Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一个锯条架,它包含一个U形的弓形体,一个把手和两个在该锯条两端的固定装置。
这种装置通常用于在锯不同材料的锯刀中紧固线形成小宽度的扁平刀片(锯条)。一般来说将这种刀片或线形体紧固到在弓形体每端的两个实心夹头端之间。该夹头主要一方面在弓形体的第一端具有一个固定的实心部分。另一方面,具有一个板状的第二移动件通过它将一个螺钉旋到固定件上。通过沿一个方向转动螺钉,可使移动板固定到平的表面并且夹紧刀片(锯条)。
从FR 961033A中公开了一种上述的锯条架,其中因为其锯条的宽度大于夹紧装置的宽度,所以锯条横截面尺寸和通道尺寸不相应。
从DE3248584A中也公开了一种锯条架,其中锯条具有一个球形端部或者必须使用一个辅助部件来夹紧锯条。
已经使用了好多年的上述方法其缺点在于不确定的紧固和不精确的定位并且在板的夹紧过程中,锯条会扭曲或者在锯的时候锯条产生变形;另外,已知的锯条架在方形体平面中移动锯条,对被加工部件的可视性造成影响。
本发明的目的在于提供一种锯条架,更具体地说,是用于宝石匠所使用的那种尺寸大小且为扁平状或线状的锯条,使用按本发明的锯条架可以可靠地使锯条固定对中和夹紧,另外,还可在加工时获得工件的良好的可视性。
本发明锯条架的特征在于它具有两个相同的紧固装置,各紧固装置包含一具有一个横截面尺寸和锯条的横截面相应的通口的主体使可实现锯条的调整和定中,另外,所述主体还包括一个垂直于所述通口安装的紧固螺钉,使可在通口上实现上述锯条部的夹紧。
本发明锯条的优点在于,锯条在所述基块的通口中进行调节和对中,通口尺寸完全相应于这些锯条的一般尺寸,并且在进行锯操作时,在上述通口中实际上没有使锯条偏移的空间。
另一工作变型中,在两个螺钉端部之间进行夹紧,其中一螺钉在通口侧并另一螺钉用于夹紧或松开刀片。这样,也能使锯刀改型使其适合左右手使用者。实际上,安装锯条时,有必要保证锯条牢固地紧固在弓形体的两端之间,因而,当用手和腹部推着弓形体抵向障碍物时,就可将螺钉夹紧或松开。夹紧或松开螺钉应该视左右手使用者的不同而分别在正确的一侧进行,此时使用带有一带齿圈的夹紧螺钉可足以改变已固定的螺钉的位置。这种改型可由以后的使用者非常方便地进行,以便在组装时不需要提供另外专门结构的条件下就为左右手使用者提供锯条架。
另外,紧固装置包括一个T形件,该T形件头部垂直于弓形体的平面并且根据操作者使用手的不同所述的主体安装在T形件腿的左手或右手侧,从而能够在另一弓形体平面外移动锯刀,从而使被加工工件可见。通过横向于T形件腿部且终止于通口中的螺钉来进行固定。具有带齿圈的这个或多个螺钉可确保锯条的固定。通过开始时在一侧或另一侧装配主体,可以得到一用于左或右手使用者的锯子。这种工作变型也使得可以使用其长度大于弓形体两端之间距离的锯条。
本发明也寻求提供一锯条架,它可容易地实现有缺陷的或用坏的部件的更换。每一个弓形体,固定装置和把手部件因而都是更换的。
为了减轻该刀具的重量,弓形体由一压扁管制成,它可抵抗珠宝匠或类似的加工操作。
同样,把手由盖有泡沫层的塑料材料制成,从而可避免当使用者出汗时刀具的滑动。
以下借助附图对本发明进行详述。附图中:

图1示出了一个带把手2和两个用于锯条5的固定装置3和4的U形弓状体1。所述5个元件优选为可更换的因而为可拆卸的。例如可使用螺钉或相似的安装件将这些元件连接起来。
图2示出了固定装置最简单的变型。所述固定装置包括一个带有一纵向通口32的主体31,通口尺寸相应于锯条5的尺寸因而可使锯条能被调整和定中。安有带齿圈头部34的螺钉33可使当锯条5重新装进通口32中时可压紧锯条抵向通口32的壁上从,而可使刀片得以紧固。装置3和4是相同的。
图3示出了另一个工作变型,它亦包括一横有通口36和装有一带齿圈头部38的螺钉37的主体35。与主体31相比,该主体35在螺钉37延长线上安装有另一个螺钉39。该螺钉具有两个功能:首先是可保证在螺钉37和39可能被硬化的端部之间锯条35的固定并且允许一个正确的夹紧,同时,还能使主体35由轻质合金构成,这对于锯条架来说是有利的。第二个优点在于螺钉39和37可进行调整以使锯刀能适用于左手或右手使用者。
最后,图4中的固定装置包括一个与图3中的主体相同或大致相同的主体部35,其上设有一个可用带齿圈头部38拧动的螺钉37,基块41为T形并且主体35以一比螺钉39长的螺钉39′固定在上述块的支腿侧。螺钉39′保证了主体35直到中间块41上的固定和如图4所示保证了锯条在螺钉37和39′两端的紧固。这种情况下,基块41设置时使其支腿设在和弓形体1相同的平面内,这就意味着锯条5相对于弓形体平面偏心,这样在小块工件加工时可能会有利,因为从可视性方面看来工作平面完全清楚了。
另外,这种结构也可能将主体35安装在基块41的左或右手侧,因而可调整该锯使其适应于左、右手使用者。而且基块41和图3中的基块35及图2中的基块31例如用一仅在图4中示出的螺钉42固定在弓状体上。此外,偏心的位置使得可以使用长于弓形体两端距离的锯子,两端距离通常长为130mm。
锯条架装有一把手2,该把手2使用一个螺钉或类似装置固定并且也是可更换的,另外把手为一盖有泡沫层的圆柱形体,可用于实现锯条架正确的操作。
上述元件组成多个工作变型,并由此可想象出其它工作变型。
Claims (6)
1.锯条架包括一个U形弓形体,一把手和两个在锯条两端部的固定装置,每个固定装置与弓形体一个端部相连,其特征在于:两个固定装置是相同的,各固定装置包含一具有一个横截面尺寸和锯条的横截面相应的通口的主体使可实现锯条的调整和定中,另外,所述主体还包括一个垂直于所述通口安装的第一夹紧螺钉,使可在通口上实现上述锯条端部的夹紧,所述的主体由一第二螺钉安装在一个T形块的支腿上,所述T形块的头垂直于弓形体平面并且所述的第二螺钉安在所述的第一夹紧螺钉的延长线上。
2.按权利要求1所述的锯条架,其特征在于:所述的第二螺钉的端部位于所述的通口中。
3.按权利要求1所述的锯条架,其特征在于,所述的固定装置由轻质合金制成并且螺钉具有淬硬的端部。
4.按权利要求1所述的锯条架,其特征在于,每个构成锯条架的部件都是可更换的。
5.按权利要求1所述的锯条架,其特征在于,所述弓形体由一个压扁管制成。
6.按权利要求1所述的锯条架,其特征在于,把手由盖有泡沫层的塑料材料制成。
