According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 1-2 and 4-5, the water outlet 22 is disposed adjacent to the axis of rotation of the seat ring 1. Here, it should be noted that the seat ring 1 rotates around a certain axis during the pivoting process of the seat body, and the certain axis is the rotation axis, which is understood as the connection between the seat ring 1 and the seat body. By arranging the water outlet 22 adjacent to the axis of rotation of the seat 1, such that when the seat 1 is rotated upwardly, the water outlet 22 may be located at the lowermost side of the seat 1, so that when the toilet is not in use in winter, the water drain valve 3 is opened to drain the water remaining in the water storage ring 2, thereby avoiding freezing due to water stored in the water storage ring 2.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 4-5, the first check valve 6 is connected in series between the water inlet 21 and the reversing assembly 5, so that when water in the water storage part flows to the water inlet 21 through the reversing assembly 5, the first check valve 6 can ensure that water flows into the water storage ring 2 from the reversing assembly 5 in one direction, so that backflow of water is avoided, and the reliability of using the toilet lid assembly 100 is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 4-5, the second one-way valve 7 is connected in series between the drain valve 3 and the water outlet 22, so that the structure is simple, the water in the water storage ring 2 can flow out of the water outlet 22 in a one-way manner, backflow is avoided, and the reliability of the toilet lid assembly 100 in use is improved.
The structure of the toilet lid assembly 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1-6.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a toilet lid assembly 100 for a toilet according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: the seat insert 1, the heating module 4, the reversing assembly 5, the controller 9, the seating sensor and the temperature sensing device 8. Preferably, the drain valve 3 is a normally open drain valve 3.
Specifically, the seat ring 1 is pivotally arranged on the seat body, a storage space is arranged in the seat ring 1, the water storage ring 2 is arranged in the storage space, and the water storage ring 2 can store hot water. As shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 4-5, the water storage ring 2 has a water inlet 21 and a water outlet 22, and hot water can enter the water storage ring 2 from the water inlet 21 and be discharged from the water outlet 22. Specifically, the water outlet 22 is provided with a drain valve 3, and the drain valve 3 can be used for controlling the opening and closing of the water outlet 22, so that water in the water storage ring 2 is discharged by opening the drain valve 3, hot water in the water storage ring 2 is stored by closing the drain valve 3, and heat of the hot water is conveniently transferred to the seat ring 1 to be convenient for a user to use.
The heating module 4 comprises a water storage part and a heating part, wherein an inlet of the water storage part is suitable for being connected with an external water source, so that water of the external water source can enter the water storage part through the inlet so as to be convenient for the heating part to heat the water in the water storage part.
The reversing assembly 5 is respectively connected with the outlet of the water storage part, the flushing module and the water inlet 21, the reversing assembly 5 has a cut-off state and a conduction state, when the reversing assembly 5 is in the conduction state, the reversing assembly 5 can selectively conduct the outlet and the flushing module or the outlet and the water inlet 21, and when the reversing assembly 5 is in the cut-off state, the reversing assembly 5 does not conduct the outlet and the flushing module or the outlet and the water inlet 21.
The controller 9 is electrically connected with the heating module 4, the drain valve 3, the reversing assembly 5, the seating sensor and the temperature detecting device 8, respectively. Specifically, when the seating sensor detects that the user sits on the seat ring 1, a detection signal can be fed back to the controller 9, the controller 9 controls the heating part to be turned on so as to heat water in the water storage part, and meanwhile, the controller 9 controls the reversing assembly 5 to conduct the outlet and the water inlet 21 so that hot water in the water storage part flows to the water storage ring 2, and at the moment, the temperature detection device 8 continuously detects the temperature of the water in the water storage ring 2 and feeds back a detection signal to the controller 9.
If the temperature detection device 8 detects that the water temperature in the water storage ring 2 is lower than the set value, the controller 9 controls the drain valve 3 to be opened, so that the hot water heated by the heating part can always flow to the water storage ring 2, and the low-temperature hot water in the water storage ring 2 can be discharged from the water outlet 22 and discharged into the urinal of the seat body.
When the temperature detection device 8 detects that the water temperature in the water storage ring 2 reaches a set value, the controller 9 controls the drain valve 3 to be closed, controls the reversing component 5 to be cut off and controls the heating part to stop heating, so that the hot water in the water storage ring 2 is ensured to have enough heat, the hot water is convenient to heat the water storage ring 1, and the comfort level of a user is ensured; after the user sits on the seat ring 1 for a period of time, if the temperature detection device 8 detects that the water temperature in the water storage ring 2 is lower than the set value again, the controller 9 controls the heating part to heat the water in the water storage part, and controls the reversing assembly 5 to communicate the outlet and the water inlet 21 and the drain valve 3 to be opened again.
After the user sits on the seat ring 1 for a period of time and the toilet is finished, the controller 9 can control the heating part to heat the hot water in the water storage part and control the reversing assembly 5 to conduct the outlet and the flushing module according to the flushing instruction input by the user, so that the hot water heated by the heating part can flow to the flushing module through the outlet and the reversing assembly 5 in sequence so that the flushing module can spray the hot water to the buttocks of the user to flush dirt.
When the seating sensor does not sense that the user is seated on the seat pan 1, the controller 9 may control the heating portion to turn off and the reversing assembly 5 to turn off.
Alternatively, the seating sensor may be an infrared sensor or a capacitive sensor, thereby being simple and reliable in structure and low in cost.
Preferably, the temperature detecting means 8 is arranged adjacent to the water outlet 22, and a part of heat is inevitably lost during the process of flowing hot water from the water inlet 21 into the water storage ring 2 and flowing to the water outlet 22, and the water temperature at the water outlet 22 is lower than the water temperature at the water inlet 21, so that the temperature of the water outlet 22 is detected by the temperature detecting means 8, thereby being beneficial to ensuring the water temperature at other positions of the water storage ring 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the seat 1 includes a seat upper shell 11 and a seat lower shell 12, and the seat lower shell 12 is fixed to a bottom wall of the seat upper shell 11 to define the storage space. Thus, the structure is simple.
Further, the thickness of the water storage ring 2 when not storing water is not smaller than the height of the storage space, so that the supporting effect of the water storage ring 2 on the seat ring 1 is further guaranteed, the overall strength of the seat ring 1 is further improved, meanwhile, when hot water is stored in the water storage ring 2, the water storage ring 2 is also facilitated to be clung to the inner wall of the seat ring 1, and the heating effect of the hot water in the water storage ring 2 on the seat ring 1 is optimized. Alternatively, the water storage ring 2 is a plastic member, a resin member, or a rubber member.
The reversing assembly 5 is a three-way valve having a first port connected to the outlet, a second port connected to the flushing module, and a third port connected to the water inlet 21. Specifically, when the first port is communicated with the second port, the outlet is communicated with the flushing module so that the hot water of the water storage part flows to the flushing module to flush the buttocks of the user, when the first port is communicated with the third port, the outlet is communicated with the water inlet 21 so that the hot water of the water storage part flows to the water storage ring 2 so that the seat ring 1 is heated, and when the first port is not communicated with the second port and the first port is not communicated with the third port, the three-way valve is in a cut-off state.
A toilet according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below.
A toilet according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the toilet lid assembly 100 for a toilet as described above.
According to the toilet bowl provided by the embodiment of the invention, the toilet bowl cover assembly 100 is arranged, and the water storage ring 2 can be used for storing hot water, so that the hot water in the water storage ring 2 can radiate heat to the seat ring 1 to heat the seat ring 1, the heated seat ring 1 has good temperature uniformity, the comfort level of a user is good, the arrangement of electric heating wires on the seat ring 1 is avoided, the process is simplified, the working efficiency is improved, the potential safety hazard is eliminated, and the occurrence of low-temperature scalding accidents caused by continuous heating of the electric heating wires can be prevented. Meanwhile, when the drain valve 3 is opened, the water of the water storage ring 2 is discharged into the urinal of the seat body, so that the wetting effect of the water on the urinal is facilitated, and the water resource is saved.
A control method of a toilet according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 7, including the steps of:
s1: whether the user sits on the seat ring 1 is detected by the seating sensor. For example, the seating sensor is the above-described infrared sensor or capacitive sensor.
S2: when the user sits on the seat ring 1 is detected, the controller 9 controls the heating part to be started and controls the reversing assembly 5 to conduct the outlet and the water inlet 21; that is, when the seating sensor detects that the user is seated on the seat ring 1, the controller 9 controls the heating part to be turned on to heat the water in the water storage part, while the controller 9 controls the reversing assembly 5 to pass through the outlet and the water inlet 21 so that the hot water in the water storage part flows to the water storage ring 2,
s3: detecting the water temperature in the water storage ring 2 by a temperature detection device 8; for example, the temperature detection device 8 is a temperature sensor.
S4: when the water temperature in the water storage ring 2 reaches a set value, the controller 9 controls the drain valve 3 to be closed, and controls the reversing component 5 to be cut off. That is, when the temperature detecting device 8 detects that the water temperature in the water storage ring 2 reaches the set value, the controller 9 controls the drain valve 3 to be closed, and simultaneously the controller 9 controls the reversing assembly 5 to be turned off, so that the hot water in the water storage ring 2 is ensured to have enough heat, the hot water is convenient to heat the seat ring 1, and the comfort level of a user is ensured.
According to the control method of the closestool, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the heating part is beneficial to heating water in the water storage part, so that heated hot water flows to the water storage ring 2 to heat the water storage ring 2, the heated seat ring 1 is good in temperature uniformity and excellent in comfort level of a user, the arrangement of electric heating wires on the seat ring 1 is avoided, the process is simplified, the working efficiency is improved, the potential safety hazard is eliminated, and the occurrence of low-temperature scalding accidents caused by continuous heating of the electric heating wires can be prevented. Meanwhile, the water in the water storage ring 2 can be heated without additionally adding heating equipment, so that the structure is simplified, and the cost is reduced.
Specifically, the step S2 specifically includes:
when the user is detected to be sitting on the seat ring 1, judging whether the user inputs a temperature instruction or not; when a user inputs a temperature instruction, the controller 9 controls the heating part to heat the water in the water storage part to a temperature set by the user; when the user does not input a temperature instruction, the heating portion is controlled by the controller 9 to heat the water in the water storage portion to a default temperature pre-stored in the controller 9.
Thereby, it is advantageous to improve the adjustability, thereby adjusting the temperature of the heated water in the water storage part according to the user's demand.
A control method of a toilet bowl according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 7.
When the seating sensor detects that the user is seated on the seat ring 1, the detection signal may be fed back to the controller 9.
Then, whether the user inputs a temperature instruction is judged, when the user inputs the temperature instruction, the controller 9 controls the heating part to heat the water in the water storage part to the temperature set by the user and the outlet and the water inlet 21 are communicated, and when the user does not input the temperature instruction, the controller 9 controls the heating part to heat the water in the water storage part to the default temperature prestored in the controller 9 and the outlet and the water inlet 21 are communicated.
The temperature detecting means 8 continuously detects the temperature of the water in the water storage ring 2 and feeds back the detection signal to the controller 9.
If the temperature detection device 8 detects that the water temperature in the water storage ring 2 is lower than the set value, the controller 9 controls the drain valve 3 to be opened, so that the hot water heated by the heating part can always flow to the water storage ring 2, and the low-temperature hot water in the water storage ring 2 can be discharged from the water outlet 22 and discharged into the urinal of the seat body.
When the temperature detection device 8 detects that the water temperature in the water storage ring 2 reaches a set value, the controller 9 controls the drain valve 3 to be closed, controls the reversing component 5 to be cut off and controls the heating part to stop heating, so that the hot water in the water storage ring 2 is ensured to have enough heat, the hot water is convenient to heat the water storage ring 1, and the comfort level of a user is ensured; after the user sits on the seat ring 1 for a period of time, if the temperature detection device 8 detects that the water temperature in the water storage ring 2 is lower than the set value again, the controller 9 controls the heating part to heat the water in the water storage part, and controls the reversing assembly 5 to communicate the outlet and the water inlet 21 and the drain valve 3 to be opened again.
After the user sits on the seat ring 1 for a period of time and the toilet is finished, the controller 9 can control the heating part to heat the hot water in the water storage part and control the reversing assembly 5 to conduct the outlet and the flushing module according to the flushing instruction input by the user, so that the hot water heated by the heating part can flow to the flushing module through the outlet and the reversing assembly 5 in sequence so that the flushing module can spray the hot water to the buttocks of the user to flush dirt.
When the seating sensor does not sense that the user is seated on the seat pan 1, the controller 9 may control the heating portion to turn off and the reversing assembly 5 to turn off.

Claims (6)

1. A toilet lid assembly for a toilet, the toilet comprising a seat, the toilet lid assembly comprising:
the seat ring is arranged on the seat body in a pivotable manner, and a storage space is arranged in the seat ring;
the water storage ring is placed in the storage space and is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet;
the water discharging valve is arranged at the water outlet to open or close the water outlet, and when the water discharging valve is opened, water in the water storage ring is discharged to the urinal of the seat body;
the seat ring includes:
a seat ring upper shell; and
a race lower shell fixed to a bottom wall of the race upper shell and defining the storage space with the race upper shell;
the thickness of the water storage ring when not storing water is not smaller than the height of the storage space;
the toilet includes a flush module;
the toilet lid assembly includes:
the heating module comprises a water storage part and a heating part for heating water in the water storage part, and an inlet of the water storage part is suitable for being connected with an external water source;
the reversing component is respectively connected with the outlet of the water storage part, the flushing module and the water inlet and is used for selectively conducting the outlet and the flushing module or the outlet and the water inlet;
the controller is electrically connected with the heating module;
the temperature detection device is used for detecting the water temperature in the water storage ring, and when the temperature detection device detects that the water temperature in the water storage ring reaches a set value, the controller controls the drain valve to be closed;
the drain valve is a normally open drain valve, and when the temperature detection device detects that the water temperature in the water storage ring reaches a set value, the drain valve is closed under the control of the controller so as to store hot water in the water storage ring.
2. The toilet lid assembly for a toilet according to claim 1, comprising: and when the seating sensor detects that a user sits on the seat ring, the controller controls the heating part to be started and controls the reversing assembly to conduct the outlet and the water inlet.
3. The toilet lid assembly for a toilet of claim 2, wherein the seating sensor is an infrared sensor or a capacitive sensor.
4. The toilet lid assembly for a toilet of claim 1, wherein the reversing assembly is a three-way valve having a first port connected to the outlet, a second port in communication with the flush module, and a third port connected to the water inlet.
5. The toilet lid assembly for a toilet of claim 1, wherein the water outlet is disposed adjacent to the rotational axis of the seat.
6. A toilet bowl comprising a toilet bowl cover assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
