本发明公开了一种环保型建筑干粉涂料及其制备方法,属于建筑装饰材料领域。本发明先取聚乙烯醇与去离子水搅拌至聚乙烯醇完全溶解,再加入液体有机硅,纳米碳酸钙,继续搅拌后喷雾干燥,冷却至室温后将粉尘收集,得硅氧烷胶囊粉末,与可再分散乳胶粉、陶瓷抛光渣、钛白粉、碳酸钙、蒙脱土、纤维素醚、消泡剂、分散剂和着色颜料混合,再用60~140目的筛子筛除较大的颗粒,最后称重包装,即可制得环保型建筑干粉涂料。本发明的有益效果是:本发明环保型建筑干粉涂料具有较好的耐水性,并具有较高的粘结强度,值得推广与使用。

本发明涉及一种环保型建筑干粉涂料及其制备方法,属于建筑装饰材料领域。
背景技术
随着人们环保意识的增强,水性涂料的用量大幅度上升,水性涂料一般是以水为分散介质而形成的热力学不稳定体系,需要添加各类助剂以提高其稳定性、施工性及成膜性等,这样会增加生产成本,使生产工艺复杂,也存在包装和运输问题,更主要的是,这些助剂是水性涂料VOC的主要来源。若将聚合物乳液(成膜物质)干燥后和颜填料混合成干粉涂料,采用纸袋包装送至施工现场,加水搅拌即可使用,不仅可以降低包装运输费用、减少助剂使用量、延长存储周期,也符合当代涂料发展方向。
干粉涂料是以可再分散聚合物树脂粉末为成膜助剂,复合无机填料、颜料配制而成,是无机与有机相结合的水泥基现代新型建筑装饰材料。但干粉涂料在低温下成膜性差,易产生开裂,通常可再分散聚合物树脂粉末的玻璃化温度要低于5℃,而可再分散聚合物树脂粉末的低玻璃化温度也直接导致了所配制的干粉涂料的耐擦洗性能较差。中国专利申请号201510452052.7公开了一种高耐擦洗干粉涂料及其制备方法,以重量百分比,高耐擦洗干粉涂料的原料配方组成包括:可再分散乳胶粉5~30%,重质碳酸钙20~40%,钛白粉10~25%,云母粉5~20%,高岭土5~15%,纤维素醚0.1~0.5%,粉末消泡剂0.1~0.5%,分散剂0.5~1%,着色颜料0~0.5%,粉末状的硅烷偶联剂添加剂1~5%。将各组分混合均匀即可制成,该干粉涂料在一定程度上提高了耐擦洗性能,但由于干粉涂料耐水性差,导致其粘结强度降低,且耐人工老化性能差、易出现起泡、剥落、裂纹现象。所以,研究开发一种耐水好、粘结强度高的干粉涂料具有必要的意义,不仅为拓宽建筑装饰材料的应用范围做出了铺垫,也为干粉涂料的发展奠定基础。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对传统干粉涂料耐水性差,导致其粘结强度降低的弊端,提供了一种环保型建筑干粉涂料及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下所述的技术方案是:

所述可再分散乳胶粉为苯乙烯-丙烯酸乳胶粉、丙烯酸酯乳胶粉、醋酸乙烯-乙烯乳胶粉中的任意一种或两种,分子量为5×103~5×105。
所述陶瓷抛光渣为白度≥70%,细度≤45μm,氯离子含量≤0.02%,含水量≤0.5%的粉末。
所述蒙脱土为细度800目,白度≥90%的粉末。
所述纤维素醚为甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、淀粉醚中的一种或多种。
所述消泡剂为一种含有极性基团羟基和醚基的非离子型表面活性剂。
所述分散剂为偏磷酸钠、多聚磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钾、焦磷酸四钾中的一种或多种。
所述着色颜料为氧化铁黄、氧化铁红、铁蓝、锌铬黄、镉黄、氧化铬绿、苯并咪唑酮类、偶氮类、稠环酮类或杂环类中的一种或多种。
所述硅氧烷胶囊粉末为使用喷雾造粒工艺,用聚乙稀醇作为包裹材料包覆纳米碳酸钙和液体有机硅制备的微胶囊粉末。
所述的一种环保型建筑干粉涂料的制备方法,具体步骤为:
S1.将聚乙烯醇与去离子水搅拌均匀,再加入纳米碳酸钙和液体有机硅,搅拌均匀后喷雾干燥,得硅氧烷胶囊粉末;
S2.按各组分百分比配料;
S3.将各组分投入到干粉混合机中混合30~40min,再用60~140目的圆孔筛除较大的颗粒,最后称重包装,即可制得环保型建筑干粉涂料。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:
(1)本发明通过聚乙烯醇与水混合后释放的活性成分硅氧烷水解后生成硅醇,硅醇再与基体表面羟基反应形成末端带有烷基的硅氧烷长链,缩合后在表面形成一层坚固的、具有网状结构的硅树脂憎水层,与基体成为一体,再和纳米碳酸钙吸附在固体颗粒表面,产生电斥力使颗粒分散均匀,并促使颗粒与可再分散乳胶粉互相搭接而形成三维网络结构,提高基体密实性,改善基体耐水性能,同时硅氧烷活性基团与水反应,形成硅氧烷醇,具有活性的Si-O键与Ca2+发生反应生成C-S-H凝胶,填补了基材的微孔隙,使得基材的微观结构更加致密,増加塑性,进一步改善耐水及抗渗性能,改善粘结强度;
(2)本发明的环保型建筑干粉涂料具有省时间、省工序、耐水性好、粘结强度高等优点,是取代传统胶腻子、乳胶漆二合一新型墙面的装饰产品,可广泛应用于建筑物内外墙的装饰。
具体实施方式
先取3~5g聚乙烯醇加入300~500mL去离子水中,在95~100℃下,以300~400r/min搅拌至聚乙烯醇完全溶解,再加入120~150g乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷,80~100g纳米碳酸钙,继续搅拌30~40min后转入喷雾干燥器中喷雾干燥,控制出口温度为120~140℃,压力为0.15~0.20MPa,蠕动泵转速调节为15~30r/min,待冷却至室温后将粉尘收集,得硅氧烷胶囊粉末,再取20~50g可再分散乳胶粉,20~30g陶瓷抛光渣,10~20g钛白粉,10~30g碳酸钙,5~15g蒙脱土,0.1~0.5g纤维素醚,0.1~0.5g消泡剂,0.5~0.8g分散剂,0.1~0.5g着色颜料,1~5g硅氧烷胶囊粉末,投入到干粉混合机中混合30~40min,再用60~140目的圆孔筛筛选,最后称重包装,即可制得环保型建筑干粉涂料。所述可再分散乳胶粉为苯乙烯-丙烯酸乳胶粉、丙烯酸酯乳胶粉、醋酸乙烯-乙烯乳胶粉中的任意一种或两种,分子量为5×103~5×105。所述陶瓷抛光渣为白度≥70%,细度≤45μm,氯离子含量≤0.02%,含水量≤0.5%的粉末。所述蒙脱土为细度800目,白度≥90%的粉末。所述纤维素醚为甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、淀粉醚中的一种或多种。所述消泡剂为一种含有极性基团羟基和醚基的非离子型表面活性剂。所述分散剂为偏磷酸钠、多聚磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钾、焦磷酸四钾中的一种或多种。所述着色颜料为氧化铁黄、氧化铁红、铁蓝、锌铬黄、镉黄、氧化铬绿、苯并咪唑酮类、偶氮类、稠环酮类或杂环类中的一种或多种。
实例1
先取3g聚乙烯醇加入300mL去离子水中,在95℃下,以300r/min搅拌至聚乙烯醇完全溶解,再加入120g乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷,80g纳米碳酸钙,继续搅拌30min后转入喷雾干燥器中喷雾干燥,控制出口温度为120℃,压力为0.15MPa,蠕动泵转速调节为15r/min,待冷却至室温后将粉尘收集,得硅氧烷胶囊粉末,再取20g可再分散乳胶粉,20g陶瓷抛光渣,10g钛白粉,10g碳酸钙,5g蒙脱土,0.1g纤维素醚,0.1g消泡剂,0.5g分散剂,0.1g着色颜料,1g硅氧烷胶囊粉末,投入到干粉混合机中混合30min,再用60目的圆孔筛筛选,最后称重包装,即可制得环保型建筑干粉涂料。所述可再分散乳胶粉为苯乙烯-丙烯酸乳胶粉。所述陶瓷抛光渣为白度为70%,细度为45μm,氯离子含量为0.02%,含水量为0.5%的粉末。所述蒙脱土为细度800目,白度为90%的粉末。所述纤维素醚为甲基纤维素。所述消泡剂为一种含有极性基团羟基和醚基的非离子型表面活性剂。所述分散剂为偏磷酸钠。所述着色颜料为氧化铁黄。
实例2
先取4g聚乙烯醇加入400mL去离子水中,在98℃下,以350r/min搅拌至聚乙烯醇完全溶解,再加入135g乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷,90g纳米碳酸钙,继续搅拌35min后转入喷雾干燥器中喷雾干燥,控制出口温度为130℃,压力为0.18MPa,蠕动泵转速调节为22r/min,待冷却至室温后将粉尘收集,得硅氧烷胶囊粉末,再取35g可再分散乳胶粉,25g陶瓷抛光渣,15g钛白粉,20g碳酸钙,10g蒙脱土,0.3g纤维素醚,0.3g消泡剂,0.7g分散剂,0.3g着色颜料,3g硅氧烷胶囊粉末,投入到干粉混合机中混合35min,再用100目的圆孔筛筛选,最后称重包装,即可制得环保型建筑干粉涂料。所述可再分散乳胶粉为丙烯酸酯乳胶粉。所述陶瓷抛光渣为白度为72%,细度为43μm,氯离子含量为0.01%,含水量为0.4%的粉末。所述蒙脱土为细度800目,白度为93%的粉末。所述纤维素醚为羧甲基纤维素。所述消泡剂为一种含有极性基团羟基和醚基的非离子型表面活性剂。所述分散剂为多聚磷酸钠。所述着色颜料为氧化铁红。
实例3
先取5g聚乙烯醇加入500mL去离子水中,在100℃下,以400r/min搅拌至聚乙烯醇完全溶解,再加入150g乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷,100g纳米碳酸钙,继续搅拌40min后转入喷雾干燥器中喷雾干燥,控制出口温度为140℃,压力为0.20MPa,蠕动泵转速调节为30r/min,待冷却至室温后将粉尘收集,得硅氧烷胶囊粉末,再取50g可再分散乳胶粉,30g陶瓷抛光渣,20g钛白粉,30g碳酸钙,15g蒙脱土,0.5g纤维素醚,0.5g消泡剂,0.8g分散剂,0.5g着色颜料,5g硅氧烷胶囊粉末,投入到干粉混合机中混合40min,再用140目的圆孔筛筛选,最后称重包装,即可制得环保型建筑干粉涂料。所述可再分散乳胶粉为醋酸乙烯-乙烯乳胶粉。所述陶瓷抛光渣为白度为78%,细度为40μm,氯离子含量为0.01%,含水量为0.3%的粉末。所述蒙脱土为细度800目,白度为96%的粉末。所述纤维素醚为羟乙基纤维素。所述消泡剂为一种含有极性基团羟基和醚基的非离子型表面活性剂。所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钾。所述着色颜料为锌铬黄。
对照例:山东某公司生产的干粉涂料。
将上述实施例所得环保型建筑干粉涂料与对照例的干粉涂料进行检测,具体检测如下:
测试样板:将上述实施例所得环保型建筑干粉涂料与对照例的干粉涂料分别涂刷于水泥板上,水泥板规格为60mm×30mm×2mm,涂刷次数为2~3次,涂刷完毕,放置干燥7天,得到干膜厚度为18μm的涂层;
粘结强度:按照GB9153试验方法进行测定;
耐水性:按照GB/T1733《漆膜耐水性测定法》进行检测,将测试样板2/3浸泡于水中96h,然后取出试板,甩掉板上的水珠,再用滤纸吸干,观察涂层表面有无起泡、掉粉、明显变色现象出现,并按照GB9153试验方法测定浸水后涂层粘结强度。
结果如表一所示。

由上表可知,本发明环保型建筑干粉涂料具有较好的耐水性,并具有较高的粘结强度,值得推广与使用。
Claims (10)
1.一种环保型建筑干粉涂料,其特征在于,所述干粉涂料由下述重量百分比原料制得:
可再分散乳胶粉20~50%
陶瓷抛光渣20~30%
钛白粉10~20%
碳酸钙10~30%
蒙脱土5~15%
纤维素醚0.1~0.5%
消泡剂0.1~0.5%
分散剂0.5~0.8%
着色颜料0.1~0.5%
硅氧烷胶囊粉末1~5%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型建筑干粉涂料,其特征在于,所述可再分散乳胶粉为苯乙烯-丙烯酸乳胶粉、丙烯酸酯乳胶粉、醋酸乙烯-乙烯乳胶粉中的任意一种或两种,分子量为5×103~5×105。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型建筑干粉涂料,其特征在于,所述陶瓷抛光渣为白度≥70%,细度≤45μm,氯离子含量≤0.02%,含水量≤0.5%的粉末。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型建筑干粉涂料,其特征在于,所述蒙脱土为细度800目,白度≥90%的粉末。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型建筑干粉涂料,其特征在于,所述纤维素醚为甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、淀粉醚中的一种或多种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型建筑干粉涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为一种含有极性基团羟基和醚基的非离子型表面活性剂。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型建筑干粉涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为偏磷酸钠、多聚磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钾、焦磷酸四钾中的一种或多种。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型建筑干粉涂料,其特征在于,所述着色颜料为氧化铁黄、氧化铁红、铁蓝、锌铬黄、镉黄、氧化铬绿、苯并咪唑酮类、偶氮类、稠环酮类或杂环类中的一种或多种。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型建筑干粉涂料,其特征在于,所述硅氧烷胶囊粉末为使用喷雾造粒工艺,用聚乙稀醇作为包裹材料包覆纳米碳酸钙和液体有机硅制备的微胶囊粉末。
10.如权利要求1~9任意一项所述的一种环保型建筑干粉涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
S1.将聚乙烯醇与去离子水搅拌均匀,再加入纳米碳酸钙和液体有机硅,搅拌均匀后喷雾干燥,得硅氧烷胶囊粉末;
S2.按各组分百分比配料;
S3.将各组分投入到干粉混合机中混合30~40min,再用60~140目的筛子筛除较大的颗粒,最后称重包装,即可制得环保型建筑干粉涂料。
