一种新型水冷气缸组件
技术领域：
本发明涉及一种压缩机零部件，更具体地说涉及一种新型水冷气缸组件。
背景技术：
压缩机是一种压缩气体提高气体压力或输送气体的机器，其用途广泛，一般被称为“通用机械”。水冷往复活塞式气体压缩机为其中的一种，因其冷却效果好、耗水量少、环境因素影响小而得到了广泛的应用。水套式水冷气缸为水冷压缩机的重要组件之一，它与活塞组件一起构成压缩容积，对气体进行增压。为保证压缩机具有良好的温度系数以及避免气缸过热减少密封件的使用寿命，水套内通冷却水对整个缸体进行冷却。常见水套式水冷气缸由O型圈、气缸体、水套、缸头等组成。
传统气缸体的外表面为光滑的圆柱面，无任何其它辅助结构。当冷却水从进水口进入后，最后通过出水口排出。由于冷却水流动方向的不确定性且其易走捷径，极易在气缸进水口和出水口的夹角处形成死角和气囊，造成气缸冷却效果差、冷却不均匀等后果。同时，因冷却水在水套内停留时间较短，冷却水温升较小，这就需要更多的冷却水对气缸进行冷却，造成水资源的浪费以及运行成本的增加。因此，一种简单、实用、易于生产制造、冷却效果好的水套式水冷气缸的出现已然是迫在眉睫。
发明内容：
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种新型水冷气缸组件。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现：
一种新型水冷气缸组件，包括缸头、气缸体和水套，所述的缸头设在气缸体的一端，所述的水套设在气缸体外表面，其特征在于：所述的气缸体和水套中间设有多道环形翅片，所述的翅片与气缸体垂直设置，所述的翅片上设有开口，所述的开***错设置，所述的水套一侧底部设有进水口，所述的水套另一侧顶部设有出水口，所述的进水口与对应翅片的开口相对设置，所述的出水口与对应翅片的开口相对设置，翅片与翅片之间形成导流槽。
进一步的，所述的开***错设置角度为180°。
进一步的，所述的进水口与对应翅片的开口相对设置角度为180°，所述的出水口与对应翅片的开口相对设置角度为180°。
本发明的工作过程为：冷却水从进水口进入后，通过翅片与水套导流，到达第一道翅片开口处，而后冷却水经开口进入第二道翅片导流槽内，到达第二道翅片开口处，完成一次折流；冷却水依次通过各个翅片开口及导流槽，多次折流，最后到达出水口，完成一次冷却循环。
本发明解决了气缸冷却效果差、冷却不均匀这一弊端，增加了冷却水在水套内的停留时间，提高冷却水的温升，节约了水资源，降低了运行成本，构造简单，加工组装方便，互换性强，利于维护，且用途广泛。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体图示，进一步阐述本发明。
如图所示，一种新型水冷气缸组件，包括缸头1、气缸体2和水套3，缸头1设在气缸体2的一端，水套3设在气缸体2外表面，气缸体2和水套3中间设有多道环形翅片4，翅片4与气缸体2垂直设置，翅片4上设有开口5，开口5交错设置，水套3一侧底部设有进水口6，水套3另一侧顶部设有出水口7，进水口6与对应翅片4的开口5相对设置，出水口7与对应翅片4的开口5相对设置，翅片4与翅片4之间形成导流槽。
开口5交错设置角度为180°。
进水口6与对应翅片4的开口5相对设置角度为180°，出水口7与对应翅片4的开口5相对设置角度为180°。
本发明的工作过程为：冷却水从进水口6进入后，通过翅片4与水套3导流，到达第一道翅片4开口5处，而后冷却水经开口5进入第二道翅片4导流槽内，到达第二道翅片4开口5处，完成一次折流；冷却水依次通过各个翅片4开口5及导流槽，多次折流，最后到达出水口7，完成一次冷却循环。
