技术领域
本发明涉及紧固件技术领域,尤其是一种防锈螺母。
背景技术
螺母是使用最为广泛的紧固件之一,螺母通过内侧的螺纹与同等规格的螺栓或螺杆连接在一起使用。螺母往往暴露在户外,常常受到风吹日晒,长此以往,螺栓容易受到腐蚀,影响强度,容易造成安全事故,造成重大的人员和财产损失。目前,螺母普遍采用不锈钢材质,但是,现有的不锈钢螺母拧紧在户外设施上时,与户外设施、螺栓接触的地方在潮湿的空气引发电化学反应,不锈钢螺母保护膜收到破坏,出现生锈腐蚀现象。
发明内容
本发明所解决的问题是提供一种防锈螺母,以解决现有不锈钢螺母因与其他金属元素直接产生电化学腐蚀而生锈的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种防锈螺母包括内侧设有内螺纹的内螺层,所述内螺层下端设有隔垫层,所述内螺层外侧嵌套有外螺层,所述外螺层与所述隔垫层相连接,所述外螺层为不锈钢材料,所述内螺层和所述隔垫层为尼龙6材料。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、通过内螺层上的内螺纹拧紧在螺杆上,隔绝了外螺层与螺杆直接接触,通过内螺层上的隔垫层隔垫在外螺层与户外设施之间,隔绝了外螺层与户外设施直接接触,解决了不锈钢材质的螺母因与其他金属元素接触容易产生电化学腐蚀而生锈的问题;2、内螺层和隔垫层均采用尼龙6材料,该材料强度高,不会因螺杆或户外设施生锈而腐蚀到不锈钢材质的外螺层。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实例对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1和图2所示的防锈螺母包括内侧设有内螺纹2-2的内螺层2-1,所述内螺层2-1下端设有隔垫层2-3,所述内螺层2-1外侧嵌套有外螺层1-1,所述外螺层1-1与所述隔垫层2-3相连接,所述外螺层1-1为不锈钢材料,所述内螺层2-1和所述隔垫层2-3为尼龙6材料。
安装时,将防锈螺母拧紧在螺杆上并与户外设施接触,通过内螺层2-1上的内螺纹2-2隔绝外螺层1-1与螺杆直接接触,通过内螺层2-1上的隔垫层2-3隔绝了外螺层1-1与户外设施直接接触,解决了不锈钢材质的外螺层因与其他金属元素接触容易产生电化学腐蚀而生锈的问题;内螺层2-1和隔垫层2-3均采用尼龙6材料,该材料强度高,可以牢靠的紧固在螺杆上,不会因螺杆或户外设施生锈而导致腐蚀外螺层1-1。

1.一种防锈螺母,其特征在于:包括内侧设有内螺纹(2-2)的内螺层(2-1),所述内螺层(2-1)下端设有隔垫层(2-3),所述内螺层(2-1)外侧嵌套有外螺层(1-1),所述外螺层(1-1)与所述隔垫层(2-3)相连接,所述外螺层(1-1)为不锈钢材料,所述内螺层(2-1)和所述隔垫层(2-3)为尼龙6材料。
