Abstract

本发明公开了电池单元,包括标准电池,所述电池单元还包括无线通讯模块和报警检测电路,其中、所述报警检测电路模块为能够检测出电池电流、电压差异的检测电路,其与所述标准电池连接,所述无线通讯模块与所述报警检测电路和外界监控终端连接。本发明的电池单元可以直接替换传统检测装置的原电池单元,从而使得传统检测装置也具备无线报警功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电池技术领域,更具体的,涉及一种具有无线通讯模块的电池单元。
背景技术
检测装置包括各种报警器、探测器或传感器如火灾、烟雾、PIR、门磁、一氧化碳、可燃气体、甲醛、水浸、粉尘、VOC、等等,上述检测装置通过检测异常状态是否发生,进而发出相应状态信息(如闪光或者蜂鸣等)。
目前普遍的检测装置包括主控模块、与主控模块连接的标准电池、与主控模块连接的报警器和用于探测异常险情信号的探测器组成。当有险情发生时,控制模块就会控制报警器发出警报信号。
上述检测装置由于不具备无线通讯模块,因此在险情发生时,不能及时将险情信号通过无线通讯模块向事主或报警平台发送报警信号。
基于上述缺陷,目前市场上也出现了一些具有无线通讯模块的智能检测装置,其包括主控模块、与主控模块连接的标准电池、与主控模块连接的报警器、用于探测险情信号的探测器和无线通讯模块,其中无线通讯模块和主控模块连接,当探测器检测到异常发生时,报警器报警的同时无线通讯模块同时向事主或报警平台发送报警信号。上述检测装置由于设置了无线通讯模块,因此使得灾情能够及时告知不在灾情现场的事主或报警平台。
然而由于原先在市场上的检测装置(即未安装无线通讯模块的检测装置)已经大量被市场接受和安装,将原先检测装置替换为具有无线通讯模块的检测装置只能将原先的检测装置拆除,这无疑造成了资源的浪费,也给环境造成了不小的负担。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种电池单元,该电池单元可以直接替换传统检测装置的原电池单元,从而使得传统检测装置也具备无线报警功能。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:电池单元,包括标准电池,所述电池单元还包括无线通讯模块和报警检测电路,其中、所述报警检测电路模块为电流、电压差异检测电路,其与所述标准电池连接,所述无线通讯模块与所述报警检测电路和外界监控终端连接。
上述技术方案中,还包括电压转化电路,所述电压转化电路与所述标准电池连接。
上述技术方案中,所述的外界的监控终端为手机等便携式终端。
上述技术方案中,所述的无线通讯模块为WiFi、Z-Wave、Zigbee、RF315MHz、RF433MHz、RF868 MHz、RF915 MHz、NB-IoT、LoRa、Sigfox等无线通讯模块。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明的电池单元可以直接替换传统检测装置的原电池单元,从而使得传统检测装置也具备无线报警功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:参见图1,电池单元,包括标准电池,所述电池单元还包括无线通讯模块和报警检测电路,其中、所述报警检测电路模块为电流、电压差异检测电路,所述无线通讯模块与所述报警检测电路和外界监控终端连接。
所述无线通讯模块正常工作时不启动工作,只有当报警检测电路检测到检测装置发生报警或者产生故障时,无线通讯模块才会启动工作并通过网络向用户报告状态。
报警检测电路模块为电流、电压差异检测电路,检测装置正常工作的时候其电流或电压都是有规律的,当在其报警或故障发生的时候,电流或电压与正常工作时候具有差异。因此当检测装置电流或电压与正常工作具有差异时,所述报警检测电路检测到上述差异并发送信号(故障或者灾情信号)到无线通讯模块。具体的,参见图2,所述电流、电压差异检测电路包括比较器,比较器的正向输入端和负向输入端之间并联有一电阻1,所述正向输入端和检测装置连接,所述负向输入端接地,所述比较器的IO口2连接无线通讯模块,当检测装置报警或者故障发生时,所述IO口检测到相应的工作脉冲,进而判断检测装置的不同状态。
所述的外界监控终端为手机等便携式终端。所述的无线通讯模块为WiFi、Z-Wave、Zigbee、RF315MHz、RF433MHz、RF868MHz、RF915MHz、NB-IoT、LoRa、Sigfox等无线通讯模块,当然,本无线通讯模块也可以设置为其它公知的无线模块,本申请中对于无线通讯模块的具体类型不做具体限定。所述无线通讯模块将无线信号发送至受灾人手机等便携式终端用以及时告知灾情。
优选的,还包括电压转化电路,所述电压转化电路与所述标准电池连接,所述电压转化电路能够将可被替换的标准电池升压(或降压)到产品工作所需要的标准电压或工作电压范围。
参见图3,包括一个壳体4,所述壳体4上设置电池仓40,所述标准电池***所述电池仓40内,所述无线通讯模块和报警检测电路被设置在所述壳体内。壳体4一侧设置正极端子4a和负极端子4b,其分别与标准电池的正、负极连接。壳体4的形状被设置成与原检测装置电池仓形状匹配,因此可以直接将该壳体4和标准电池配合的一体件直接扣到原检测装置上即实现检测装置的智能化改造。

Claims (6)

1.电池单元,包括为检测装置提供能源的标准电池,其特征在于:所述电池单元还包括无线通讯模块和报警检测电路,其中、所述报警检测电路模块为电流、电压差异检测电路,其与所述标准电池连接,所述无线通讯模块与所述报警检测电路和外界监控终端连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池单元,其特征在于:还包括电压转化电路,所述电压转化电路与所述标准电池连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的电池单元,其特征在于:所述的外界的监控终端为手机等便携式终端。
4.如权利要求3所述的电池单元,其特征在于:所述的无线通讯模块为WiFi、Z-Wave、Zigbee、RF315MHz、RF433MHz、RF868MHz、RF915MHz、NB-IoT、LoRa、Sigfox等无线通讯模块。
5.如权利要求1所述的电池单元,其特征在于:所述报警检测电路模块包括比较器,比较器的正向输入端和负向输入端之间并联有一电阻(1),所述正向输入端和检测装置连接,所述负向输入端接地,所述比较器的IO口(2)连接无线通讯模块。
6.如权利要求1所述的电池单元,其特征在于:包括一个壳体,所述壳体上设置电池仓,所述标准电池***所述电池仓内,所述无线通讯模块和报警检测电路被设置在所述壳体内。
