催化油浆过滤器,包括两个相同的过滤桶和连接两个过滤桶的管道,管道之间连接有进油阀门,出油阀门,进油口,出油口,排污阀门,排污口;过滤桶内设有锲型V型过滤网,顶部设有密封圈和法兰,底部设有污油储存腔;气缸设于防火防爆密封装置顶部安装在过滤桶上,气缸与防火防爆密封装置之间加密封圈密封,防火防爆密封装置设有冷凝管、出油阀门、进油管和出油管;防火防爆密封装置内设有气缸运动轴;气缸运动轴上设有刮板。过滤桶和气缸运动轴在一条中心线上。本过滤器在高温250℃‑400℃情况下,运动部件受密封圈和法兰双重保护,防火防爆密封,结构合理,特质滤芯减少堵塞几率,全自动控制,不易发生故障,检修维护方便,使用寿命长。

Description

催化油浆过滤器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤设备,具体涉及催化油浆过滤器。
背景技术
催化裂化是将重油转化为汽油、柴油和油化气等高附加值产品的最有效技术之一。在实际的工业生产中,重油的转化率为80-90%,也就是还有10-12%的重油未转化,俗称催化油浆。油浆通过催化裂化装置继续回炼只能得到很少量的轻质产品,产生较多低价值的干气和焦炭,并且对生产过程产生影响,因此没有后续加工手段的炼厂将油浆作为低价燃油卖掉。随着重油加氢技术的发展,在一些有重油加氢手段的企业,油浆通过加氢处理后,再进入催化裂化装置可以提高汽柴油收率1.9%。
催化油浆通常带有大量酸性很强的催化剂粉末,如果这些粉末随催化油浆进入重油加氢反应器,将导致加氢催化剂表面积碳、床层压降上升等严重问题,装置无法正常运转。因此,脱除油浆中催化剂粉末是实现催化油浆加氢工业化并长期稳定运行必须解决的关键问题之一。催化油浆携带的催化剂粉末非常细,常规过滤技术难以除去。我公司开发的特殊过滤器能够将催化剂粉末由30μg/g降低到5-10μg/g,能够满足重油加氢工艺对油浆的进料要求。
在石油化工装置中,原料油和催化剂发生高温反应过程中会产生高粘度、高硬度细微颗粒的杂质,需要用过滤设备将这些杂质滤除,才能保证后续工艺条件下油浆使用不受影响。催化油浆过滤器,在不停机的情况下可清洗或更换滤芯以保证主机正常连续工作,因此在市场上的应用越来越广泛。但是当过滤器内部的杂质积攒一定程度而又未及时清洗,就会影响过滤器的过滤效果,甚至会损毁过滤设备。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供催化油浆过滤器,包括两个相同的过滤桶和连接两个过滤桶的管道,所述管道之间连接有进油阀门,出油阀门,进油口,出油口,排污阀门,排污口;所述过滤桶内设有锲型V型过滤网,顶部设有密封圈和法兰,底部设有污油储存腔;气缸设于防火防爆密封装置顶部安装在过滤桶上,气缸与防火防爆密封装置之间加密封圈密封,所述防火防爆密封装置设有冷凝管、出油阀门、进油管和出油管;所述防火防爆密封装置内设有气缸运动轴;所述气缸运动轴上设有刮板。
过滤桶,气缸运动轴和防火防爆密封装置在一条中心线上。
刮板为全自动控制装置。
锲型V型过滤网由竖向排列成直筒状的V型过滤滤芯组成。
V型过滤滤芯的敞口向外,窄口向内。
本发明的优点是,在高温250℃-400℃情况下,运动部件受密封圈和法兰双重保护,防火防爆密封。去污时把杂质储存在过滤器底部的污油储存腔1内,5-6次后把催化粉末杂质从过滤器下部的排污口排出,排出时只带少量拌油溢出,可提高油品使用效率。过滤器集过滤清洗于一体,滤芯无需浸泡且不用外接油反冲,省时省力,操作简单。结构合理,使用方便,不易发生故障,可长周期实用,并且检修维护方便,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,包括两个相同的过滤桶3和连接两个过滤桶3的管道14,管道之间连接有进油口13,出油口15,排污阀门16,排污口17;进油口13两端连接进油阀门11然后安装于过滤桶3上;出油口15两端安装有进油阀门11然后安装于过滤桶3上;排污口17两端设有排污阀门16安装于过滤桶3底部;过滤桶3内设有锲型V型过滤网2,锲型V型过滤网2由竖向排列成直筒状的V型过滤滤芯组成,V型过滤滤芯的敞口向外,窄口向内。锲型V型过滤网2表面随着时间增加杂质越聚越多,当压力降达到设定值时,除污装置启动,关闭进油阀门11,开启排污阀门16,刮板19自上而下清除内壁上污油和细微杂质,在清污过程中利用原设备进油管10的介质压力同时进行冲洗,除下细微杂质,排到污油储存腔1或回原装置再利用。
过滤桶3顶部设有密封圈6和法兰18,在高温250℃-400℃情况下,运动部件受密封圈6和法兰18双重保护,防火防爆密封。
过滤桶3底部设有污油储存腔1;气缸7设于防火防爆密封装置9顶部安装在过滤桶3上,气缸7与防火防爆密封装置9之间加密封圈6密封,所述防火防爆密封装置9设有冷凝管5、出油阀门4、进油管10和出油管8;所述防火防爆密封装置9内设有气缸运动轴12;所述气缸运动轴12上设有刮板19,刮板19为全自动控制装置。去污时把杂质储存在过滤器底部的污油储存腔1内,5-6次后把催化粉末杂质从过滤器下部的排污口排出,排出时只带少量拌油溢出,可提高油品使用效率,时间只需3秒左右。过滤桶3,气缸运动轴12和防火防爆密封装置9在一条中心线上,安装在气缸运动轴12上的刮板19圆周外平面与过滤筒3内圆平面相紧贴。
本过滤器工作时可关闭各管路上一侧的阀门采用单筒或多筒过滤,待清洗时换另一个过滤筒继续工作,不影响整个工艺流程的持续进行。此外,该过滤器集过滤清洗于一体,滤芯无需浸泡且不用外接油反冲,省时省力,操作简单。

1.催化油浆过滤器,包括两个相同的过滤桶(3)和连接两个过滤桶(3)的管道(14),所述管道之间连接有进油阀门(11),出油阀门(4),进油口(13),出油口(15),排污阀门(16),排污口(17);所述过滤桶(3)内设有锲型V型过滤网(2),顶部设有密封圈(6)和法兰(18),底部设有污油储存腔(1);气缸(7)设于防火防爆密封装置(9)顶部安装在过滤桶(3)上,气缸(7)与防火防爆密封装置(9)之间加密封圈(6)密封,所述防火防爆密封装置(9)设有冷凝管(5)、出油阀门(4)、进油管(10)和出油管(8);所述防火防爆密封装置(9)内设有气缸运动轴(12);所述气缸运动轴(12)上设有刮板(19)。
