Abstract
本发明公开了一种混线式轮毂螺栓孔自动清粉***及组合式清粉枪,清粉***包括控制***、识别***、清粉机器人、枪库及附属设备,枪库内设置复数把组合式喷粉枪,清粉机器人端部设置快速拆卸夹具,该清粉***采用机器人编程及轮毂识别技术,根据不同轮毂螺栓孔与球窝及平台尺寸及产品标准,机器人自动快速选用不同型号的组合式清粉枪,在轮毂不设置防护的情况下喷粉后,中心枪管的头部吸螺栓孔部位的粉,球窝及平台枪管吸收螺栓孔球窝及平台处的粉,用清粉枪替代螺栓孔防护小堵,避免了配置大量小堵,降低生产成本,防止小堵脱漆造成的环境污染,且吸收的粉可以重复利用,符合现代企业绿色化、精益化及自动化的发展进程。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混线式轮毂螺栓孔自动清粉***及组合式清粉枪,涉及轮毂涂装技术领域。
背景技术
汽车车轮螺栓孔及球窝及平台属于紧固螺栓与轮毂的配合特征,涉及安全性,所以不允许有漆膜存在。在目前的轮毂涂装生产中,一般都采用小堵或小球防护,不同轮型对应的防护尺寸不同,所以需要配备大量不同型号的防护,且防护使用一段时间后必须进行脱漆处理,会产生很多危废,不符合企业绿色化、精益化及自动化发展需要。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种混线式轮毂螺栓孔自动清粉***及组合式清粉枪,用于轮毂喷粉生产过程中,采用自动吸粉代替小堵防护方式,避免大量防护小堵的定制存放,以及脱漆处理带来的大量污染。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种混线式轮毂螺栓孔自动清粉***,其特征在于:该清粉***包括控制***、识别***、清粉机器人、枪库及附属设备,识别***和清粉机器人与控制***采用弱电联接,枪库内设置复数把组合式喷粉枪,清粉机器人端部设置快速拆卸夹具,其工艺流程是:清粉程序存储→轮型识别→进入粉房喷粉→进入清粉工位→清粉程序调取→机器人换枪→清粉→清粉完成。
进一步,所述识别***采用视觉识别***,在生产前把所有轮型图像信息进行识别输入,编辑轮型代码信息,轮型代码信息与图像一一对应。
进一步,所述识别***是,在轮毂特定位置设置条形码或二维码,在轮型识别工位设置读码装置,该读码装置与控制***采用弱电联接。
一种用于上述混线式轮毂螺栓孔自动清粉***的组合式清粉枪,包括组合式枪体和枪管,其特征在于:组合式枪体由前、后组合单体构成,每个组合单体侧面都由位于前段的插接段和后段的吸粉段构成,吸粉段直径大于插接段直径,在每个组合单体中心设置吸粉通孔,在每个组合单体吸粉段设置吸粉孔;后组合单体的插接段和吸粉段直径分别大于前组合单体的插接段和吸粉段直径,在每个组合单体前后两端都设置联接装置;枪管包括中心枪管和球窝及平台枪管,中心枪管尾部与前组合单体插接段联接,球窝及平台枪管尾部与后组合单体插接段联接,中心枪管头部探出球窝及平台枪管头部,中心枪管头部侧壁上设置密集微孔,设置两个小堵将后组合单体吸粉孔堵住。
进一步,所述各组合单体的联接装置是,在每个组合单体的吸粉通孔前端设置内螺纹孔,在每个组合单体尾端设置外螺纹段,每个组合单体的内螺纹孔和外螺纹段采用可以相互配合的尺寸,且各组合单体之间内螺纹孔和外螺纹段尺寸完全相同。
进一步,所述位于吸粉段的吸粉孔垂直于组合单体轴线,且与吸粉通孔相交。
进一步,紧靠所述组合单体内螺纹孔设置密封段,设置密封圈安装在前组合单体外螺纹段后端面与后组合单体密封段之间。
该发明一种混线式轮毂螺栓孔自动清粉***及组合式清粉枪,通过机器人编程及轮毂识别技术,用于轮毂自动化混线喷粉过程。根据不同轮毂螺栓孔与球窝及平台尺寸及产品标准,机器人自动快速选用不同型号的组合式清粉枪,在轮毂不设置防护的情况下喷粉后,中心枪管的头部吸螺栓孔部位的粉,球窝及平台枪管吸收螺栓孔球窝及平台处的粉,用清粉枪替代螺栓孔防护小堵,避免了配置大量小堵,降低生产成本,防止小堵脱漆造成的环境污染,且吸收的粉可以重复利用,符合现代企业绿色化、精益化及自动化的发展进程。

下面结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种混线式轮毂螺栓孔自动清粉***,包括控制***、识别***、清粉机器人、枪库及附属设备,识别***和清粉机器人与控制***采用弱电联接,枪库内设置复数把组合式喷粉枪,清粉机器人端部设置快速拆卸夹具,其工艺流程是:清粉程序存储→轮型识别→进入粉房喷粉→进入清粉工位→调取清粉程序→机器人换枪→清粉→清粉完成。
一种用于上述混线式轮毂螺栓孔自动清粉***的组合式清粉枪,如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6所示,包括组合式枪体和枪管,组合式枪体由前组合单体3和后组合单体5构成,前组合单体3侧面由位于前段的插接段302和后段的吸粉段305构成,后组合单体5由位于前段的插接段B502和后段的吸粉段B505构成,吸粉段A305、吸粉段B505直径分别大于插接段A302、插接段B502直径,在前组合单体3和后组合单体5的中心分别设置吸粉通孔A307、吸粉通孔B507,在吸粉段A305、吸粉段B505分别设置吸粉孔A304、吸粉孔B504,吸粉孔A304、吸粉孔B504分别垂直于前组合单体3和后组合单体5轴线,且分别与吸粉通孔A307、吸粉通孔B507相交;后组合单体5的插接段B502和吸粉段B505直径分别大于前组合单体的插接段A302和吸粉段A305直径,在前组合单体3和后组合单体5的吸粉通孔A307、吸粉通孔B507前端设置内螺纹孔A301、内螺纹孔B501,在前组合单体3和后组合单体5尾端设置外螺纹段A306、外螺纹段B506,内螺纹孔A301和外螺纹段A306可以相互配合,内螺纹孔B501和外螺纹段B506可以相互配合,且内螺纹孔A301和内螺纹孔B501尺寸完全相同,外螺纹段A306和外螺纹段B506尺寸完全相同;枪管包括中心枪管2和球窝平台枪管1,中心枪管2尾部与前组合单体2插接段A302联接,球窝及平台枪管1尾部与后组合单体5插接段B502联接,中心枪管2头部探出球窝平台枪管1头部,中心枪管2头部侧壁上设置密集微孔201,中心枪管2和球窝及平台枪管1采用碳纤维材料制作,设置两个小堵6将后组合单体5吸粉孔B504堵住,小堵6采用软质材料制作;紧靠所述内螺纹孔A301和内螺纹孔B501都分别设置密封段A303和密封段B503,设置密封圈4安装在前组合单体3外螺纹段A303后端面与后组合单体5密封段B503之间。
Claims (2)
1.一种组合式轮毂螺栓孔自动清粉枪,包括组合式枪体和枪管,其特征在于:组合式枪体由前、后组合单体构成,每个组合单体侧面都由位于前段的插接段和后段的吸粉段构成,吸粉段直径大于插接段直径,在每个组合单体中心设置吸粉通孔,在每个组合单体吸粉段设置吸粉孔;后组合单体的插接段和吸粉段直径分别大于前组合单体的插接段和吸粉段直径,在每个组合单体前后两端都设置联接装置;枪管包括中心枪管和球窝及平台枪管,中心枪管尾部与前组合单体插接段联接,球窝及平台枪管尾部与后组合单体插接段联接,中心枪管头部探出球窝及平台枪管头部,中心枪管头部侧壁上设置密集微孔,设置两个小堵将后组合单体吸粉孔堵住;
所述各组合单体的联接装置是,在每个组合单体的吸粉通孔前端设置内螺纹孔,在每个组合单体尾端设置外螺纹段,每个组合单体的内螺纹孔和外螺纹段采用可以相互配合的尺寸,且各组合单体之间内螺纹孔和外螺纹段尺寸完全相同;
紧靠所述组合单体内螺纹孔设置密封段,设置密封圈安装在前组合单体外螺纹段后端面与后组合单体密封段之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种组合式轮毂螺栓孔自动清粉枪,其特征在于:所述位于吸粉段的吸粉孔垂直于组合单体轴线,且与吸粉通孔相交。
