Comparative example 1
1. Selecting land parcels: planting peony in oil, and selecting dry and sunny land and sandy loam. The soil is required to be loose, breathable and good in drainage, and the pH value is suitable to be 6.5-8.0. Applying base fertilizer before planting, applying 200 kg of cake fertilizer or 300 kg of decomposed organic fertilizer per mu, adding 50kg of ternary compound fertilizer, adding 15 kg of phoxim granules and 5kg of carbendazim soil insecticide and bactericide, deeply ploughing for 30-40 cm, and harrowing for planting.
2. And (3) field planting of the seedlings, namely selecting robust peony seedlings growing for three years from the middle ten days of 9 months to the middle ten days of 10 months generally, planting the strong peony seedlings with the stems larger than 1.2 cm, shearing off 2-3cm of roots and tails, soaking in 800 times of thiram solution for 5-10 minutes, airing, planting according to the row spacing of 25cm × 90cm and about 3000 plants per mu, digging holes according to the row spacing during field planting, wherein the depth is 30-40 cm, stretching root systems at the bottoms of the holes, burying half of soil, treading the seedlings with pressing soil to ensure that the soil is tightly connected with the roots of the seedlings, then performing cofferdam irrigation, permeating water, righting the seedlings, piling into ridges with the height of 5-10 cm according to the rows, and facilitating heat preservation and moisture preservation.
3. Planting management:
shaping and trimming: after field planting, stumping 5cm above the root neck of the peony seedling, sterilizing the wound, and watering root fixing water.
And (3) fertilizer and water management: the fertilizer water management requirements of the peony for oil are strict, and base fertilizer application, multiple topdressing, frequent weeding and soil loosening are required. Hoeing deeply before blooming, wherein the depth can reach 3-5 cm; and (5) hoeing shallowly after blooming, wherein the depth is 1-3 cm. After the leaves are spread, the foliage dressing can be carried out by combining the pest control. Spraying 0.2-0.5% monopotassium phosphate or other foliar fertilizers for 1 time every 15-20 days, and continuously spraying for 3-5 times. The top dressing method comprises hole application, furrow application and broadcast application of 3 kinds, and the distance between the fertilizing position and the root system is more than 10 cm. In the first year after planting, no ground fertilizer is generally applied. From the second year on, top dressing 3 times a year. Before and after germination, 10-20 kg of ternary compound fertilizer is applied to each mu, and watering is matched after application. Topdressing is carried out after flowering, and 10-15 kg of compound fertilizer mainly containing phosphorus and potassium is applied to each mu. 150-200 kg of cake fertilizer or 100-200 kg of decomposed animal manure and 20-30 kg of ternary compound fertilizer are applied to the base fertilizer mu before winter. The oil peony is a fleshy root and cannot resist flooding, and accumulated water and root rot are avoided particularly in a seedling stage and a rainy season; but in summer and drought, the soil still needs to be watered in the morning and evening in proper amount, and the soil moisture content is also ensured to be moderate before and after flowering and before freezing. The irrigation needs ditching and infiltrating irrigation, and watering at high temperature is avoided; water-saving irrigation measures such as drip irrigation and micro-spraying are advocated. In autumn and winter each year, the method can be combined with winter base fertilizer application, and the root position is earthed to about 5cm high, so as to prevent the root system from being exposed and expand the growth space of the root system.
Disease and pest control: after the soil is defrosted, in the middle ten days of 2 months, 500 times of lime sulfur mixture or carbendazim solution with the Baume degree being 3 is sprayed, and the whole ground is covered by the spraying. 10-15 kg of phoxim granules are broadcast in each mu at the beginning of 3 months. And in the middle and last ten days of 4 months, spraying equivalent Bordeaux mixture or thiophanate-methyl and the like 7-10 days after the flowers. And (3) spraying 1 time of bactericide such as carbendazim or thiophanate-methyl, chlorothalonil and the like from the middle and last ten days of 5 months until the middle and last ten days of 7 months. In the growth period of the peony, the spraying frequency can be adjusted according to the occurrence condition of plant diseases and insect pests, but the spraying frequency in the whole growing season is not less than 3 times. After the leaves fall, the dry branches and the fallen leaves are removed in time and are burnt or buried deeply, so that the occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests in the next year is reduced.
