Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂及其制备方法,该易去污整理剂包含以下组分:改性水性聚氨酯、羧甲基羟丙基纤维素、偏硅酸钠以及甘油,其特征在于,所述改性水性聚氨酯由聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯加成而得到。同时,本发明还提供了一种用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂的制备方法。本发明所公开的易去污整理剂具有环境友好的优点,同时兼具良好的易去污性、持久性以及耐水洗性。

一种用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及纺织领域,特别是涉及一种用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
丝绸面料在服用过程中需要精细的护理才能长时间的保持较好的形状以及质感,特别是减少清洗剂的使用可以有效的增加织物的使用寿命。所以对丝绸面料进行易去污整理,使其经过清水冲洗即可恢复干净是对丝绸面料进行保护的有效手段。
目前使用较广的易去污整理剂为含氟类易去污整理剂,织物经该类整理剂整理后会呈现出一般的碳氢树脂所达不到的特性。含氟类易去污整理剂具有低浓度、高能效的特点,不会影响所处理的织物的手感。该类去污整理剂具有优异的拒水拒油、耐水洗和耐摩擦的性能,因此得到了迅速发展,成为主流商品。但是,含氟整理剂中的氟会带来氟污染,不适合现在的提倡的绿色环保。
中国专利CN201310613116.8公开了一种涤棉混纺织物易去污整理剂及其制备方法,包含羧甲基纤维素15-18份、水溶性硅油5-6份、水性丙烯酸酯共聚乳液20-25份、丙三醇20-25份、水80-90份。该防沾污整理剂可有效提高涤棉织物的易去污性,使涤棉混纺织物在沾染油污时也可彻底洗净,但是该整理剂的持久性和耐水洗性仍有待加强。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂及其制备方法,该易去污整理剂具有环境友好的优点,同时兼具良好的易去污性、持久性以及耐水洗性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂,包含以下组分:改性水性聚氨酯、羧甲基羟丙基纤维素、偏硅酸钠以及甘油,其特征在于,所述改性水性聚氨酯由聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯加成而得到。
优选地,以重量份数计,改性水性聚氨酯为50-70份,羧甲基羟丙基纤维素为35-48份,偏硅酸钠为10-15份,甘油为20-30份。
优选地,所述聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯由柠檬酸与乙二醇反应制备而成。
优选地,所述聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯的摩尔比为2:2:5:1.5。
优选地,所述柠檬酸与乙二醇的摩尔比为1:1.5。
一种用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)将柠檬酸与乙二醇反应制备聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯;
(b)将聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯加成,制得改性水性聚氨酯;
(c)将改性水性聚氨酯与羧甲基羟丙基纤维素、偏硅酸钠以及甘油混合制得防沾污整理剂。
优选地,所述步骤(a)中柠檬酸与乙二醇的摩尔比为1:1.5,反应温度为135-145℃,反应时间为1.5小时。
优选地,所述步骤(b)中聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯的摩尔比为2:2:5:1.5,反应温度为140-150℃,反应时间为1.5小时。
优选地,所述步骤(c)中,以重量份数计,改性水性聚氨酯为50-70份,羧甲基羟丙基纤维素为35-48份,偏硅酸钠为10-15份,甘油为20-30份。
本发明具有以下有益效果,本发明所使用的改性水性聚氨酯、羧甲基羟丙基纤维素、偏硅酸钠以及甘油所制备得到的易去污整理剂不仅不会对环境造成污染,还兼具良好的易去污性、持久性以及耐水洗性。同时织物在经该整理方法整理后,仍可以保持优良的手感,织物的柔软度不会有影响,可以保持较高的商业价值。

为了更好的理解本发明,下面通过实施例对本发明进一步说明,实施例只用于解释本发明,不会对本发明构成任何的限定。
实施例1
一种用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂,包含以下组分:改性水性聚氨酯、羧甲基羟丙基纤维素、偏硅酸钠以及甘油。所述改性水性聚氨酯由聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯加成而得到。以重量份数计,改性水性聚氨酯为50份,羧甲基羟丙基纤维素为35份,偏硅酸钠为10份,甘油为20份。其中,聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯由柠檬酸与乙二醇反应制备而成、聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯的摩尔比为2:2:5:1.5;柠檬酸与乙二醇的摩尔比为1:1.5。
实施例2
一种用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂,包含以下组分:改性水性聚氨酯、羧甲基羟丙基纤维素、偏硅酸钠以及甘油。所述改性水性聚氨酯由聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯加成而得到。以重量份数计,改性水性聚氨酯为70份,羧甲基羟丙基纤维素为48份,偏硅酸钠为15份,甘油为30份。其中,聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯由柠檬酸与乙二醇反应制备而成、聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯的摩尔比为2:2:5:1.5;柠檬酸与乙二醇的摩尔比为1:1.5。
实施例3
一种用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂,包含以下组分:改性水性聚氨酯、羧甲基羟丙基纤维素、偏硅酸钠以及甘油。所述改性水性聚氨酯由聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯加成而得到。以重量份数计,改性水性聚氨酯为60份,羧甲基羟丙基纤维素为40份,偏硅酸钠为12份,甘油为25份。其中,聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯由柠檬酸与乙二醇反应制备而成、聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯的摩尔比为2:2:5:1.5;柠檬酸与乙二醇的摩尔比为1:1.5。
实施例4
一种用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(a)将柠檬酸与乙二醇反应制备聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯;(b)将聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯加成,制得改性水性聚氨酯;(c)将改性水性聚氨酯与羧甲基羟丙基纤维素、偏硅酸钠以及甘油混合制得防沾污整理剂。
所述步骤(a)中柠檬酸与乙二醇的摩尔比为1:1.5,反应温度为135℃,反应时间为1.5小时。所述步骤(b)中聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯的摩尔比为2:2:5:1.5,反应温度为140℃,反应时间为1.5小时。所述步骤(c)中,以重量份数计,改性水性聚氨酯为50份,羧甲基羟丙基纤维素为35份,偏硅酸钠为10份,甘油为20份。

一种用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(a)将柠檬酸与乙二醇反应制备聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯;(b)将聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯加成,制得改性水性聚氨酯;(c)将改性水性聚氨酯与羧甲基羟丙基纤维素、偏硅酸钠以及甘油混合制得防沾污整理剂。
所述步骤(a)中柠檬酸与乙二醇的摩尔比为1:1.5,反应温度为145℃,反应时间为1.5小时。所述步骤(b)中聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯的摩尔比为2:2:5:1.5,反应温度为150℃,反应时间为1.5小时。所述步骤(c)中,以重量份数计,改性水性聚氨酯为70份,羧甲基羟丙基纤维素为48份,偏硅酸钠为15份,甘油为30份。
实施例6
一种用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(a)将柠檬酸与乙二醇反应制备聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯;(b)将聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯加成,制得改性水性聚氨酯;(c)将改性水性聚氨酯与羧甲基羟丙基纤维素、偏硅酸钠以及甘油混合制得防沾污整理剂。
所述步骤(a)中柠檬酸与乙二醇的摩尔比为1:1.5,反应温度为140℃,反应时间为1.5小时。所述步骤(b)中聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯的摩尔比为2:2:5:1.5,反应温度为145℃,反应时间为1.5小时。所述步骤(c)中,以重量份数计,改性水性聚氨酯为60份,羧甲基羟丙基纤维素为40份,偏硅酸钠为12份,甘油为25份。

1.一种用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂,包含以下组分:改性水性聚氨酯、羧甲基羟丙基纤维素、偏硅酸钠以及甘油,其特征在于,所述改性水性聚氨酯由聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯加成而得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂,其特征在于:以重量份数计,改性水性聚氨酯为50-70份,羧甲基羟丙基纤维素为35-48份,偏硅酸钠为10-15份,甘油为20-30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂,其特征在于:所述聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯由柠檬酸与乙二醇反应制备而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂,其特征在于:所述聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯的摩尔比为2:2:5:1.5。
5.根据权利要求3所述的用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂,其特征在于:所述柠檬酸与乙二醇的摩尔比为1:1.5。
6.一种用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(a)将柠檬酸与乙二醇反应制备聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯;
(b)将聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯加成,制得改性水性聚氨酯;
(c)将改性水性聚氨酯与羧甲基羟丙基纤维素、偏硅酸钠以及甘油混合制得防沾污整理剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(a)中柠檬酸与乙二醇的摩尔比为1:1.5,反应温度为135-145℃,反应时间为1.5小时。
8.根据权利要求6所述的用于丝绸面料的易去污整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(b)中聚柠檬酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇、壳聚糖以及六次甲基二异氰酸酯的摩尔比为2:2:5:1.5,反应温度为140-150℃,反应时间为1.5小时。
