背景技术
石膏板主要用于工程或者家庭装饰装修用,本身因为韧性好(做异形顶适用),且价格相对便宜,一直是广大装饰大师及消费者的首选产品,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对石膏板需求的种类也逐渐增多,既要造型好看,又要具备多种功能,以适合不同场所使用,而防潮防水护面纸的出现,也显示出市场的需求,这种石膏板可用于地下室或室内相对空气湿度较大、施工要求较高的地方,例如卫生间及厨房等。此外,由于受到生产工艺的限制,生产此种护面纸,纸张定量相对较高,限制了石膏板厂成本的降低,这与目前各行业追求成本与利润的形势相悖,所以,生产低定量防潮防水石膏板显示出整个市场的需求。
目前,市场中有硅酸钙板、FC板,防火耐潮的有玻镁板,但是,因为其本身材料的特性限制了他们的使用范围,因此,暂还不能取代石膏板的统治地位,而目前实际应用中,客户对石膏板的要求也越来越高,尤其在南方及东部沿海城市,空气湿度高,在加上特殊场合(例如沐浴室等)的使用要求,防潮防水石膏板需求日益增多,展示出强大的市场,此外,通过优化生产工艺赋予纸张防潮防水特性,可以避免在石膏板制作过程中添加剂的使用,一方面消除了使用添加剂对石膏板制作与使用的影响,另一方面,降低了石膏板制作成本,其价值是相当可观的。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中石膏板护面纸生成过程中添加剂对石膏板护面纸性能的影响以及成本高的问题,提供一种低定量防潮防水护面纸的生产工艺。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种低定量防潮防水护面纸的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
第一步,制浆,制浆分为两条生产线:脱墨浆及OCC生产线。脱墨浆生产线工艺参数为:原料配比为50%的9#美废+50%国报均匀混合后加入转鼓碎浆机,并加入脱墨化学品:脱墨剂0.6kg/吨废纸,双氧水15kg/吨废纸,氢氧化钠6kg/吨废纸,硅酸钠3kg/吨废纸,在碎浆机中废纸与化学品反应、打浆,形成重量浓度为4%的浓浆,经高浓除渣器除去浆料中的重杂质,例如铁钉、石块、玻璃等,再到储浆池,稀释成3%左右的浓度经过粗筛,去除杂质碎片和固体污染物,然后稀释成1%左右的浓度经过除渣器,去除重量比纸浆纤维重的杂质,进入浮选槽,吸附并浮选废纸浆中的油墨粒子,将其排除***,接着通过精筛,进一步净化浆料,最后通过多盘浓缩机浓缩后进入热分散***,分散浆料中的胶黏物,最后形成浓度为4%的浆料进入贮浆池备用,叩解度控制在50°SR±2。OCC生产线的工艺参数为:原料配比为30%的11#美废+70%的国废均匀混合后加入转鼓碎浆机,碎解成质量浓度为4%的浓浆,经过高浓除渣器、粗筛、分级筛(0.15mm筛缝),分成长、短纤维,短纤维浆料经过低浓除渣器、多盘浓缩机、高浓磨打浆后,形成浓度4%、叩解度40-44°SR的浆料备用;长纤维浆料经过低浓除渣器、多盘浓缩机、热分散、盘磨打浆后,形成浓度为4%、叩解度40°SR±2的浆料备用,OCC分长、短纤的目的为长纤维需经过打浆作用,使纤维更柔软并暴露出更多的羟基,有助于纸页的成型及强度的提升,而短纤维因为纤维较短,使用传统的低浓(浓度4%左右)打浆会使纤维更多切断,使得纸页成型时滤水变慢,成纸透气度升高,强度降低,所以我们采用了新型的高浓打浆工艺,提高磨浆浓度至18-24%,短纤维最适合打浆浓度为22%,通过纤维间摩擦使羟基暴露,脱水时形成更多氢键以提高纸页强度。
第二步,造纸,本方案为4层网(面、衬、芯、底)复合成型,面层挂脱墨浆,挂浆量占总定量的1/6,制浆来的浆料经过冲浆泵、压力筛后,通过流浆箱喷射上网,另外三层为制浆工段的OCC长、短纤维按质量比6:4均匀混合,其中衬、底层挂浆各占总定量的1/6,芯层挂浆量占总定量的1/2,各层都经过冲浆泵、压力筛,至流浆箱上网成型。在流送工段加入一些化学品,确保运行稳定性及成纸质量:在各层冲浆泵前加入糊化好的阳离子淀粉约4kg/吨纸,中和***中的阴离子垃圾,而且有利于成纸强度的提升;在各层冲浆泵后加入硫酸铝15-20kg/吨纸,控制***pH值为6.5-7.0,便于施胶,在压力筛前加入双元助留助滤剂,干粉助留剂PreFormTMPC8755,用量为0.3kg/吨纸,液体助滤剂PreFormTMPC301L,用量为0.55kg/吨纸,提高细小纤维保留率。然后四层浆料通过各自流浆箱喷射到四层成型网上,通过控制网部的水线,保证各层复合干度于10-14%,有利于成纸内结合力的提升,避免分层现象,然后通过一道真空压榨、两道大辊压榨、前烘、表胶、后烘、卷取,最后经复卷机复卷成不同规格的纸卷。
本方案生产的防潮防水护面纸,采用了浆内施胶及表面施胶方法,施胶是为了赋予纸张抗拒液体渗透与扩散的能力。浆内施胶剂选用ASA型号PrequelTM2000E,在冲浆泵后加入,加入量3-4.0kg/吨纸;表面施胶剂选用阻抗剂型号WRP,加入量为25-30kg/吨纸,控制成纸吸水≤40g/m2(10min)。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1. 本发明采用废纸为原料,节约造纸纤维原料,同时,废纸制浆,相比于木材及草类原料制浆,减少了蒸煮工序,节约了化学品的消耗,无黑液产生,大大减轻了污染负荷,所以,本发明节约投资,节约能源、减轻污染,符合国家环保政策。
2. 本发明为低定量防潮防水护面纸的生产工艺,目前市场上的护面纸定量高达180-210g/m2,本发明增加了制浆工段短纤维高浓打浆工艺,使得成纸强度提高,定量降低10-20g/m2,使得同等重量的纸张可生产更多的石膏板,对纸厂及板厂实为双赢之举。
3. 通过浆内施胶与表面施胶大大提高纸张防潮防水特性,满足市场客户的需求,增加产品竞争力,为企业及客户带来更大的利润。
具体实施方式

一、试验项目:研发低定量防潮防水护面纸。
二、试验过程:
1. 浆料预处理
脱墨浆生产线工艺参数不变:原料配比为50%的9#美废+50%国报均匀混合后加入转鼓碎浆机,并加入脱墨化学品:脱墨剂0.6kg/吨废纸,双氧水15kg/吨废纸,氢氧化钠6kg/吨废纸,硅酸钠3kg/吨废纸,其他工艺不变。
OCC原料配比30%的11#美废+70%的国废,分级筛分出的短纤维经高浓磨磨浆,磨浆浓度18%→20%→22%→24%,磨浆后打浆度控制到42°SR±2,其他工艺参数不变。
2. 造纸
湿部化学在现有化学品基础上引入ASA施胶剂,型号PrequelTM2000E,在冲浆泵后加入,加入量3.0→3.5→4.0kg/吨纸,表胶处加入阻抗剂型号WRP,加入量为20→25→30kg/吨纸,控制成纸吸水≤40g/㎡(10min)。
三、试验数据:强度单位N/15mm,吸水单位g/m2
四、试验结果分析
1. 短纤维打浆浓度为从18%提高到22%时,成纸强度逐渐提高,在浓度22%时达到最高点,降低定量10g/㎡左右时,强度仍然达到要求,再提高打浆浓度,强度则下降,表明短纤维在打浆浓度22%时,纤维分散及分丝帚化效果最好,得到的成纸强度最高,若再提高打浆浓度,纤维可能切断变短,导致纸页强度降低。
2. ASA施胶剂添加量从3.0kg/吨纸提高到4.0kg/吨纸,且表胶阻抗剂从20kg/吨纸提高到30kg/吨纸时,得到成纸吸水性≤40g/㎡(10min),表明此时浆内施胶与表面施胶加成作用最好,若再提高化学品用量,成本将增加,不经济。
五、结论
通过本次试验,得到一种低定量防潮防水护面纸生产工艺,即制浆工段原先未打浆的短纤维经过高浓打浆后,提高成纸强度从而降低成纸定量,短纤维最适合打浆浓度为22%;通过浆内施胶与表面施胶相结合的方式,得到防潮防水效果,浆内ASA施胶剂加入量为4.0kg/吨纸,表面施胶阻抗剂加入量为30kg/吨纸。

第一步,制浆,制浆分为两条生产线:脱墨浆生产线和OCC生产线,其中,OCC生产线工艺如下:原料配比为30%的11#美废+70%的国废均匀混合后,加入转鼓碎浆机,碎解成质量浓度为4%的浓浆,经过高浓除渣器、粗筛、分级筛,分成长、短纤维,短纤维浆料经过低浓除渣器、多盘浓缩机、高浓磨打浆后,形成浓度4%、叩解度40-44°SR的浆料备用;长纤维浆料经过低浓除渣器、多盘浓缩机、热分散、盘磨打浆后,形成浓度为4%、叩解度40°SR±2的浆料备用,其中,高浓磨磨浆浓度为18-24%;
第二步,造纸,采用面、衬、芯、底的四层网复合成型,面层挂脱墨浆,经过冲浆泵、压力筛后,通过流浆箱喷射上网;另外三层为制浆工段的OCC长、短纤维按质量比6:4均匀混合,各层都经过冲浆泵、压力筛,至流浆箱上网成型,四层浆料通过各自流浆箱喷射到四层成型网上,通过控制网部的水线,保证各层复合干度于10-14%,然后通过一道真空压榨、两道大辊压榨、前烘、表胶、后烘、卷取,最后经复卷机复卷成不同规格的纸卷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低定量防潮防水护面纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:第一步所述脱墨浆生产线工艺如下:原料配比为50%的9#美废+50%国报均匀混合后加入转鼓碎浆机,并加入脱墨化学品,在碎浆机中废纸与化学品反应、打浆,形成重量浓度为4%的浓浆,经高浓除渣器除去浆料中的重杂质,再到储浆池,稀释成3%左右的浓度经过粗筛,去除杂质碎片和固体污染物,然后稀释成1%左右的浓度经过除渣器,去除重量比纸浆纤维重的杂质,进入浮选槽,吸附并浮选废纸浆中的油墨粒子,将其排除***,接着通过精筛,进一步净化浆料,最后通过多盘浓缩机浓缩后进入热分散***,分散浆料中的胶黏物,最后形成浓度为4%的浆料进入贮浆池备用,叩解度控制在50°SR±2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低定量防潮防水护面纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:第一步OCC生产线中,短纤维最优高浓磨磨浆浓度为22%。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种低定量防潮防水护面纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述脱墨化学品包括脱墨剂0.6kg/吨废纸,双氧水15kg/吨废纸,氢氧化钠6kg/吨废纸,硅酸钠3kg/吨废纸。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种低定量防潮防水护面纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:第二步中,面层挂浆量占总定量的1/6,衬、底层挂浆各占总定量的1/6,芯层挂浆量占总定量的1/2。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种低定量防潮防水护面纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:第二步中,在四个层冲浆泵前加入糊化好的阳离子淀粉4kg/吨纸;在各层冲浆泵后加入硫酸铝15-20kg/吨纸,控制***pH值为6.5-7.0,在冲浆泵后加入ASA型号PrequelTM2000E的浆内施胶剂,加入量为3-4kg/吨纸。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种低定量防潮防水护面纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:第二步中,在压力筛前加入由干粉助留剂和液体助滤剂组成的双元助留助滤剂,其中,干粉助留剂PreFormTMPC8755,用量为0.3kg/吨纸,液体助滤剂PreFormTMPC301L,用量为0.55kg/吨纸。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种低定量防潮防水护面纸的生产工艺,其特征在于:第二步中,表胶工段,选用阻抗剂型号WRP的表面施胶剂,加入量为25-30kg/吨纸,控制成纸10min的吸水≤40g/m2
