本发明公开了一种汽车减震装置,涉及汽车制造技术领域;包括油缸,所述油缸设置在储油筒缸体内,所述油缸与所述储油缸之间设有容置空腔,所述储油缸设置在上安装座和下安装座之间,所述油缸的活塞杆伸出所述上安装座,并与固定在所述上安装座上的上支座连接,所述下安装座固定有下支座;所述上安装座与所述下安装座设有缓冲部件;所述油缸的活塞上设有若干阻尼孔,所述油缸的缸壁的下部设有与所述储油缸相通的排油孔。本发明可以解决目前汽车减装置存在的减震效果差的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车制造技术领域,尤其是一种汽车减震装置。
背景技术
汽车行驶在路况不好的道路时,会发生颠簸的情况,此时车内乘员会被抛起下落极度不适,为解决此问题,目前汽车避震一般都是采用钢板缓冲部件和气压避震装置两种方式;钢板缓冲部件减震装置主要用于卡车上,这种装置虽能起到一定的减震作用,但由于其结构缺陷,避震效果有限;气压避震装置目前常在小汽车上采用,其结构是采用双气缸与连杆组合进行避震,气缸密封有一定压力的气体,其结构和制造工艺较为复杂,连杆上下活动时,路面扬尘容易从活塞杆密封处进入气缸导致气体泄漏,从而影响避震效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车减震装置,它可以解决目前汽车减震装置存在的减震效果差问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
这种汽车减震装置,包括油缸,所述油缸设置在储油缸内,所述油缸与所述储油缸之间设有容置空腔,所述储油缸设置在上安装座和下安装座之间,所述油缸的活塞杆伸出所述上安装座,并与固定在所述上安装座上的上支座连接,所述下安装座固定有下支座;所述上安装座与所述下安装座之间设有缓冲部件;所述油缸的活塞上设有若干阻尼孔,所述油缸的缸壁的下部设有与所述储油缸相通的排油孔。
以上技术方案中,更进一步的方案是:所述上安装座下方固定有圆筒形的防尘罩,所述防尘罩的内径略大于所述储油缸的外径。
进一步的:所述油缸的底部设有与外部相通的底阀。
进一步的:所述上安装座和所述下安装座为半敞开的圆筒,所述圆筒的筒壁设有凹槽。
进一步的:所述缓冲部件为压簧。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明采用压簧加油缸联合的方式进行减震,具有较好的减震效果;
2、本发明性能稳定、使用寿命长。

如图1所示的这种汽车减震装置,包括油缸6,油缸6设置在储油缸7内,储油缸7为上部开口的圆筒形状,其上部开口的内径与油缸6的外径相等,为防止泄露还设有油封12;油缸6与储油缸7之间设有容置空腔,油缸6的缸壁的下部设有与储油缸7的容置空腔相通的排油孔8;,以提供在油缸6的活塞杆向下运动时,活塞杆下部的液压油的容置空间,容置容腔的容积大小要保证活塞杆下到底时,原活塞杆底部的液压油全部能进入容置空腔内;储油缸7设置在上安装座1和下安装座9之间,油缸1的活塞杆伸出上安装座1,并与固定在上安装座1上的上支座3连接,下安装座9固定有下支座11;上安装座1与下安装座9设有缓冲部件4,本实施例中,缓冲部件4为压簧;油缸6的活塞上设有若干阻尼孔5,油缸6在上行时,活塞杆下腔的油从阻尼孔5进入上腔,起到缓冲作用; 上安装座1下方固定有圆筒形的防尘罩2,防尘罩2的内径略大于储油缸7的外径,油缸6的底部设有与外部相通的底阀10;底阀10的作用是放出油缸6的液压油;上安装座1和下安装座9为半敞开的圆筒,圆筒的筒壁设有凹槽,缓冲部件4安装在凹槽中。

1.一种汽车减震装置,其特征在于:包括油缸,所述油缸设置在储油缸内,所述油缸与所述储油缸之间设有容置空腔,所述储油缸设置在上安装座和下安装座之间,所述油缸的活塞杆伸出所述上安装座,并与固定在所述上安装座上的上支座连接,所述下安装座固定有下支座;所述上安装座与所述下安装座之间设有缓冲部件;所述油缸的活塞上设有若干阻尼孔,所述油缸的缸壁的下部设有与所述储油缸相通的排油孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车减震装置,其特征在于:所述上安装座下方固定有圆筒形的防尘罩,所述防尘罩的内径略大于所述储油缸的外径。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车减震装置,其特征在于:所述油缸的底部设有与外部相通的底阀。
4.根据权利要求3所述的汽车减震装置,其特征在于:所述上安装座和所述下安装座为半敞开的圆筒,所述圆筒的筒壁设有凹槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的汽车减震装置,其特征在于:所述缓冲部件为压簧。
