An automatic chopping board drilling machine is characterized by comprising a rack, a longitudinal feeding mechanism, a transverse feeding mechanism, a chopping board positioning device, a chopping board drilling unit and a longitudinal discharging mechanism, wherein the longitudinal feeding mechanism is arranged on the rack and used for conveying a chopping board in a half way; the longitudinal feeding mechanism is used for longitudinally feeding the chopping board into the transverse feeding station; the transverse feeding mechanism is used for transversely feeding the chopping board into the chopping board positioning station; the cutting board positioning device is used for positioning the cutting board which is transversely fed to the drilling station; the cutting board drilling unit comprises two sets of drilling devices for drilling the cutting board and a pushing device for driving the drilling devices to move forwards and backwards, and the two sets of drilling devices are respectively arranged corresponding to mounting holes to be machined of the cutting board; the longitudinal discharging mechanism is used for longitudinally transmitting the cutting board after drilling out of the drilling station;
each set of drilling device comprises a drill chuck mounting seat, a drill chuck mounting shaft is arranged on the drill chuck mounting seat, a drill chuck is mounted at the front end of the drill chuck mounting shaft, and a drill bit is mounted in the drill chuck; the drilling device mounting plate is also fixedly connected with a motor, and an output shaft of the motor is connected with a drill chuck mounting shaft through a belt transmission mechanism;
the pushing device comprises an air cylinder mounting plate fixedly arranged on the rack, a second air cylinder with a piston rod horizontally and longitudinally arranged and a drilling device mounting plate, wherein a cylinder body of the second air cylinder is relatively fixed with the air cylinder mounting plate, and the piston rod is connected with the drilling device mounting plate; the drilling device mounting plate can be arranged in a front-back sliding mode relative to the air cylinder mounting plate through the linear slide rail mechanism, and the two sets of drilling devices are mounted on the drilling device mounting plate.

The cutting board automatic drilling machine according to claim 1, wherein the longitudinal feeding mechanism comprises a longitudinal feeding table top and a feeding cylinder arranged below the longitudinal feeding table top, a cylinder body of the feeding cylinder is fixed relative to the frame, and a pushing component for pushing the cutting board is arranged on a piston rod; the pushing assembly comprises a pushing table top fixed relative to a piston rod of the feeding air cylinder, the pushing table top is arranged in a front-back displacement mode relative to the rack through a longitudinal linear slide rail mechanism, a first air cylinder with a piston rod vertically and upwards is arranged below the pushing table top, a feeding push plate used for pushing a chopping board is arranged on the piston rod of the first air cylinder, and the feeding push plate is higher than the feeding table top when in a high position; and when the feeding push plate is at a low position, the feeding push plate is lower than the feeding table surface.

The cutting board automatic drilling machine according to claim 1, wherein the transverse feeding mechanism comprises a transverse feeding table top, a pushing strip longitudinally arranged on the transverse feeding table top, a pushing cylinder transversely arranged below the transverse feeding table top, and a pushing plate relatively fixed to the pushing strip, the pushing plate is slidably arranged left and right relative to the rack through a linear slide rail mechanism, a gap for accommodating left and right displacement of the pushing strip is arranged on the transverse feeding table top, a cylinder body of the pushing cylinder is fixedly connected to the rack, and a piston rod of the pushing cylinder is relatively fixed to the pushing plate.

The cutting board automatic drilling machine according to claim 1, wherein the positioning device is located in front of the cutting board drilling unit, the positioning device comprises a longitudinally arranged barrier strip arranged in front of the drilling mechanism, a positioning table top, and a cylinder mounting seat, the barrier strip is fixedly arranged on the positioning table top, and the barrier strip is matched with the transverse feeding mechanism for transverse positioning; the cylinder mounting seat can be arranged in a front-and-back displacement mode relative to the rack through a linear slide rail mechanism, at least one positioning cylinder with a piston rod vertically arranged downwards is fixedly mounted on the cylinder mounting seat, and a flexible positioning block is connected below the piston rod; an adjusting cylinder with a cylinder body fixed relative to the positioning table top is further arranged on one side of the cylinder mounting seat, and a piston rod of the adjusting cylinder is longitudinally arranged and connected with the cylinder mounting seat; and a resisting part is arranged behind the positioning table board and matched with the positioning cylinder to perform longitudinal positioning.
5. The automatic cutting board drilling machine according to claim 4, further comprising a pair of pressing cylinders with piston rods vertically arranged downwards, wherein the pressing cylinders are fixed with the frame, and flexible pressing blocks are connected below the piston rods.

The cutting board automatic drilling machine according to claim 1, wherein the longitudinal discharging mechanism comprises a discharging table top and a discharging cylinder longitudinally arranged on the discharging table top, a cylinder body of the discharging cylinder is fixed relative to the frame, a mounting bar is arranged on a piston rod of the discharging cylinder, the mounting bar can be arranged in a forward and backward displacement manner relative to the frame through a linear slide rail mechanism, and a third cylinder with a piston rod vertically downward for pushing the cutting board is arranged below the mounting bar.

The automatic chopping board drilling machine according to claim 1, further comprising a controller, wherein the controller controls the first cylinder, the second cylinder, the third cylinder, the pushing cylinder, the pressing cylinder, the positioning cylinder, the adjusting cylinder, the feeding cylinder and the discharging cylinder to operate through electromagnetic valves respectively.
