Abstract
本发明涉及一种多功能材料保健垫及其制备方法,该保健垫从外至内包括外包覆材料和芯材,所述外包覆材料包裹芯材,所述芯材主要包括麦饭石粉末、硅油、硅胶、催化剂。该制备方法包括以下步骤:a、将麦饭石粉碎成粉末,并将该粉末与硅油按比例混合均匀;b、制备硅胶;c、将粉末和硅油密炼后的膏状物与软化后的硅胶按照比例混合;d、将混炼好的硅胶根据所需规格尺寸添加到压延机;e、硅胶粉混合的膏状物通过压延机压延到基材上,以此形成卷材;f、压延成的卷材烘烤硫化成型,即为所述芯材;g、成型后的芯材进入后处理热风隧道炉烘烤;再次经过隧道烤炉烘烤干爽;h、利用外包覆材料将芯材包裹、压合,制成多功能材料保健垫。本发明解决了改进了制备工艺,大大提高了整体的保健理疗效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及多功能材料和保健用品技术领域,特别地,涉及一种多功能材料保健垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在已知诸多矿石中能够产生对生物的生理机能具有一定的作用和影响的能量场,这种能量场包括矿物自身发出的磁场、红外线等,其具体的作用机理尚不明确。但是对人体的积极影响又确确实实的客观存在着。这种物质能对生物的生理机能产生作用的效应统称为能量场效应或者简称为场效应。现在有较多的产品利用这种能量场效应制备医疗保健用品。
麦饭石,中药名。为中酸性火成岩类岩石石英二长斑岩。具有解毒散结,去腐生肌,除寒祛湿,益肝健胃,活血化瘀,利尿化石,延年益寿之功效。常用于痈疽发背,痤疮,湿疹,脚气,痱子,手指皲裂,黄褐斑,牙痛,口腔溃疡,风湿痹痛,腰背痛,慢性肝炎,胃炎,痢疾,糖尿病,神经衰弱,外伤红肿,高血压,老年性血管硬化,肿瘤,***。
现有技术中的保健垫中普遍含有矿石成分,其常规技术要求在熔融的聚合物中不能有明显的大的颗粒,因此都要将矿石粉碎到一定程度,以此实现保健垫更好地加工制造,同时保证矿石颗粒仍然具有良好的场效应。但有些矿石粉碎后的颗粒度仍然较大,不能彻底发挥其保健效果。例如,现有技术中的CN101982205A,其公开了一种电气石保健品的制作方法及其应用,主要技术方案为:制作方法包括如下步骤:第一步:粉碎电气石,将电气石进行粉碎,粉碎后的电气石颗粒直径小于5毫米;第二步:将粉碎后的电气石颗粒与硅胶原料混合均匀,混炼后成型为硅胶片材;第三步:将上述的硅胶片材设置于夹层体中,并在夹层体中或者硅胶片材中设置电发热装置,如此即制作成电气石保健品。该现有技术是将电气石粉碎后融入硅胶中,与硅胶形成一个整体的片材,再将片材固定在织物垫内。该文献中的矿石颗粒较大,发挥保健效果的作用一般,颗粒在人体挤压、扭曲的过程中容易脱落,且制作方法不完善,降低了理疗效果,导致整体的疗效甚微。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种多功能材料保健垫及其制备方法。本发明解决了矿石成分不能充分发挥相互促进效果、场效应不强的缺陷;同时改进了制备工艺,大大提高了整体的保健理疗效果。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种多功能材料保健垫,其从外至内包括外包覆材料和芯材,所述外包覆材料包裹芯材,所述芯材主要包括麦饭石粉末、硅油、硅胶、催化剂。
优选的,该芯材还可包括青玉石粉、赭石粉、氧化钇粉、氢氧化铈粉、龙晶粉、新芽罗布麻、香菖蒲;其中麦饭石粉末与上述材料的重量份数为麦饭石粉30-50份,青玉石粉0.35-0.4份,赭石粉3-5份,氧化钇粉0.5-0.8份,氢氧化铈粉0.3-0.84份,龙晶粉1-2份,新芽罗布麻10-11份,香菖蒲15-20份。
在上述任一方案中优选的是,麦饭石粉末与上述材料的重量份数为麦饭石粉50份,青玉石粉0.358份,赭石粉4.6份,氧化钇粉0.7份,氢氧化铈粉0.6份,龙晶粉1.7份,新芽罗布麻10.2份,香菖蒲16.8份。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采用的另一技术方案是该多功能材料保健垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a、将麦饭石粉碎成粉末,并将该粉末与硅油按比例混合均匀,在密炼机中混炼;b、制备硅胶,在炼胶机中加入硅胶及铂金催化剂,将硅胶原料软化;c、将粉末和硅油密炼后的膏状物与软化后的硅胶按照比例混合,在混炼搅拌机中,搅拌均匀;d、将混炼好的硅胶根据所需规格尺寸添加到压延机,通过压延机调整硅胶卷材厚度、宽度;e、硅胶粉混合的膏状物通过压延机压延到基材上,以此形成卷材;f、压延成的卷材烘烤硫化成型,即为所述芯材;g、成型后的芯材进入后处理热风隧道炉烘烤;再次经过隧道烤炉烘烤干爽;h、利用外包覆材料将芯材包裹、压合,制成多功能材料保健垫。
优选的,在步骤a中,麦饭石粉末的直径为1-3微米,粉末与硅油的比例为硅油的质量为粉末与硅油的混合物质量的1-5%;在步骤b中,铂金催化剂的加入量为硅胶的0.02-0.03wt%;在步骤c中,所述膏状物与硅胶的重量比为3:1-17:3;混合后根据所需颜色加入相应剂量的色胶成分。
在上述任一方案中优选的是,在步骤d中,通过压延机调整硅胶卷材的厚度小于等于4mm,可加工的硅胶卷材长度无限制;在步骤e中,所述基材为布料或皮革上,不受底材限制,底材必备条件需耐高温,且不易收缩。
在上述任一方案中优选的是,在步骤f中,压延成的卷材进入热风隧道炉烤箱烘烤硫化成型;在步骤g中,成型后的芯材进入后处理热风隧道炉烘烤,烘烤过程中均匀喷涂硅胶手感油、防静电手感油。
在上述任一方案中优选的是,麦饭石粉末的直径为2微米,粉末与硅油的比例为硅油的质量为粉末与硅油的混合物质量的2%,膏状物与硅胶的重量比为4:1。
在上述任一方案中优选的是,当该芯材还包括青玉石粉、赭石粉、氧化钇粉、氢氧化铈粉、龙晶粉、新芽罗布麻、香菖蒲时,步骤a变为:将麦饭石粉碎成粉末,并加入上述材料,在螺杆共混机中混合10-15分钟,搅拌均匀得混合物,采用乙醇对上述混合物进行3次洗涤,然后70-80℃条件下干燥处理;再将其与硅油按比例混合均匀,在密炼机中混炼。
麦饭石是一种对生物无毒、无害并具有一定生物活性的复合矿物或药用岩石。它是一种特殊 的非金属矿产资源,其形似斑状、或黄或白、颇似麦粒。麦饭石粉入中药, 浸泡过的水可以喝,也可供沐浴,有健身和延年益寿的药效,能释放对人体 有益的红外线。氧化钇粉、氢氧化铈粉等散发的启动波和人体细胞的启动波是同一种波动状态,其拥有着丰富的电子能级和长寿命激发态,能级跃迁多达20余万个,可以产生各种的吸收和发射,人体细胞随着从所述的矿物元素散发出的波动产生共鸣和共振,在此激励下使加入的中药成分新芽罗布麻和香菖蒲充分发挥药效,使人体细胞组织更具活力,并促进血液循坏、增强新陈代谢、及排除体内废物。
本发明充分发挥麦饭石、青玉石粉、赭石粉等相关元素的保健功效,解毒散结,去腐生肌,除寒祛湿,益肝健胃,活血化瘀,利尿化石,延年益寿。另外,还能够增强细胞免疫功能,有抗毒作用、促进骨折愈合、抗疲劳与耐缺氧作用并具有抗癌作用。
本发明是根据多年的实际施工实践和经验所得,采用最佳的技术手段和操作工艺组合,并运用最完善的方法步骤,并非是简单的叠加和拼凑,因此本发明具有显著的意义。
本发明的有益效果
1.本发明的矿石粉末能够适应保健垫的制备工艺环境和使用环境,保持较高的场效应,保持各添加组份的磁场或红外线场处于相互激发状态, 场效应更强。能分解身体内的生物电,改善身体体质,有效屏蔽外界环境对身体的伤害;加入了中药成分,充分发挥了其药效,使本发明的保健垫在医疗保健发明发挥了重要作用。
2.将麦饭石充分粉碎,促使其有效释放能量,而且本发明中的麦饭石粉末直径小至1-5微米,发挥的功效达到最佳,现有技术中未见有使用如此的尺寸;此外,本发明的制备保健垫的方法加工易于掌握,步骤合理,所得成品结构稳固,效果更佳。
3.本发明采用使用硅胶与矿石粉末混合解决毒性问题,利用制备过程中的 烘烤固化来解决矿石粉末外漏及布局不均匀的问题, 具有结构简单、成本低、无毒性、安全环保等优点。
4.本发明中采用铂金催化剂,其催化效率高,可以抑制硅胶反应过程中伴随发生的副反应,避免了黑色物质的生成,克服了其它催化剂使用中产品出现发黄或变黑现象。因此可以制备高透明制品;铂金催化剂在应用于液体胶、混炼胶的成型上作用很大,其加入的比例经过了多次反复试验所得,其效果可达到最佳。
5. 本发明的方法制备速度加快、过程高效化,可进行工厂化、标准化加工,效率极大提高。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,但要求保护的范围并不局限于此。
实施例1
一种多功能材料保健垫,其从外至内包括外包覆材料和芯材,所述外包覆材料包裹芯材,所述芯材主要包括麦饭石粉末、硅油、硅胶、催化剂。
优选的,该芯材还可包括青玉石粉、赭石粉、氧化钇粉、氢氧化铈粉、龙晶粉、新芽罗布麻、香菖蒲;其中麦饭石粉末与上述材料的重量份数为麦饭石粉30-50份,青玉石粉0.35-0.4份,赭石粉3-5份,氧化钇粉0.5-0.8份,氢氧化铈粉0.3-0.84份,龙晶粉1-2份,新芽罗布麻10-11份,香菖蒲15-20份。所述硅胶优选为医疗级硅胶或食品级硅胶。
实施例2
作为进一步的改善,除了具备上述的技术特征外,该多功能材料保健垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a、将麦饭石粉碎成粉末,并将该粉末与硅油按比例混合均匀,在密炼机中混炼;b、制备硅胶,在炼胶机中加入硅胶及铂金催化剂,将硅胶原料软化;c、将粉末和硅油密炼后的膏状物与软化后的硅胶按照比例混合,在混炼搅拌机中,搅拌均匀;d、将混炼好的硅胶根据所需规格尺寸添加到压延机,通过压延机调整硅胶卷材厚度、宽度;e、硅胶粉混合的膏状物通过压延机压延到基材上,以此形成卷材;f、压延成的卷材烘烤硫化成型,即为所述芯材;g、成型后的芯材进入后处理热风隧道炉烘烤;再次经过隧道烤炉烘烤干爽;h、利用外包覆材料将芯材包裹、压合,制成多功能材料保健垫。
在步骤a中,麦饭石粉末的直径为1-3微米,粉末与硅油的比例为硅油的质量为粉末与硅油的混合物质量的1-5%;在步骤b中,铂金催化剂的加入量为硅胶的0.02-0.03wt%;在步骤c中,所述膏状物与硅胶的重量比为3:1-17:3;混合后根据所需颜色加入相应剂量的色胶成分。

在步骤f中,压延成的卷材进入热风隧道炉烤箱烘烤硫化成型;在步骤g中,成型后的芯材进入后处理热风隧道炉烘烤,烘烤过程中均匀喷涂硅胶手感油、防静电手感油。
根据GB/GB13477.6-2002标准对上述产品性能进行检测。
一、准备试验器具:1.下垂度模具--无气孔且光滑的槽形模具,用阳极氧化或非阳极氧化铝合金制成。长度(200±0.5)mm,两端开口,其中一端底面延伸(80±0.5)mm,槽的横截面内部尺寸为宽(50±0.5)mm,深(30±0.2)mm。2.流平性模具:两端封闭的槽形模具,用2mm厚耐蚀金属制成。槽的内部尺寸为180mm*30mm*20mm。3.鼓风干燥箱:温度控制为(60±5)℃、(70±5)℃。4.低温恒温箱:温度控制在(5±2)℃。5.钢板尺:刻度单位为0.5mm。6.聚乙烯条:厚度不大于0.5mm,宽度能遮盖下垂度模具槽内侧底面的边缘。在试验条件下,长度变化不大于1mm。
二、试验方法
1.下垂度的测定:按试验步骤确定所用模具的数量。将下垂度模具用丙酮等溶剂清洗干净并干燥之。把聚乙烯条衬在模具底部,使其盖住模具上部边缘,并固定在外侧,然后把已在(25±5)℃下放置24h的本发明的产品用刮刀填入模具内,制备试件时应注意:a)避免形成气泡;b)在模具内表面上将密封材料压实;c)修整密封材料的表面,使其与模具的表面和末端齐平;d)放松模具背面的聚乙烯条。
试验步骤:对每一试验温度70℃和/或50℃和/或5℃或试验步骤,各测试一个试件。将制备好的本发明的产品试件立即垂直放置在已调节至(60±5)℃和/或(70±5)℃的干燥箱和/或(5±2)℃的低温箱内,模具的延伸端向下,放置24h。然后从干燥箱或低温箱中取出试件。用钢板尺在垂直方向上测量每一试件中试样从底面往延伸端向下移动的距离(mm)。
2.流平性的测定:将流平性模具用丙酮溶剂清洗干净并干燥之,然后将本发明的产品试样和模具在(25±5)℃下放置至少24h。每组制备一个试件。
试验步骤:将试样和模具在(5±2)℃的低温箱内处理(18-20)h,然后沿水平放置的模具的一端到另一端注入约100g本发明的产品试样,在此温度下放置4h。观察试样表面是否光滑平整。
通过上述试验,得到本发明的产品与现有技术的产品性能比较,结果显示,下垂度和流平性均有明显改善,成型度提高30%-40%,力学性能提高30%-35%,表明本发明与现有技术相比有预料不到的技术效果。
实施例3
作为进一步的改善,除了具备上述的技术特征外,麦饭石粉末的直径为2微米,粉末与硅油的比例为硅油的质量为粉末与硅油的混合物质量的2%,膏状物与硅胶的重量比为4:1。
当该芯材还包括青玉石粉、赭石粉、氧化钇粉、氢氧化铈粉、龙晶粉、新芽罗布麻、香菖蒲时,步骤a变为:将麦饭石粉碎成粉末,并加入上述材料,在螺杆共混机中混合10-15分钟,搅拌均匀得混合物,采用乙醇对上述混合物进行3次洗涤,然后70-80℃条件下干燥处理。再将其与硅油按比例混合均匀,在密炼机中混炼。混合、混炼的具体步骤为:将上述粉体混合物与硅油按比例、 在温度100-110℃、转速3500-3800转/分下混合活化处理20-30分钟; 再加入耐氧剂,其重量为上述粉体混合物与硅油之和的1-1.5‰,在110-115℃下、以转速3500-3800转/分进行高搅混合活化处理10-15分钟;然后将产物在室内冷却至温度28℃以下,然后在密炼机中混炼10-15分钟,所述密炼机的温度为185-190℃,最后在20-25℃下水浴冷却。
根据GB/GB13477.6-2002标准对上述产品性能进行检测。通过上述试验,得到本发明的产品与现有技术的产品性能比较,结果显示,下垂度和流平性均有明显改善,成型度提高42%-45%,力学性能提高38%-40%,表明本发明与现有技术相比有预料不到的技术效果。
实施例4
作为进一步的改善,除了具备上述的技术特征外,麦饭石粉末与上述材料的重量份数为麦饭石粉50份,青玉石粉0.358份,赭石粉4.6份,氧化钇粉0.7份,氢氧化铈粉0.6份,龙晶粉1.7份,新芽罗布麻10.2份,香菖蒲16.8份。
根据GB/GB13477.6-2002标准对上述产品性能进行检测。通过上述试验,得到本发明的产品与现有技术的产品性能比较,结果显示,下垂度和流平性均有明显改善,成型度提高48%,力学性能提高45%,表明此时的组合配比最佳,最能体现本发明的技术效果,比现有技术有显著的提高。
实施例5
作为进一步的改善,除了具备上述的技术特征外,所述手感油包含二甲基硅氧烷、甲基MQ树脂、kh550改性纳米二氧化硅、石蜡油、无水芒硝,其中各组成的重量份为:二甲基硅氧烷35-40、甲基MQ树脂12-15、kh550改性纳米二氧化硅3-5、石蜡油15-20、无水芒硝10-15。该手感油制备时包括下述步骤:将二甲基硅氧烷、甲基MQ树脂、kh550改性纳米二氧化硅加入石蜡油混合均匀,加入一半的无水芒硝,搅拌均匀10-15分钟,在加入剩下的无水芒硝,搅拌均匀10-15分钟;静置20-30分钟,真空脱泡后得到所述手感油。
该手感油喷涂后所得到的涂层更柔软,与基材更不容易剥离,提高了涂层的柔韧性和附着力,并且成本较低。
实施例6
作为进一步的改善,除了具备上述的技术特征外,将麦饭石粉碎成粉末的步骤为:用清洗液对麦饭石原体进行洗涤,反复4-6次,干燥,有效去除麦饭石表面的杂质,并且不会破环矿石内部结构,所述清洗液为取0.3mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液200ml,加0.1mol/L氢氧化钾溶液200ml,用水稀释至1000ml所得;将洗涤过的矿石用液压圆锥破碎机对麦饭石进行三次破碎,得到粒径为8-10mm;用振动磨样机再次进行破碎,经筛分,得到所需直径的粉体;用淘洗分选法将粉体中密度较小的杂质去除,经电热恒温鼓风干燥机在70-80℃下进行干燥,然后用WCF-2多用磁性分析仪进行分选,进一步去除分体中的其它污染,即得所需的麦饭石粉末。
如此所得的麦饭石粉末能够更好地发挥其效果,更一步保证本发明的实施目的,获得预料不到的技术效果。
本发明的矿石粉末能够适应保健垫的制备工艺环境和使用环境,保持较高的场效应,保持各添加组份的磁场或红外线场处于相互激发状态, 场效应更强。能分解身体内的生物电,改善身体体质,有效屏蔽外界环境对身体的伤害;加入了中药成分,充分发挥了其药效,使本发明的保健垫在医疗保健发明发挥了重要作用。将麦饭石充分粉碎,促使其有效释放能量,而且本发明中的麦饭石粉末直径小至1-5微米,发挥的功效达到最佳,现有技术中未见有使用如此的尺寸;此外,本发明的制备保健垫的方法加工易于掌握,步骤合理,所得成品结构稳固,效果更佳。
本发明采用使用硅胶与矿石粉末混合解决毒性问题,利用制备过程中的 烘烤固化来解决矿石粉末外漏及布局不均匀的问题, 具有结构简单、成本低、无毒性、安全环保等优点。本发明中采用铂金催化剂,其催化效率高,可以抑制硅胶反应过程中伴随发生的副反应,避免了黑色物质的生成,克服了其它催化剂使用中产品出现发黄或变黑现象。因此可以制备高透明制品;铂金催化剂在应用于液体胶、混炼胶的成型上作用很大,其加入的比例经过了多次反复试验所得,其效果可达到最佳。
此外,本发明的方法制备速度加快、过程高效化,可进行工厂化、标准化加工,效率极大提高。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非是对本发明作其它形式的限制,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容加以变更或改型为等同变化的等效实施例。但是凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与改型,仍属于本发明技术方案的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种多功能材料保健垫,其特征在于,从外至内包括外包覆材料和芯材,所述外包覆材料包裹芯材,所述芯材主要包括麦饭石粉末、硅油、硅胶、催化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能材料保健垫,其特征在于,该芯材还可包括青玉石粉、赭石粉、氧化钇粉、氢氧化铈粉、龙晶粉、新芽罗布麻、香菖蒲;其中麦饭石粉末与上述材料的重量份数为麦饭石粉30-50份,青玉石粉0.35-0.4份,赭石粉3-5份,氧化钇粉0.5-0.8份,氢氧化铈粉0.3-0.84份,龙晶粉1-2份,新芽罗布麻10-11份,香菖蒲15-20份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能材料保健垫,其特征在于,麦饭石粉末与上述材料的重量份数为麦饭石粉50份,青玉石粉0.358份,赭石粉4.6份,氧化钇粉0.7份,氢氧化铈粉0.6份,龙晶粉1.7份,新芽罗布麻10.2份,香菖蒲16.8份。
4.一种制备根据权利要求1-3所述的多功能材料保健垫的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:a、将麦饭石粉碎成粉末,并将该粉末与硅油按比例混合均匀,在密炼机中混炼;b、制备硅胶,在炼胶机中加入硅胶及铂金催化剂,将硅胶原料软化;c、将粉末和硅油密炼后的膏状物与软化后的硅胶按照比例混合,在混炼搅拌机中,搅拌均匀;d、将混炼好的硅胶根据所需规格尺寸添加到压延机,通过压延机调整硅胶卷材厚度、宽度;e、硅胶粉混合的膏状物通过压延机压延到基材上,以此形成卷材;f、压延成的卷材烘烤硫化成型,即为所述芯材;g、成型后的芯材进入后处理热风隧道炉烘烤;再次经过隧道烤炉烘烤干爽;h、利用外包覆材料将芯材包裹、压合,制成多功能材料保健垫。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤a中,麦饭石粉末的直径为1-3微米,粉末与硅油的比例为硅油的质量为粉末与硅油的混合物质量的1-5%;在步骤b中,铂金催化剂的加入量为硅胶的0.02-0.03wt%;在步骤c中,所述膏状物与硅胶的重量比为3:1-17:3;混合后根据所需颜色加入相应剂量的色胶成分。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤d中,通过压延机调整硅胶卷材的厚度小于等于4mm,可加工的硅胶卷材长度无限制;在步骤e中,所述基材为布料或皮革。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤f中,压延成的卷材进入热风隧道炉烤箱烘烤硫化成型;在步骤g中,成型后的芯材进入后处理热风隧道炉烘烤,烘烤过程中均匀喷涂硅胶手感油、防静电手感油。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的方法,其特征在于,麦饭石粉末的直径为2微米,粉末与硅油的比例为硅油的质量为粉末与硅油的混合物质量的2%,膏状物与硅胶的重量比为4:1。
9.根据权利要求5-8所述的方法,其特征在于,当该芯材还包括青玉石粉、赭石粉、氧化钇粉、氢氧化铈粉、龙晶粉、新芽罗布麻、香菖蒲时,步骤a变为:将麦饭石粉碎成粉末,并加入上述材料,在螺杆共混机中混合10-15分钟,搅拌均匀得混合物,采用乙醇对上述混合物进行3次洗涤,然后70-80℃条件下干燥处理;再将其与硅油按比例混合均匀,在密炼机中混炼。
