本发明涉及一种弹力牛仔面料,尤其涉及一种纬纱采用多重包覆的包芯弹力纱的弹力牛仔面料及其工艺。
背景技术
弹力牛仔虽然一直都占有主导地位,但随着人们对牛仔服装面料要求的提高,面料市场产品逐渐走向多元化,对弹力牛仔的需求以及要求也越来越多和越来越高,根据市场趋势,我们将弹力牛仔布不断地进行尝试,包芯纱具有特有的皮芯结构,性能优良,将多重包覆的包芯弹力纱应该用到牛仔布上面,做成的织物比普通的氨纶包覆做成的包芯纱织物手感更加丰满和厚实,且具有更好的弹力伸展性,成为高档女装牛仔面料的首选。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种采用双包芯经纱与弹性纬纱交织的双包芯纱四面弹牛仔布。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种纬纱采用多重包覆的包芯弹力纱的弹力牛仔面料,包含纵向经纱和横向纬纱,所述的弹力牛仔面料由所述的纵向经纱与横向纬纱交织而成,所述的经纱为优质纯棉纱,所述的纬纱为多重包覆包芯弹力纱。
进一步,所述的纬纱采用了包芯结构,所述的纬纱外包纤维为优质的棉纱,所述的纬纱芯纱采用20D~100D涤纶长丝和两组20D~105D的莱卡弹力纱组成。
进一步,所述的纬纱采用多重包覆的包芯弹力纱弹力牛仔面料规格范围如下:
一. 纱支规格:
所述的经纱为优质的棉纱,特克斯数为106tex~18.2tex(5.5S~32S),所述的纬纱为多重包履包芯弹力纱,外包纤维为优质的棉纱,芯纱采用20D~105D长纤和两组20D~105D的莱卡弹力纱,做成的纱线特克斯数为72.8tex~27.7tex(8S~21S);
二. 经纬密度:
经密307根/10cm~512根/10cm,纬密200根/10cm~280根/10cm;
三. 织物克重:
254g /㎡~390 g /㎡(7.5OZ~11.5OZ)。
本发明的目的还针对现有技术的不足,提供一种采用双包芯经纱与弹性纬纱交织的双包芯纱四面弹牛仔布的织造工艺。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
织造一种纬纱采用多重包覆的包芯弹力纱的弹力牛仔面料的工艺,包括络筒—球经—绳状染色—分纱—上浆—织造—胚布检验—后整理加工处理—成品检验—打包,具体为:
a、络筒:通过络筒,提高了产品质量、改善经纱张力和均匀卷绕密度,并按整经工艺要求进行整批换筒时,减少整经过程中的单纱张力差异、提高染色和上浆等工序的生产效率,络筒机工艺参数设计为:车速500~600m/min,张力圈重量30~50g;
b、球经,通过球经机将—定根数的筒子纱(340~480根)聚集成束状纱条,卷绕在球经轴上,形成一个个球状的纱团,球经机工艺参数设计为:车速300~400m/min和单纱动态张力15~30厘牛;
c、将球经轴12至36个采用绳状染色,然后分纱和上浆,然后卷绕成织轴,工艺流程为:球经轴→润湿处理1道→温水洗涤1~2道→染色氧化6~10道→温水洗2道→上油(1-2)道烘干→落纱卷装于储纱筒→分纱→上浆→烘干→卷绕织轴,染色工艺参数设计为:润湿处理温度85±2和水洗处理温度40~45℃,染槽中靛蓝含量30~35g/L、保险粉含量48~52g/L、渗透剂6~10g/L、烧碱含量5~5.6g/L和车速25~30m/min,上浆工艺参数设计如下:PVA 6~10kg、变性淀粉180~220kg、组合浆料40~60kg、胶水30~50kg、牛油10kg、定积48寸水、浆槽温度90~95℃、压浆辊压力为前1.5~2pa、后2~3pa和上浆率8~11%;
d、将浆染好的织轴架至织机上织造成坯布,织造工序工艺参数设计为:车速560m/min、开口时间315度、后梁高度位置核度+10、后梁前后位置+3和上机张力3.0KN,总经根数3728,边纱根数52*2,上机筘号25.5齿/2英寸,上机筘幅73.3英寸,上机纬密41根/英寸,地组织穿综3、4、5和6,地组织穿筘4入,地组织采用3/1右斜;边组织穿综1和2,边组织穿筘4入,边组织采用2/2经重平;
e、织造成卷的坯布经过检验后采用普通防缩整理工序加工成成品,普通防缩整理流程为:烧毛→拉幅→两次预缩,各流程工艺参数如下:烧毛采用两正一反、车速80m/min和火焰温度1000~1100℃,拉幅机温度150~160℃和车速41~45m/min,缩水机车速35~40m/min;
f、成品检验:按照成品检验标准及检验规范进行对成品的检验;
g、打包:检验完成后的成品进行打包。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的经纱采用了优质的棉纱,并且是天然的植物纤维,具有极好的的吸湿、保湿和耐热性能等等,而纬纱采用了包芯结构,外包纤维为优质的棉纱,所述的纬纱芯纱采用20D~100D涤纶长丝和两组20D~105D的莱卡弹力纱组成,所述的经纱与纬纱交织而成的弹力牛仔面料在做成牛仔服装后穿着透气和舒适时尚。

b、球经,通过球经机将—定根数的筒子纱(340~480根)聚集成束状纱条,卷绕在球经轴上,形成一个个球状的纱团,球经机工艺参数设计为:车速300~400m/min和单纱动态张力15~30厘牛;
c、将球经轴12至36个采用绳状染色,然后分纱和上浆,然后卷绕成织轴,工艺流程为:球经轴→润湿处理1道→温水洗涤1~2道→染色氧化6~10道→温水洗2道→上油(1-2)道烘干→落纱卷装于储纱筒→分纱→上浆→烘干→卷绕织轴,染色工艺参数设计为:润湿处理温度85±2和水洗处理温度40~45℃,染槽中靛蓝含量30~35g/L、保险粉含量48~52g/L、渗透剂6~10g/L、烧碱含量5~5.6g/L和车速25~30m/min,上浆工艺参数设计如下:PVA 6~10kg、变性淀粉180~220kg、组合浆料40~60kg、胶水30~50kg、牛油10kg、定积48寸水、浆槽温度90~95℃、压浆辊压力为前1.5~2pa、后2~3pa和上浆率8~11%;

c、将球经轴12至36个采用绳状染色,然后分纱和上浆,然后卷绕成织轴,工艺流程为:球经轴→润湿处理1道→温水洗涤1~2道→染色氧化6~10道→温水洗2道→上油(1-2)道烘干→落纱卷装于储纱筒→分纱→上浆→烘干→卷绕织轴,染色工艺参数设计为:润湿处理温度85±2和水洗处理温度40~45℃,染槽中靛蓝含量30~35g/L、保险粉含量48~52g/L、渗透剂6~10g/L、烧碱含量5~5.6g/L和车速25~30m/min,上浆工艺参数设计如下:PVA 6~10kg、变性淀粉180~220kg、组合浆料40~60kg、胶水30~50kg、牛油10kg、定积48寸水、浆槽温度90~95℃、压浆辊压力为前1.5~2pa、后2~3pa和上浆率8~11%;
d、将浆染好的织轴架至织机上织造成坯布,织造工序工艺参数设计为:车速560m/min、开口时间315度、后梁高度位置核度+10、后梁前后位置+3和上机张力3.0KN,总经根数3728,边纱根数52*2,上机筘号25.5齿/2英寸,上机筘幅73.3英寸,上机纬密41根/英寸,地组织穿综3、4、5和6,地组织穿筘4入,地组织采用3/1右斜;边组织穿综1和2,边组织穿筘4入,边组织采用2/2经重平;
e、织造成卷的坯布经过检验后采用普通防缩整理工序加工成成品,普通防缩整理流程为:烧毛→拉幅→两次预缩,各流程工艺参数如下:烧毛采用两正一反、车速80m/min和火焰温度1000~1100℃,拉幅机温度150~160℃和车速41~45m/min,缩水机车速35~40m/min;
f、成品检验:按照成品检验标准及检验规范进行对成品的检验;
g、打包:检验完成后的成品进行打包。
