疖疮病是由疖疮型点状气单胞菌引起的一种淡水鱼常见细菌性疾病,主要危害草鱼、青鱼、鲤鱼、团头鲂、鲢、鳙等鱼类。这几种鱼类都是我国淡水养殖主要的品种,产量每种多达几百万吨。一旦感染上疖疮病,给养殖户带来不可估量的损失。病变常发生在背部肌肉,背部***,用手轻按***处,肌肉失去弹性、质地较软,严重时病灶处出血发炎、溃烂。导致淡水鱼感染疖疮病的原因主要有很多:养殖密度过大、养殖水体水质过差、饲料营养不均衡、蛋白含量低等。这些原因都可能会导致淡水鱼患疖疮病。因此,有必要提供一种具有防治疖疮病功效淡水鱼饲料添加剂,提高淡水鱼的免疫力和存活率,预防淡水鱼养殖过程中患疖疮病造成的经济损失。中草药作为一种天然的抗生素替代品已经越来越受到关注,渔业生产实践也证明,中草药作为混饲剂或饲料添加剂在提高水产动物生产性能和饲料效率的同时,又能充分保证人体的健康,兼有药性和营养性的双重作用,是传统的化学合成饲料添加剂不可比拟的,尤其适用于当前水产养殖业的集约化、规模化生产的需要。因此,以中草药替代抗生素的添加剂将越来越受到人们的关注,它的用途前景也会更加广泛。但当前中药饲料添加剂的研究水平较低,制作工艺简单粗糙,产品科技含量较低,质量不够稳定,诸如此类问题严重制约着中药饲料添加的推广应用。
现有技术如授权公告号为CN 101049337 B的中国发明专利,公开了一种治疗疔疖疮痈的药物及其制备方法,它由以下重量配比的原料制成,蓖麻仁80-120、朱砂20-40、樟脑80-120、没药8-12、乳香8-12、冰片8-12、银朱40-80,该药物对治疗褥疮、臁疮、疔疖疮痈及轻度外伤浅表伤口特别是久不收敛的不愈伤口有奇效;它有聚脓拔毒、解毒、化毒、排毒和防止毒邪扩散的作用,能浸透腐烂的肌肤,有抗菌消炎,拔毒吸脓生肌的功效。其治疗作用迅速,病程短,无疤痕,治疗彻底,无毒副作用。但是该药物组合物制备过程仅仅是粉碎煎煮,药物药效发挥的效果有限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种原料来源广泛,原料有效成分利用率高,能够预防和治疗淡水鱼疖疮病,防治效果好,制备方法简单,使用方便的具有防治淡水鱼疖疮病功效的饲料添加剂及其用途。
本发明针对上述技术中提到的问题,采取的技术方案为:一种具有防治淡水鱼疖疮病功效的饲料添加剂,成分及其重量份为:山捻子20-30份、防己20-25份、五倍子13-17份、桂枝15-20份、蓖麻仁8-13份、忍冬藤7-11份、氟哌酸0.4-0.7份、磺胺甲基异恶唑0.1-0.2份。上述添加剂各成分之间配伍合理,中西药相结合,具有显著的协同增效效果,消除药物中的副作用,能最大限度地发挥各组分的功能,提升药物整体的对淡水鱼疖疮病的治疗效果;可以防御细胞外微生物及其毒素对机体的侵害,对疖疮病的病原菌具有显著的杀菌抑菌作用,能达到防治和预防淡水鱼疖疮病的目的,同时能促进疖疮病抗体的生成,提高淡水鱼的免疫力和抵抗力。
一种具有防治淡水鱼疖疮病功效的饲料添加剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
原料预处理:按配方量取山捻子、防己、五倍子、桂枝、蓖麻仁、忍冬藤,低温连续干燥后初粉碎至60-80目,然后超微粉碎至300-500目,即得药粉,备用,低温连续干燥工艺能够降低中草药中有效成分的挥发率,减少损失,经过初粉碎能够为超微粉碎提供一定细度的原料,使超微粉碎更加容易进行,提高超微粉碎的工作效率,降低能耗,节约生产能耗和成本,超微粉碎能够破坏中草药细胞壁,使细胞内有效的药物成分充分暴露出来,提高了药物的生物利用率、减少药物的用量,并且在一定程度上改善了颗粒的均匀性,使饲料添加剂更容易均匀分散在饲料中;
水提液制备:将药粉与水按重量比为1:8-13混合,再加入药粉重量0.006-0.009%的活性多肽,放入功率为280-320W的超声波中处理15-22min,然后加热至沸腾后煮沸40-60min,分离出煎煮液即为水提液,上述活性多肽的氨基酸序列为HSHACKLCVCVNCFCCGARVLHPGKLCVCNCSK,该活性多肽在电荷作用下,能展开平行排列在细胞膜表面或形成颗物,利用疏水作用和分子张力作用改变细胞膜的表面张力,形成跨膜电势差而导致膜损伤,使药粉细胞内的有效药物成分快速释放出来;
添加剂制备:将混合液过滤,滤液中加入配方量氟哌酸和磺胺甲基异恶唑,然后干燥,即得具有防治淡水鱼疖疮病功效的饲料添加剂,该添加剂能提高机体免疫力,提高机体耐缺氧能力,消除自由基,具有刺激宿主非特异性抗性、免疫特异反应的特性;可以防御细胞外微生物及其毒素对机体的侵害,对疖疮病的病原菌具有显著的杀菌抑菌作用,达到防治和预防淡水鱼疖疮病的目的。
一种具有防治淡水鱼疖疮病功效的饲料添加剂的用途:将该饲料添加剂直接添加在饲料中进行投喂,添加量为饲料重量的0.2-0.4%,饲料添加剂的加入使得该饲料具有清热解毒、杀菌抗菌的作用,能够消灭进入淡水鱼体内的病原体和寄生虫,具有防治疖疮病的效果,而且能提高淡水鱼自身的免疫能力和抗病能力。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明的添加剂能提高机体免疫力,提高机体耐缺氧能力,消除自由基,具有刺激宿主非特异性抗性、免疫特异反应的特性;可以防御细胞外微生物及其毒素对机体的侵害,对疖疮病的病原菌具有显著的杀菌抑菌作用,达到防治和预防淡水鱼疖疮病的目的;添加该饲料添加剂的饲料能够消灭进入淡水鱼体内的病原体和寄生虫,具有防治疖疮病的效果,而且能提高淡水鱼自身的免疫能力和抗病能力,提高淡水鱼的养殖成活率,增大养殖收益。
具体实施例
下面通过实施例对本发明方案作进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种具有防治淡水鱼疖疮病功效的饲料添加剂,成分及其重量份为:山捻子25份、防己22份、五倍子15份、桂枝17份、蓖麻仁10份、忍冬藤9份、氟哌酸0.5份、磺胺甲基异恶唑0.15份。上述添加剂各成分之间配伍合理,中西药相结合,具有显著的协同增效效果,消除药物中的副作用,能最大限度地发挥各组分的功能,提升药物整体的对淡水鱼疖疮病的治疗效果;可以防御细胞外微生物及其毒素对机体的侵害,对疖疮病的病原菌具有显著的杀菌抑菌作用,能达到防治和预防淡水鱼疖疮病的目的,同时能促进疖疮病抗体的生成,提高淡水鱼的免疫力和抵抗力。

2)水提液制备:将药粉与水按重量比为1:10混合,再加入药粉重量0.008%的活性多肽,放入功率为300W的超声波中处理19min,然后加热至沸腾后煮沸50min,分离出煎煮液即为水提液,上述活性多肽的氨基酸序列为HSHACKLCVCVNCFCCGARVLHPGKLCVCNCSK,该活性多肽在电荷作用下,能展开平行排列在细胞膜表面或形成颗物,利用疏水作用和分子张力作用改变细胞膜的表面张力,形成跨膜电势差而导致膜损伤,使药粉细胞内的有效药物成分快速释放出来;
3)添加剂制备:将水提过滤,滤液中加入配方量氟哌酸和磺胺甲基异恶唑,然后干燥,即得具有防治淡水鱼疖疮病功效的饲料添加剂,该添加剂能提高机体免疫力,提高机体耐缺氧能力,消除自由基,具有刺激宿主非特异性抗性、免疫特异反应的特性;可以防御细胞外微生物及其毒素对机体的侵害,对疖疮病的病原菌具有显著的杀菌抑菌作用,达到防治和预防淡水鱼疖疮病的目的。

一种具有防治淡水鱼疖疮病功效的饲料添加剂,成分及其重量份为:山捻子22份、防己24份、五倍子14份、桂枝18份、蓖麻仁8份、忍冬藤10份、氟哌酸0.4份、磺胺甲基异恶唑0.2份。
一种具有防治淡水鱼疖疮病功效的饲料添加剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)按配方量取山捻子、防己、五倍子、桂枝、蓖麻仁、忍冬藤,低温连续干燥后初粉碎至65目,然后超微粉碎至300目,即得药粉,备用,低温连续干燥工艺能够降低中草药中有效成分的挥发率,减少损失,经过初粉碎能够为超微粉碎提供一定细度的原料,使超微粉碎更加容易进行,提高超微粉碎的工作效率,降低能耗,节约生产能耗和成本,超微粉碎能够破坏中草药细胞壁,使细胞内有效的药物成分充分暴露出来,提高了药物的生物利用率、减少药物的用量,并且在一定程度上改善了颗粒的均匀性,使饲料添加剂更容易均匀分散在饲料中;
2)将药粉与水按重量比为1:12混合,再加入药粉重量0.009%的活性多肽,放入功率为300W的超声波中处理17min,然后加热至沸腾后煮沸45min,分离出煎煮液即为水提液,上述活性多肽的氨基酸序列为HSHACKLCVCVNCFCCGARVLHPGKLCVCNCSK,该活性多肽在电荷作用下,能展开平行排列在细胞膜表面或形成颗物,利用疏水作用和分子张力作用改变细胞膜的表面张力,形成跨膜电势差而导致膜损伤,使药粉细胞内的有效药物成分快速释放出来;

一种具有防治淡水鱼疖疮病功效的饲料添加剂的制备方法为:按配方量取山捻子、防己、五倍子、桂枝、蓖麻仁、忍冬藤,低温连续干燥后初粉碎至80目,然后超微粉碎至500目,将所得药粉与水按重量比为1:9混合,再加入药粉重量0.009%的活性多肽,放入功率为280W的超声波中处理16min,然后加热至沸腾后煮沸55min,分离出煎煮液即为水提液,过滤,滤液中加入配方量氟哌酸和磺胺甲基异恶唑,然后干燥,即得具有防治淡水鱼疖疮病功效的饲料添加剂。
一种具有防治淡水鱼疖疮病功效的饲料添加剂的用途:将该饲料添加剂直接添加在饲料中进行投喂,添加量为饲料重量的0.4%。
