Abstract
The universal mast device comprises a mast body, wherein the mast body is divided into an upper mast, a middle mast and a lower mast, and a hinge is respectively arranged between the upper mast and the middle mast and between the middle mast and the lower mast and used for folding or splitting the mast body; the top of the upper mast is provided with a pulley yoke; the lower mast is sequentially provided with a supporting device, a lifting oil cylinder, a turntable body and a winch frame from bottom to top, wherein the supporting device is used for supporting the mast body, and a winch is arranged in the winch frame; the mast body is provided with a guide rail, the guide rail is provided with a plurality of sliding blocks, the sliding blocks are connected with a power element, and the winch can adjust the power element through a pulley frame. According to the universal mast device, due to the arrangement of the hinge, the mast body can be folded or detached so as to be convenient to transport; due to the arrangement of the guide rail and the power element, the excavator can be quickly refitted into various excavating equipment through the mast. The invention also provides a digging machine applying the universal mast device.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of excavator equipment, in particular to a universal mast device and an excavator using the universal mast device.
Background
In recent years, with the urban construction, the construction engineering industry is continuously developing, and in view of the development of engineering machinery in recent years, the development of the excavator is relatively fast, the excavator is one of the most main engineering machinery in engineering construction, and the mast device is an important component part of the excavator.
In the prior art, masts used by engineering machinery mainly stabilize and guide a driving device and a drill rod or a tool, and are provided with auxiliary devices such as a winch, a pulley frame and the like, but the existing masts are model customization type, different engineering machinery has different masts and cannot be used at all, and the functions realized by the masts are not quite different; meanwhile, masts in the prior art are designed integrally, so that the problem of inconvenient transportation exists.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention provides a universal mast device which can be directly installed on a large arm of a drilling machine and quickly converted into a rotary drilling machine, a diesel hammer pile driver, a long spiral drilling machine and the like; meanwhile, the mast can be folded or disassembled, so that the transportation is convenient. The invention also provides a digging machine applying the universal mast device.
The universal mast device comprises a mast body, wherein the mast body is divided into an upper mast, a middle mast and a lower mast, a hinge is respectively arranged between the upper mast and the middle mast and between the middle mast and the lower mast, and the hinge is used for folding or splitting the mast body; the top of the upper mast is provided with a pulley yoke; the lower mast is sequentially provided with a supporting device, a lifting oil cylinder, a turntable body and a winch frame from bottom to top, wherein the supporting device is used for supporting the mast body, and a winch is arranged in the winch frame; the mast body is internally provided with a guide rail, the guide rail is provided with a plurality of sliding blocks, the sliding blocks are connected with a power element, and the winch can adjust the power element through the pulley frame.
Compared with the prior art, the universal mast device provided by the invention has the advantages that: due to the arrangement of the hinge, the mast body can be folded or detached so as to be convenient for transportation; due to the arrangement of the guide rail and the power element, the excavator can be quickly refitted into various excavating equipment through the mast.
In the general mast device, the turntable body can rotate relative to the mast when connected with the mast.
In the general mast device, the lifting oil cylinder is a telescopic device, one end of the lifting oil cylinder is fixed on the lower mast, and the other end of the lifting oil cylinder is fixed on the turntable body.
In the general mast device, a small guide rail is further arranged below the turntable body, and the turntable can move up and down on the small guide rail through the lifting oil cylinder.
In the general mast device, the power element is a rotary drilling bit, a diesel pile hammer or a long spiral drill bit.
The excavator comprises an excavator body, a large arm connected to the excavator body, and the universal mast device, wherein the large arm is connected with the turntable body in the universal mast device.
In the excavator, the excavator is further provided with a leveling device, and the leveling device is used for adjusting the mast to a required angle.
In the excavator, the leveling device is composed of two leveling oil cylinders, one end of each leveling oil cylinder is fixed on the excavator body, and the other end of each leveling oil cylinder is connected to the mast body in an inverted splayed arrangement.
In the excavator, the leveling oil cylinders are telescopic devices, and when two leveling oil cylinders extend or retract simultaneously, the mast body can be adjusted to stand upside down; when one of the two leveling cylinders extends and the other leveling cylinder retracts, the left and right deflection of the mast body can be adjusted.
In the excavator, the excavator is further provided with an amplitude variable oil cylinder, and the amplitude variable oil cylinder is a telescopic device and is used for adjusting the large arm to stand upside down.

Referring to fig. 1, a general mast apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a mast body 10, wherein the mast body 10 is divided into an upper mast 101, a middle mast 102 and a lower mast 103, a hinge 104 is respectively disposed between the upper mast 101 and the middle mast 102, and between the middle mast 102 and the lower mast 103, and the hinge 104 is used for folding or splitting the mast body 10; the top of the upper mast 101 is provided with a pulley yoke 105; the lower mast 103 is sequentially provided with a supporting device 106, a lifting oil cylinder 107, a turntable body 108 and a winch frame 109 from bottom to top, wherein the supporting device 106 is used for supporting the mast body 10, and a winch is arranged in the winch frame 109; the mast body 10 is provided with a guide rail 110, the guide rail 110 is provided with a plurality of sliding blocks 111, the sliding blocks 111 are connected with a power element 112, and the winch can adjust the power element 112 through the pulley yoke 105.
Compared with the prior art, the universal mast device of the invention has the advantages that the mast body 10 can be folded or detached due to the arrangement of the hinge 104, so that the transportation is convenient; thanks to the arrangement of the guide rail 110 and the power element 112, the excavator can be quickly retrofitted to a variety of excavating equipment by means of the mast.
In this embodiment, when the turntable 108 is connected to the mast, the turntable can rotate relative to the mast to facilitate the following adjustment of the mast 10 by the leveling device 20.
In this embodiment, the lifting cylinder 107 is a telescopic device, one end of the lifting cylinder 107 is fixed to the lower mast 103, and the other end is fixed to the turntable 108.
In this embodiment, a small guide rail 110 is further disposed below the turntable 108, and the turntable 108 can move up and down on the small guide rail 110 through the lift cylinder 107.
Referring to fig. 2, in the first embodiment, the excavator includes a main body 30 and a large arm 40 connected to the main body 30, the motor further includes the above-mentioned general mast device, the large arm 40 is connected to the turntable 108 of the general mast device, the power element 112 is a rotary drill bit 1121, and the excavator is a rotary drilling rig.
Referring to fig. 3, in the first embodiment, the excavator includes a main body 30 and a large arm 40 connected to the main body 30, the motor further includes the above-mentioned general mast device, the large arm 40 is connected to the turntable 108 of the general mast device, the power element 112 is a diesel pile hammer 1122, and the excavator is a diesel pile driver.
Referring to fig. 4, in the first embodiment, the excavator includes a main body 30 and a large arm 40 connected to the main body 30, the motor further includes the above-mentioned general mast device, the large arm 40 is connected to the turntable 108 of the general mast device, the power element 112 is a long auger bit 1123, and the excavator is an auger.
In any of the above embodiments, the excavator is further provided with a leveling device 20, and the leveling device 20 is used for adjusting the mast to a required angle.
In any of the above embodiments, the leveling device 20 is composed of two leveling cylinders, one end of each leveling cylinder is fixed on the fuselage 30, and the other end is connected to the mast body 10, and is arranged in an inverted splayed shape.
In any of the above embodiments, the leveling cylinders are telescopic devices, and when two leveling cylinders extend or retract simultaneously, the mast body 10 can be adjusted to stand upside down; when one of the two leveling cylinders extends and the other leveling cylinder retracts, the left and right deflection of the mast body 10 can be adjusted.
In this embodiment, the excavator is further provided with a luffing cylinder 50, where the luffing cylinder 50 is a telescopic device for adjusting the handstand of the boom 40.
In summary, according to the universal mast device of the present invention, because of the hinge 104, the mast body 10 can be folded or detached, so as to facilitate transportation; thanks to the arrangement of the guide rail 110 and the power element 112, the excavator can be quickly retrofitted to a variety of excavating equipment by means of the mast.

The universal mast device is characterized by comprising a mast body, wherein the mast body is divided into an upper mast, a middle mast and a lower mast, a hinge is respectively arranged between the upper mast and the middle mast and between the middle mast and the lower mast, and the hinge is used for folding or splitting the mast body; the top of the upper mast is provided with a pulley yoke; the lower mast is sequentially provided with a supporting device, a lifting oil cylinder, a turntable body and a winch frame from bottom to top, wherein the supporting device is used for supporting the mast body, and a winch is arranged in the winch frame; the mast body is internally provided with a guide rail, the guide rail is provided with a plurality of sliding blocks, the sliding blocks are connected with a power element, when the turntable body is connected with the mast, the turntable body can rotate relative to the mast, the lifting oil cylinder is a telescopic device, the lower part of the turntable body is also provided with a small guide rail, the turntable body can move up and down on the small guide rail through the lifting oil cylinder, one end of the lifting oil cylinder is fixed on the lower mast, and the other end of the lifting oil cylinder is fixed on the turntable body.
2. A universal mast apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the power element is a rotary drill bit, a diesel pile hammer or a long auger bit.
3. A machine comprising a main body and a boom connected to the main body, the machine further comprising a universal mast apparatus according to any one of claims 1-2, the boom being connected to the turntable in the universal mast apparatus.
4. A machine according to claim 3, further provided with a levelling device for adjusting the mast to a desired angle.
5. The excavator of claim 4 wherein the levelling means comprises two levelling cylinders, one end of each of which is fixed to the body and the other end of which is connected to the mast body in an inverted splayed arrangement.
6. The excavator of claim 5 wherein the leveling cylinders are telescoping devices capable of adjusting the mast body to stand upside down when two leveling cylinders extend or retract simultaneously; when one of the two leveling cylinders extends and the other leveling cylinder retracts, the left and right deflection of the mast body can be adjusted.
7. A machine according to claim 3, further comprising a luffing cylinder, the luffing cylinder being a telescopic device for adjusting the inverted position of the boom.
