Abstract

本发明公开了一种彩色憎水型填缝剂,该发明由水泥、粉煤灰、填料、颜料、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、可再分散乳胶粉等组分混合配制而成。本发明通过两种不同的水泥混合搭配,有效提高了水泥硬化速度及后期强度,掺入高配的可分散乳胶粉,大大提升了填缝剂的拉伸性能,同时添加适量的纤维素醚及有机硅憎水剂提高了砂浆的和易性和憎水性,不同级配的填料大大提升了砂浆的密实性。填缝剂可抗泛碱,不会出现开裂等问题,整体性能优。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种彩色憎水型填缝剂。
背景技术
填缝剂是用于填充陶瓷墙面砖与地面砖砖缝问的接缝材料,在填缝剂表面涂覆有机硅憎水剂为填缝剂提供保护,并且不影响填缝剂饰面的外观。目前市面上的填缝剂存在渗水和开裂问题,并且泛碱性严重。
发明内容
本发明目的在于,提供一种抗泛碱,不开裂的彩色憎水型填缝剂本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种彩色憎水型填缝剂,由以下组分按重量百分比混合制备而成:
水泥 30-40份
粉煤灰 8-15份
羟丙基甲基纤维素醚 2-5份
填料 30-60份
颜料 3-8份
有机硅粉末憎水剂 3-8份
可再分散乳胶粉 5-15份。
作为优选方案之一,所述的水泥由硫铝酸盐水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥混合组成。
作为优选方案之一,所述的羟丙基甲基纤维素醚粘度在10-20万map.s。
作为优选方案之一,所述的填料由75-100目的石英砂、20-50目的长石、100-200目的重钙混合组成。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:本发明通过两种不同的水泥混合搭配,有效提高了水泥硬化速度及后期强度,掺入高配的可分散乳胶粉,大大提升了填缝剂的拉伸性能,同时添加适量的纤维素醚及有机硅憎水剂提高了砂浆的和易性和憎水性,不同级配的填料大大提升了砂浆的密实性。填缝剂可抗泛碱,不会出现开裂等问题,整体性能优。

水泥 32份
粉煤灰 10份
羟丙基甲基纤维素醚 3份
填料 35份
颜料 5份
有机硅粉末憎水剂 5份
可再分散乳胶粉 10份。
实施例2:一种彩色憎水型填缝剂,由以下组分按重量百分比混合制备而成:
水泥 35份
粉煤灰 8份
羟丙基甲基纤维素醚 2份
填料 39份
颜料 4份
有机硅粉末憎水剂 4份
可再分散乳胶粉 8份。
其中上述的水泥由5份硫铝酸盐水泥与30份普通硅酸盐水泥混合组成。
其中上述的羟丙基甲基纤维素醚粘度在10-20万map.s。
其中上述的填料由20份75-100目的石英砂、9份20-50目的长石、10份100-200目的重钙混合组成。

水泥 30-40份
粉煤灰 8-15份
羟丙基甲基纤维素醚 2-5份
填料 30-60份
颜料 3-8份
有机硅粉末憎水剂 3-8份
可再分散乳胶粉 5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的彩色憎水型填缝剂,其特征在于,所述的水泥由硫铝酸盐水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥混合组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的彩色憎水型填缝剂,其特征在于,所述的羟丙基甲基纤维素醚粘度在10-20万map.s。
4.根据权利要求1所述的彩色憎水型填缝剂,所述的填料由75-100目的石英砂、20-50目的长石、100-200目的重钙混合组成。
