Abstract

本发明涉及一种液压***,具体说是导缆装置浮动支撑用液压***,特别适用于科考类绞车。它的特点是包括支撑油缸和减泄压阀。所述支撑油缸的有杆腔有第一油口、无杆腔有第二油口,减泄压阀有第一接口、第二接口和泄油口。所述支撑油缸的第一油口通过管道连接有回油箱,所述支撑油缸的第二油口通过管道与减泄压阀的第一接口相连,减泄压阀的泄油口通过管道连接有泄油箱,减泄压阀的第二接口通过管道连接有供油箱。使用该液压***可改变导缆装置与绞车的安装方式,避免不必要的摩擦,从而延长缆绳的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液压***,具体说是导缆装置浮动支撑用液压***,特别适用于科考类绞车。
背景技术
绞车是一种用卷筒缠绕缆绳提升或牵引重物的轻小型起重设备,又称卷扬机。为了方便进、出缆绳,绞车上一般都会设置导缆装置。目前,导缆装置均是直接固定在绞车上的,这使得导缆装置角度无法改变。然而,在实际使用过程中,绞车储绳器的进、出绳位置一般会上、变动,使得进、出绳位置与固定安装的导缆装置的高度不一致,出现倾斜进、出绳的情况,导致缆绳与导缆轮机构发生不必要的摩擦,加快缆绳的磨损速度,缩短缆绳的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种导缆装置浮动支撑用液压***,使用该液压***可改变导缆装置与绞车的安装方式,避免不必要的摩擦,从而延长缆绳的使用寿命。
为解决上述问题,提供以下技术方案:
本发明的导缆装置浮动支撑用液压***的特点是包括支撑油缸和减泄压阀。所述支撑油缸的有杆腔有第一油口、无杆腔有第二油口,减泄压阀有第一接口、第二接口和泄油口。所述支撑油缸的第一油口通过管道连接有回油箱,所述支撑油缸的第二油口通过管道与减泄压阀的第一接口相连,减泄压阀的泄油口通过管道连接有泄油箱,减泄压阀的第二接口通过管道连接有供油箱。
其中,所述减泄压阀的第二接口与供油箱间的那段管道上有电磁阀。
采取以上方案,具有以下优点:
由于本发明的导缆装置浮动支撑用液压***包括支撑油缸和减泄压阀,支撑油缸的有杆腔有第一油口、无杆腔有第二油口,减泄压阀有第一接口、第二接口和泄油口,支撑油缸的第一油口通过管道连接有回油箱,支撑油缸的第二油口通过管道与减泄压阀的第一接口相连,减泄压阀的泄油口通过管道连接有泄油箱,减泄压阀的第二接口通过管道连接有供油箱。安装时,将导缆装置的一端与绞车相铰接,另一端通过该液压***的支撑油缸与绞车相铰接。使用时,供油箱将油液通过减泄压阀的第二接口和第一接口进入到油缸的无杆腔中,根据需要设置减泄压阀压力值,使油缸的推力刚好能够克服导缆装置的自重。当导缆装置因外力向下运动时,油缸的有杆腔内液压油通过减泄压阀第一接口、泄油口进入到泄油箱中,当导缆装置因外力向上运动时,油缸的有杆腔内液压油通过第一油口进入到回油箱中,使得导缆装置始终处于浮动状态。绞车储绳器的进、出绳位置出现上、下变动时,变动产生的拉力会迅速调整导缆装置的角度,使得进、出绳位置与导缆装置的高度一致,消除倾斜进、出绳现象,避免了不必要的摩擦,延长了缆绳的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,本发明的导缆装置浮动支撑用液压***包括支撑油缸1和减泄压阀3。所述支撑油缸1的有杆腔有第一油口A1、无杆腔有第二油口A2,减泄压阀3有第一接口B1、第二接口B2和泄油口L。所述支撑油缸1的第一油口A1通过管道连接有回油箱2,所述支撑油缸1的第二油口A2通过管道与减泄压阀3的第一接口B1相连,减泄压阀3的泄油口L通过管道连接有泄油箱4,减泄压阀3的第二接口B2通过管道连接有供油箱6。所述减泄压阀3的第二接口B2与供油箱6间的那段管道上有电磁阀5。
安装时,将导缆装置的一端与绞车相铰接,另一端通过该液压***的支撑油缸1与绞车相铰接。工作时,电磁阀5得电处于常通状态,供油箱6将油液通过减泄压阀3的第二接口B2和第一接口B1进入到支撑油缸1的无杆腔中,根据需要设置减泄压阀3压力值,使支撑油缸1的推力刚好能够克服导缆装置的自重。当导缆装置因外力向下运动时,支撑油缸1的有杆腔内液压油通过减泄压阀3第一接口B1、泄油口L进入到泄油箱4中,当导缆装置因外力向上运动时,支撑油缸1的有杆腔内液压油通过第一油口A1进入到回油箱2中,使得导缆装置始终处于浮动状态。

1.导缆装置浮动支撑用液压***,其特征在于包括支撑油缸(1)和减泄压阀(3);所述支撑油缸(1)的有杆腔有第一油口(A1)、无杆腔有第二油口(A2),减泄压阀(3)有第一接口(B1)、第二接口(B2)和泄油口(L);所述支撑油缸(1)的第一油口(A1)通过管道连接有回油箱(2),所述支撑油缸(1)的第二油口(A2)通过管道与减泄压阀(3)的第一接口(B1)相连,减泄压阀(3)的泄油口(L)通过管道连接有泄油箱(4),减泄压阀(3)的第二接口(B2)通过管道连接有供油箱(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的导缆装置浮动支撑用液压***,其特征在于所述减泄压阀(3)的第二接口(B2)与供油箱(6)间的那段管道上有电磁阀(5)。
