上述工序。将上色后的皮革进烤箱烘干,烤箱温度为45℃,过烤箱的时间为40s,PVC皮革的输送速度为6m/min。
裁切:将皮革按照地垫产品设计规格大小裁剪成基础面状,裁剪成型的皮革边缘大于模具边缘约4cm。
烘烤:将裁剪成型的皮革置入烤箱中,皮革过烤箱的时间为60s,烘烤温度为125℃。
一体成型:选择需要制作成型的地垫产品的模具,并固定好模具位置,模具的上模中具有用于使地垫表面成型的纹路结构。模具温度为38℃。将皮革铺设在模具的下模内,往模具中注入发泡成型的聚氨酯混合配料,控制在10s内完成聚氨酯混合配料的喷射,盖好上模,然后在3s内完成合模。聚氨酯混合配料在模具内的熟化时间为4.4min。得到如图1所示的半成品,在皮革2的第一面201上形成色彩层3,注入聚氨酯混合配料得到弹性体1,弹性体1复合于皮革2的第二面202。
抛光:开模,取出模具内成型的地垫半成品置于抛光平台上,用抛光机对表面皮革抛光作业。在抛光机的抛光绒球上喷洒酒精,并使得抛光绒球在接触表面按照面积计算负载2.5N/cm2的作用力于半成品上,除去半成品表面的色彩层。抛光后,皮革表面凹下去的纹路结构没有经过抛光机打磨,仍保留上色时的色彩层,凸起的平面上把原上色的色彩层打磨干净,形成颜色上的差异。
固色:对抛光后的产品进行固色。将固色剂喷雾般均匀喷洒在皮革表面上,待固色剂干燥后,将产品置于烘干箱内固色烘干,烘干箱温度设置为80℃,烘干时间为30s。
除味:将固色后的产品置于通风柜中,通风柜的排气量为30L/min,通风排气72h得到抗疲劳地垫。请参阅图2所示,抛光后的产品除去了部分色彩层3,色彩层3仅保留在皮革2凹进去的纹路结构中。实施例2
本实施例提供一种抗疲劳地垫的表面外观处理工艺,其基本与实施例1相同,所不同的是,在烘烤步骤中,按升温速率4℃/min升温至90℃保持2min,然后再以升温速率2℃/min升温至120℃烘烤60s。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种抗疲劳地垫的表面外观处理工艺,其基本与实施例1相同,不同之处在于,在抛光步骤中,先使得抛光绒球负载2.0N/cm2的作用力于半成品上,以1100rpm/min的速度抛光25s后,再使抛光绒球在接触表面上负载2.4N的作用力,以750rpm/min的速度抛光至完全去除半成品表面的色彩层。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种抗疲劳地垫的表面外观处理工艺,其基本与实施例1相同,所不同之处在于,在烘烤步骤中,按升温速率4℃/min升温至90℃保持2min,然后再以升温速率2℃/min升温至120℃烘烤60s。
以及,在抛光步骤中,先使得抛光绒球负载1.9N/cm2的作用力于半成品上,以1050rpm/min的速度抛光25s后,再使抛光绒球在接触表面上负载2.5N的作用力,以800rpm/min的速度抛光至完全去除半成品表面的色彩层。
试验例
将实施例1和实施例2制得的抗疲劳地垫置于40℃的烘箱中,放置72h,结果表明,实施例1和实施例3制得的抗疲劳地垫大致保持产品本身形态,产品表面发生轻微卷曲。实施例2和实施例4制得的抗疲劳地垫均保持产品本身的形态,未发生卷曲、翘边等不良现象,表明皮革内部应力释放完全。该测试表明,经过缓慢升温,先将皮革在较低的温度(90℃)下保持一段时间,然后在较高的温度下进行烘烤,能够进一步进行应力释放,以及加强色彩层的附着效果。
测定实施例1~4制得的抗疲劳地垫的色彩层的附着性能:
测试方法:将样品置入水中36h,取出样品后切割取样。用耐摩擦测试仪进行取样品的表层耐磨擦测试,在摩擦装置上负载500g的重物,擦洗次数为2500次。
测试结果表明,实施例4的抗疲劳地垫,仍保持原有的色彩。实施例1~3的抗疲劳地垫的色彩层均产生不同程度的微小的磨损,且磨损程度为:实施例1>实施例2>实施例3。
综上所述,本发明实施例的抗疲劳地垫的表面外观处理工艺能够在产品的表面形成层次化的色彩层,造型美观,表面的纹路色彩多样化,且色彩耐磨不易褪色,使用寿命长达5~6年。此表面外观处理工艺步骤简单、各项参数容易控制、成本低廉、适用于工业化大规模生产。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗疲劳地垫的表面外观处理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
上色:皮革具有相对的第一面和第二面,在所述第一面形成色彩层,所述色彩层的颜色区别于所述皮革本身的颜色;
裁切:将所述皮革按需要大小进行裁切;
一体成型:模具中具有用于使地垫表面成型的纹路结构,将裁切后的所述皮革放入所述模具中,所述皮革位于所述模具的纹路结构上,然后向模具中注入由发泡成型的弹性体配料,且使所述皮革的第二面成为与所述弹性体配料复合的接触面,熟化后得到半成品;
抛光:对所述半成品的接触表面进行抛光操作,所述接触表面为地垫与使用者的接触面,除去所述接触表面的凸起平面上的色彩层,形成所述接触表面的凸起平面和下凹平面的对比颜色;所述半成品抛光完成后,对所述半成品的所述接触表面进行固色处理;
其中,上色步骤中,在所述第一面形成色彩层后,还对所述皮革进行烘烤,烘烤温度为45~55℃,烘烤时间为25~40s;
裁切步骤中,所述皮革在裁切后,还进行烘烤操作,烘烤温度为110~150℃,烘烤时间为45~60s;
抛光步骤中,先使抛光绒球在接触表面上负载1.9N/cm2~2.0N/cm2的作用力,以1000~1200rpm/min的速度抛光20~30s后,再使抛光绒球在接触表面上负载2.3N/cm2~2.5N/cm2的作用力,以700~900rpm/min的速度抛光至完全去除接触表面的凸起平面上的色彩层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗疲劳地垫的表面外观处理工艺,其特征在于,一体成型步骤中,模具的温度为30~50℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗疲劳地垫的表面外观处理工艺,其特征在于,一体成型步骤中,注入所述弹性体配料的过程中,控制在8~12s内完成所述弹性体配料的喷射。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗疲劳地垫的表面外观处理工艺,其特征在于,所述弹性体配料在所述模具中的熟化时间为3~6min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗疲劳地垫的表面外观处理工艺,其特征在于,抛光步骤中,采用抛光绒球作为抛光工具,所述抛光绒球上具有稀释剂。
6.一种抗疲劳地垫,其特征在于,根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的表面外观处理工艺处理得到。
