本发明公开了一种美容养颜抗衰老护肤品的配方及生产工艺，所述护肤品配方包括以下原材料成分：羊胎盘提取物10～16份；燕窝提取物10～13份；人参提取物10～12份；蛹虫草提取物10～12份；灵芝提取物10～12份，纯净水250～300份。本发明的美容养颜抗衰老护肤品不仅来源绿色、吸收快速、利用安全、效果突出，而且原料中的药材种植工序简单、生产加工工艺不复杂，对环境无污染，便于规模化、标准化生产。

本发明涉及保健品生产领域，特别涉及一种美容养颜抗衰老护肤品的配方及生产工艺。
背景技术
“一白遮百丑，一胖毁所有”美白即美容养颜抗衰老护肤品是亚洲女性尤其是中国女性消费者永恒的伴侣，2015年整个护肤品市场的中国销售额突破3000亿，而美白类即美容养颜抗衰老类产品的销售额占整个销售额的30％以上。可见美容养颜抗衰老类产品的市场是多么的巨大。
美容养颜抗衰老类产品市场虽然巨大，但是也暗藏杀机。由于市场过大，产品过多，消费者又过度追求白而快的产品，再加上国家法规滞后，监管部门监管缺失，导致美容养颜抗衰老类产品发展畸形。美容养颜抗衰老类产品发展到现在经历了重金属超标类美白产品、糖皮质激素超标产品两个时代，给广大爱美爱白的消费者造成了巨大的伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在于克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种美容养颜抗衰老护肤品的配方及生产工艺。
一种美容养颜抗衰老护肤品的配方，所述护肤品配方包括以下原材料成分：羊胎盘提取物10～16份；燕窝提取物10～13份；人参提取物10～12份；蛹虫草提取物10～12份；灵芝提取物10～12份，纯净水250～300份。
优选地，所述护肤品配方包括以下原材料成分：羊胎盘提取物12.5份；燕窝提取物10.8份；人参提取物10.6份；蛹虫草提取物10.6份；灵芝提取物10.2份，纯净水260份。
一种美容养颜抗衰老护肤品的生产工艺，所述护肤品配方包括以下原材料成分：羊胎盘提取物10～16份；燕窝提取物10～13份；人参提取物10～12份；蛹虫草提取物10～12份；灵芝提取物10～12份，纯净水250～300份，所述生产工艺包括以下步骤：
(1)按原材料比例提取纯净水，且将所提取物的纯净水加热至100℃，且持续加热保温60分钟；
(2)将步骤(1)中加热处理的纯净水冷却至45℃；
(3)按配方比例将燕窝提取物、羊胎盘提取物、人参提取物、蛹虫草提取物、灵芝提取物加入到步骤(2)中的纯净水中，再混匀搅拌30分钟；
(4)用管式离心机对步骤(3)的混合溶液进行过滤，获取过滤后的清液；
(5)用多层滤膜对步骤(4)的清液进行精滤：
(6)将精滤后的滤液用玻璃瓶进行分装后密封保存既得所需产品；
(7)将步骤(6)中所得的产品保存在阴凉通风干燥处。
优选地，所述管式离心机的离心旋转速度为15000r/min。
优选地，所述滤膜的孔径为0.45μm。
本发明的有益效果：
1、本发明是以针对目前市面上美容养颜抗衰老产品虽然市场潜力巨大，但同时不安全隐患突出的现象，独创以燕窝、胎盘、人参、虫草、灵芝为核心原料，并将他们进行有机组合，不添加任何添加剂，结合现代科技而开发出的一种来源绿色、吸收快速、利用安全、效果突出的美容养颜抗衰老护肤品。
2、本发明的原料中的药材种植工序简单、生产加工工艺不复杂，对环境无污染，便于规模化、标准化生产。
