Technical Field
The invention relates to an engine rocker arm, in particular to a rocker arm with an oil storage tank.
Background
With the rapid development of the automobile industry, people put higher and higher requirements on the dynamic property and economy of an automobile engine, and the automobile engine is promoted to develop towards the directions of high strength, high speed, low oil consumption, low emission and long service life, so that higher requirements are put forward on part products. The valve rocker is used as one of key parts of an automobile engine, and aims of improving the wear resistance, reducing the friction coefficient, reducing the weight, prolonging the service life and the like are pursued by the design and the manufacture of the valve rocker.
The general valve rocker consists of two parts, wherein the main body is a rocker arm body, and the other part is a needle bearing; the needle roller bearing consists of three parts, namely a roller, a pin shaft and a needle roller, wherein the needle roller and the roller of the bearing are supported by the pin shaft, and the pin shaft of the bearing is riveted with the rocker arm body, so that the typical structure of the rocker arm is provided.
The roller bearing is contacted with the cam, and rotates along with the cam and transmits power to the valve through the rocker arm so as to reduce friction coefficient and improve service life, but a pin shaft of the rocker arm bearing is riveted with the rocker arm, and the roller pin and the roller are covered on the pin shaft.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at overcoming the defects of the prior art and provides the rocker arm with the oil storage groove.
The scheme is realized by the following technical measures:
the rocker arm with the oil storage tank comprises a rocker arm body and a needle bearing fixed on the rocker arm body, wherein the oil storage tank is arranged in a region, corresponding to the needle bearing, of the inner side surface of the rocker arm body.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention: the relation between the distance H of the oil storage tank and the distance H of the inner wall of the rocker arm is as follows: h/h=1.1-1.3.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention: the needle roller bearing comprises a pin shaft, a needle roller and a roller; the rolling pin is sleeved on the pin shaft; the roller is sleeved on the roller pin.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention: the rocker arm body is provided with the inclined plane on the inside wall of oil storage tank top.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention: the radius of the oil storage tank is R, the inner diameter of the roller is R, the outer diameter of the roller is M, and M is more than R.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention: the width of the roller pin is L1, the width of the roller is L2, and L1 is less than L2.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention: the pin shaft can rotate relative to the rocker arm body.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention: the roller comprises a body part and a step part; the step part is arranged at the outer side of the roller; the width of the step part is L3, the width of the body part is L2, and L3< L2.
The beneficial effects of the scheme can be known according to the description of the scheme, because the oil storage groove is arranged on the inner side of the rocker arm in the scheme, lubricating oil can be conveniently reserved in the oil storage groove, and the continuous lubricating effect on the needle roller bearing is achieved; the relation between the distance H of the oil storage tank and the distance H of the inner wall of the rocker arm is as follows: h/h=1.1-1.3, the arrangement can ensure that the distance width is proper and the roller movement range of the needle roller bearing is not too large; the inclined plane is arranged on the inner side wall of the rocker arm body above the oil storage tank, so that lubricating oil can conveniently flow into the oil storage tank; the arrangement relation of the radius R of the oil storage tank and the inner diameter of the roller is R, and the outer diameter of the roller is M, so that the effective lubrication of the roller pin and the roller part of the roller pin bearing by the lubricating oil can be ensured; the roller pin is L1 in width, the roller pin is L2 in width and L1 is less than L2, the weight of the roller pin bearing can be reduced, meanwhile, oil storage in a certain space can be formed in the roller pin, and good lubrication effects of the roller pin and the roller pin are ensured; the roller comprises a body part and a step part; the step part is arranged at the outer side of the roller; the width of the step part is L3, the width of the body part is L2, and the arrangement mode of L3< L2 can reduce the weight of the roller, and simultaneously, an oil storage space is formed outside the roller, so that the storage amount of lubricating oil is increased, and the lubricating effect of the roller and the roller pin is further ensured; the pin shaft can rotate relative to the rocker arm body in a setting mode that the pin shaft and the rocker arm body are in rolling friction, friction resistance is reduced, and response speed and flexibility of the rocker arm are improved.

as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, in the embodiment, an oil storage tank is arranged at a position corresponding to the needle bearing inside the rocker arm body, the upper end vertical opening of the oil storage tank extends to the top end and the lower end of the rocker arm body to be arc-shaped, the radius of the oil storage tank is R, the inner diameter of the roller is R, the outer diameter of the roller is M, and M > R; the relation between the distance H of the oil storage tank and the distance H of the inner wall of the rocker arm is as follows: h/h=1.1-1.3. In this embodiment, the oil storage tank can store lubricating oil, and when operating condition, because there is the translation of controlling little scope, can drive the engine oil in the oil storage tank and splash into inside the needle bearing, play lubricated effect to bearing and gyro wheel, compare in the rocking arm that does not set up the oil storage tank, the oil storage tank can improve the hold up of engine oil, guarantees that there is abundant engine oil to enter into inside the needle bearing to the sensitivity and the response speed of whole rocking arm have been guaranteed.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 6, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that an inclined plane inclined inwards is provided above the position of the rocker arm body corresponding to the oil storage tank, and this inclined plane can play a role in converging and guiding engine oil, so that more machine heads flow into the oil storage tank, improving the oil storage capacity, and ensuring the lubrication effect on the needle bearing.
Example 3:
as shown in fig. 7, the difference between the embodiment and embodiments 1 and 2 is that the roller is provided with steps, and this design manner can reduce the weight of the roller, so as to improve the response speed of the roller, and meanwhile, there is a larger space outside the roller, so that a certain oil storage effect can be achieved, and engine oil can be left along the side wall of the roller, so that the lubrication effect of the needle bearing can be further ensured.
Example 4:
as shown in fig. 8, the difference between the embodiment and embodiments 1, 2 and 3 is that the width L3 of the needle roller is smaller than the width L3 of the roller, so that the design manner reduces the weight of the needle roller on one hand, can improve the response speed of the whole needle roller bearing, and forms a space capable of storing oil on the inner side of the roller on the other hand, thereby achieving the oil storage effect, ensuring the lubrication effect of the whole needle roller bearing and ensuring the response speed and precision of the rocker arm.
