本发明所述保健品主要由活胎毛蛋、蜂王浆、薄荷、乳清蛋白和左旋肉碱制成,其中,活胎毛蛋,即活胎毛蛋为未出壳的小鸡提取物,即在鸡孵化时有意中止孵化,形成活胎毛蛋,在很多地方(至少辽宁的很多城市)作为滋补品食用(常是烧烤)。蜂王浆(royaljelly),是蜜蜂巢中培育幼虫的青年工蜂咽头腺的分泌物,是供给将要变成蜂王的幼虫的食物,也是蜂王终身的食物。主要作用:1、辅助降低血糖。此作用主要因其含有的胰岛素样肽类推理得来,胰岛素样肽类是治疗糖尿病的特效药物。2、抗氧化功效。此作用是蜂王浆被大众普遍肯定的作用,它对细胞的修复以及再生具有很强的作用。3、降低血脂。蜂王浆含有人体必须的维生素达10种以上,能平衡脂肪代谢和糖代谢,可降低肥胖者的高血脂和高血糖,非常适合肥胖型糖尿病患者。4、控制血管扩张、降低血压。这个结论来自于其所含的10-羟基-癸烯酸(王浆酸)以及王浆主要蛋白-1。5、保护肝脏。蜂王浆不仅能够杀灭肝炎病毒,并且能抑制病毒在肝脏细胞内复制。6、抗菌、消炎。蜂王浆有抗菌和对伤口感染具有促进愈合的作用。7、抗衰老作用,和强化性功能作用,同时还有抗辐射,增强记忆力的作用。薄荷,是中华常用中药之一。它是辛凉性发汗解热药,治流行性感冒、头疼、目赤、身热、咽喉、牙床肿痛等症。外用可治神经痛、皮肤瘙痒、皮疹和湿疹等。平常以薄荷代茶,清心明目。乳清蛋白(whey protein)被称为蛋白之王,是从牛奶中提取的一种蛋白质,具有营养价值高、易消化吸收、含有多种活性成分等特点,是公认的人体优质蛋白质补充剂之一。左旋肉碱(L-carnitine),又称L-肉碱或音译卡尼丁,是一种促使脂肪转化为能量的类氨基酸,补充左旋肉碱可以促进细胞内丙酮酸脱氢酶的活性,从而促进葡萄糖的氧化利用,有利于延缓运动时的疲劳发生。运动时乳酸产生过多会增加血液和组织液的酸性,降低ATP的生成,导致疲劳发生,补充左旋肉碱可以清除过多乳酸,提高运动能力,促进运动性疲劳的恢复。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用上述原料制成保健品,制成的保健品具有显著而明确的提高免疫力的作用,效果明显。
实验例:
1、资料与方法
1.1健康Wistar大鼠20只,体重(200±10)g,试验前,为使大鼠适应环境将大鼠放在实验室饲养一周,随后按照随机法将健康Wistar大鼠分为实验组和对照组,每组10只。
1.2饲料配制
对照组大鼠使用普通大鼠饲料,实验组在对照组的基础上每100g饲料中混合20g本发明保健品(按实施例1进行制备)。
1.3试验方法
1.3.1试验仪器
24、96孔培养板(上海卧宏生物科技有限公司),高速离心机(张家港市中沃机械有限公司),全自动生化仪(普朗医疗器械有限公司)。
1.3.2试验方法
2组大鼠连续饲养10周,饲养结束后,将大鼠禁食12h,无菌取出脾脏分离获得脾淋巴细胞。
白介素-2、4(interleukin,IL-2,IL-4)测定。将淋巴细胞悬液分别加入24孔平底培养板,每孔1mL,随后再向每孔加入100μL浓度为50mg/L的ConA,放入CO2培养箱中培养,温度37℃,培养时间48h。培养结束后,将培养板中的淋巴细胞上清液在无菌条件下吸取后,载分别装入0.5mL EP管中,置入-20℃的冰箱中保存,用于IL-2和IL-4含量的检测。采用ELISA检测试剂盒检测检测IL-2和IL-4的含量。
1.4数据记录与统计分析
饲养期间观察2组大鼠的活动情况及死亡情况并记录;并对2组大鼠淋巴细胞的白介素-2、4(interleukin,IL-2,IL-4)结果进行记录。
本次研究所获得数据均采用SPSS20.0进行处理,组件比较采用t检验,以(x±s)表示,以P<0.05为统计学存在差异。
2结果
2.1观察结果
在饲养期间,2组大鼠均未出现死亡,且通过观察发现实验组大鼠活力及精力强于对照组大鼠。
2.2小鼠脾淋巴细胞白介素含量对比
结果见表1.

由表可知,本发明保健品具有显著而明确的提高免疫力的作用,效果明显。

下面结合实施例对发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例1.
配方:活胎毛蛋25kg、蜂王浆16kg、薄荷6kg、乳清蛋白2kg和左旋肉碱0.5kg。
工艺:取上述原料,加9倍量的水浸泡12分钟,先大火煎煮13min,再继续用小火煎煮20min,煎煮3次,过滤,合并滤液,滤液浓缩成50-60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,浸膏与浸膏量20%的淀粉和20%的糊精粉混合制粒,干燥,即得颗粒剂。
规格:5g/袋。
用法用量:每次5-10g,每日2-3次。
实施例2.
配方:活胎毛蛋28kg、蜂王浆17kg、薄荷7kg、乳清蛋白2.5kg和左旋肉碱0.7kg。
工艺:取上述原料,加9倍量的水浸泡12分钟,先大火煎煮13min,再继续用小火煎煮20min,煎煮3次,过滤,合并滤液,滤液浓缩成50-60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,浸膏与浸膏量20%的淀粉和20%的糊精粉混合制粒,干燥,即得颗粒剂。
规格:5g/袋。
用法用量:每次5-10g,每日2-3次。
实施例3。
配方:活胎毛蛋22kg、蜂王浆15kg、薄荷5kg、乳清蛋白1.5kg和左旋肉碱0.3kg。
工艺:取上述原料,加10倍量的水浸泡15分钟,先大火煎煮15min,再继续用小火煎煮25min,煎煮3次,过滤,合并滤液,滤液浓缩成50-60℃时相对密度为1.20-1.25的浸膏,另取浸膏量30%的淀粉和0.7%的硬脂酸镁与浸膏混匀,用60%的乙醇制粒,干燥,粉碎,填充胶囊,即得胶囊剂。
规格:0.5g/粒。
用法用量:每次2-3粒,每日2-3次。
Claims (8)
1.一种提高免疫力的保健食品,其特征在于:按重量份计算,主要由活胎毛蛋20-30份、蜂王浆13-19份、薄荷3-9份、乳清蛋白1-3份和左旋肉碱0.1-1.0份制作而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的提高免疫力的保健食品,其特征在于:按重量份计算,主要由活胎毛蛋22-28份、蜂王浆15-17份、薄荷5-7份、乳清蛋白1.5-2.5份和左旋肉碱0.3-0.7份制作而成。
3.如权利要求2所述的提高免疫力的保健食品,其特征在于:按重量份计算,主要由活胎毛蛋25份、蜂王浆16份、薄荷6份、乳清蛋白2份和左旋肉碱0.5份制作而成。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的提高免疫力的保健食品,其特征在于:所述活胎毛蛋为未出壳的小鸡提取物。
5.一种如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的提高免疫力的保健食品的制作方法,其特征在于:取上述原料,可以加辅料,也可以不加辅料,按照常规工艺,制成口服制剂。
6.如权利要求5所述的提高免疫力的保健食品的制作方法,其特征在于:所述口服制剂为
颗粒剂、胶囊剂或含片。
7.如权利要求5所述的提高免疫力的保健食品的制作方法,其特征在于:所述颗粒剂这样制作:取上述原料,加8-10倍量的水浸泡10-15分钟,先大火煎煮10-15min,再继续用小火煎煮15-25min,煎煮3次,过滤,合并滤液,滤液浓缩成50-60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,浸膏与浸膏量20%的淀粉和20%的糊精粉混合制粒,干燥,即得。
8.如权利要求5所述的提高免疫力的保健食品的制作方法,其特征在于:所述胶囊剂这样制作:取上述原料,加8-10倍量的水浸泡10-15分钟,先大火煎煮10-15min,再继续用小火煎煮15-25min,煎煮3次,过滤,合并滤液,滤液浓缩成50-60℃时相对密度为1.20-1.25的浸膏,另取浸膏量30%的淀粉和0.7%的硬脂酸镁与浸膏混匀,用60%的乙醇制粒,干燥,粉碎,填充胶囊,即得。
