When the length of the non-fixed-length bar 19 is greater than 6m and smaller than 9m, the non-fixed-length bar 19 moves on the short-length conveying roller way 12, after the non-fixed-length bar 19 passes through the first lifting baffle 151, the first lifting baffle 151 is lifted, the end face of one end of the non-fixed-length bar 19 is aligned with the first lifting baffle 151 in an abutting mode, the second fixed-length bar 20 with the length of 6m is cut by the non-fixed-length bar 19 through the action of the variable-length shears 16, as shown in fig. 5, the left end of the first deflector rod 174 is rotated upwards, and when the second deflector rod 175 and the third deflector rod 176 are not rotated, the first deflector rod 174 can deflect the second fixed-length bar 20 on the short-length conveying roller way 12 and enable the second fixed-length bar 20 to roll through the first deflector rod 174, the second deflector rod 175 and the third deflector rod 176 in sequence and then fall into the third variable-length collecting groove 173.
In the process, the basket 18 is used to collect bar waste after shearing by the modified shears 16.
In the present application, the length of the first rod 6 is the required length, the length of the non-rod 19 is smaller than the required length and larger than the next standard length, and the length of the second rod 20 is the next standard length. If the required length is 16m, the length of the first fixed-length bar 6 is 16m, the length of the non-fixed-length bar 19 is less than 16m and greater than 9m, and the length of the second fixed-length bar 20 is 9m.
In addition, the specific structure and working process of the fixed-length bar separating and collecting device 11 can refer to China patent CN202460998U, and the publication date is 2012, 10, 3 and 3, and the published short-length separating device for rolled steel bar lines is disclosed. The fixed-length bar separating and collecting device 11 comprises a plurality of lifting baffle strips 10 which are sequentially arranged at intervals along the conveying roller way 8, the lifting baffle strips 10 are equivalent to first baffle plates in China patent CN202460998U, namely the fixed-length bar separating and collecting device 11 comprises a plurality of first baffle plates in China patent CN202460998U, the fixed-length bar separating and collecting device 11 also comprises a second baffle strip 22, a passive high-level roller and a conveying chain 21, the second baffle strip of the fixed-length bar separating and collecting device 11 is equivalent to the second baffle plate in China patent CN202460998U, the passive high-level roller of the fixed-length bar separating and collecting device 11 is equivalent to the passive high-level roller in China patent CN202460998U, the conveying roller way 8 is equivalent to the active conveying roller in China patent CN202460998U, and the distances from the lifting baffle strips 10 to the second baffle strip 22 are 6m, 9m, 12m and 16m respectively. The conveyor chain 21 can transfer the first bar 6 between the lifting bar 10 and the second bar 22 of the conveyor table 8 out along the conveying direction perpendicular to the conveyor table 8.
Other features of the fixed-length bar separating and collecting device 11 are the same as those of the chinese patent CN202460998U, and the present application will not be described in detail.
The working process of the bar non-fixed-length shearing and classifying collecting production line is described by taking a bar of 574.66 m to shear a bar of 16m as an example:
1. the bars sheared by the double-length flying shears 1 fall into the tooth grooves of the cooling bed body 3 through the cooling bed input roller way 2, 5 bars of 96 meters and 1 bar of 94.66 meters are sheared by 574.66 meters as shown in the material flow direction E, 6 bars in the tooth grooves are conveyed to the direction of the alignment roller way in a stepping way by the cooling bed body 3, and the positions of the bars containing non-fixed length in the tooth grooves of the cooling bed body can be determined through detection and tracking.
2. After the rod alignment roller way is aligned, the rod alignment roller way is assembled into multiple-length material layers, each multiple-length material layer is composed of multiple-length rods with a certain number, the multiple-length material layers are conveyed to the conveying roller way 8 through the discharging device 5 of the cooling bed, the multiple-length material layers are sheared into 16-meter fixed-length material layers through the fixed-length cold shears 9, and the fixed-length material layers contain first fixed-length rods 6 with the length of 16 meters and non-fixed-length rods 19 with the length of less than 16 meters (for example, 1 rod with the length of 94.66 meters is sheared into first fixed-length rods 6 with the length of 5 rods with the length of 16 meters and 1 rod 19 with the length of 14.66 meters through the fixed-length cold shears 9).
3. The bars in the sizing material layer are conveyed to the sizing bar separation and collection device 11 through the conveying roller way 8 and transversely move to the conveying chain 21, the sizing bar separation and collection device 11 can collect the first sizing bars 6 sheared by the sizing cold shears 9, and the sizing bar separation and collection device 11 and the conveying roller way 8 are matched to convey the non-sizing bars 19 sheared by the sizing cold shears 9 to the non-sizing bar shearing and sorting collection device, so that the non-sizing bars enter a downstream process.
4. The non-sized bar 19 enters the short-sized conveying roller table 12 of the non-sized bar shearing and sorting device and moves in the arrow C direction in fig. 4 and 6.
5. After the non-fixed-length bar 19 passes through the third lifting baffle 153, the third lifting baffle 153 is lifted, the end face of one end of the non-fixed-length bar 19 is aligned with the third lifting baffle 153 in an abutting mode, the modified-length scissors 16 act to cut the non-fixed-length bar 19 into the second fixed-length bar 20 with the length of 12m, as shown in fig. 5, the left end of the first deflector rod 174 rotates upwards, the left end of the second deflector rod 175 rotates upwards, the third deflector rod 176 does not rotate, the first deflector rod 174 is used for deflector the second fixed-length bar 20 on the short-length conveying roller table 12 to be lifted, and the second fixed-length bar 20 rolls through the first deflector rod 174 and falls into the first modified-length collecting groove 171.
6. The second fixed-length bars 20 after the change of the length are bundled and collected regularly.
The lifting positions and operation methods of the first, second and third lifting baffles 151, 152 and 153 are shown in table 2.

The bar non-fixed-length shearing and classifying collection production line is characterized by comprising a multiple-length flying shear (1), a cooling bed input roller way (2), a cooling bed body (3), a discharging device (5), fixed-length cold shears (9), a fixed-length bar separating and collecting device (11) and a non-fixed-length bar shearing and classifying and collecting device which are sequentially arranged, wherein the fixed-length bar separating and collecting device (11) can be used for classifying and collecting first fixed-length bars (6) sheared by the fixed-length cold shears (9), and the fixed-length bar separating and collecting device (11) can be used for conveying non-fixed-length bars (19) sheared by the fixed-length cold shears (9) to the non-fixed-length bar shearing and classifying and collecting device;
the non-fixed-length bar shearing and classifying collecting device comprises:
a short-length conveying roller way (12) for conveying non-fixed-length bars (19);
the length-changing scissors (16) can cut off non-fixed-length bars (19) on the short-length conveying roller way (12);
the lifting baffles (15) are positioned between conveying rollers (121) of the short-length conveying roller way (12), the lifting baffles (15) are sequentially arranged at intervals along the conveying direction of non-fixed-length bars (19) on the short-length conveying roller way (12), the distance from each lifting baffle (15) to the cutting edge of the length-changing shear (16) is a set distance, and each lifting baffle (15) can be lifted independently;
the modified ruler collecting device (17) is used for collecting the second fixed ruler bar (20) cut by the modified ruler shear (16);
the length of the non-fixed-length bar (19) is smaller than that of the first fixed-length bar (6), the length of the second fixed-length bar (20) is smaller than that of the non-fixed-length bar (19), and the length of the second fixed-length bar (20) is the length of the next specification of the first fixed-length bar (6).
2. The non-fixed length bar shearing and sorting and collecting production line according to claim 1, wherein the length changing scissors (16) are arranged on the short length conveying roller way (12), and the length changing scissors (16) are positioned at one end of the short length conveying roller way (12) along the conveying direction of the non-fixed length bars (19) on the short length conveying roller way (12).
3. The bar non-fixed-length shearing sorting and collecting production line according to claim 1, wherein the axes of the conveying rollers (121) of the short-length conveying roller way (12) are all positioned in the same horizontal plane, and when the lifting baffle plate (15) is in a lifting state, the upper end of the lifting baffle plate (15) is higher than the conveying surface of the short-length conveying roller way (12); when the lifting baffle plate (15) is in a descending state, the upper end of the lifting baffle plate (15) is lower than the conveying surface of the short-length conveying roller way (12).
4. A bar non-fixed length shearing and sorting production line according to claim 3, characterized in that the bar non-fixed length shearing and sorting production line comprises three lifting baffles (15), wherein the three lifting baffles (15) are all in an upright state, the three lifting baffles (15) are all parallel to the axis of the conveying roller (121), and the three lifting baffles (15) are respectively a first lifting baffle (151), a second lifting baffle (152) and a third lifting baffle (153).
5. The bar non-fixed length shearing sorting and collecting production line according to claim 4, wherein the distance from the first lifting baffle (151) to the shearing edge of the length-changing shear (16) is 6m, the distance from the second lifting baffle (152) to the shearing edge of the length-changing shear (16) is 9m, and the distance from the third lifting baffle (153) to the shearing edge of the length-changing shear (16) is 12m.

The bar non-fixed-length shearing sorting and collecting production line according to claim 1, wherein the bar non-fixed-length bar (19) conveying direction perpendicular to the short-length conveying roller way (12) is changed, and the bar collecting device (17) is arranged at the left side or the right side of the short-length conveying roller way (12); along the conveying direction of the non-fixed-length bars (19) on the short-length conveying roller way (12), the length-changing collecting device (17) is arranged between the lifting baffle plate (15) and the length-changing scissors (16).

The bar non-fixed-length shearing sorting and collecting production line according to claim 6, wherein the fixed-length collecting device (17) comprises a plurality of collecting grooves which are sequentially arranged and used for collecting second fixed-length bars (20) sheared by the fixed-length shears (16) along the conveying direction of the non-fixed-length bars (19) on the short-length conveying roller way (12), the number of the collecting grooves is the same as that of the lifting baffles (15), and the fixed-length collecting device (17) further comprises a deflector rod mechanism which can deflector the second fixed-length bars (20) sheared by the fixed-length shears (16) into the corresponding collecting grooves.

The bar non-fixed length shearing sorting and collecting line according to claim 7, wherein the length-changing collecting device (17) comprises three collecting tanks, the three collecting tanks are respectively a first length-changing collecting tank (171), a second length-changing collecting tank (172) and a third length-changing collecting tank (173), the shifting lever mechanism comprises a first shifting lever (174), a second shifting lever (175) and a third shifting lever (176) which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction perpendicular to the non-fixed length bar (19), the first shifting lever (174) is located between the first length-changing collecting tank (171) and the short length conveying roller way (12), the second shifting lever (175) is located between the second length-changing collecting tank (172) and the first shifting lever (174), the third shifting lever (176) is located between the third length-changing collecting tank (173) and the second shifting lever (175), and the first shifting lever (174), the second shifting lever (175) and the third shifting lever (176) can rotate.
9. The bar non-fixed length shearing sorting and collecting line according to claim 8, wherein the first deflector rod (174), the second deflector rod (175) and the third deflector rod (176) can form inclined planes inclined relative to the horizontal plane, one end of the first deflector rod (174) faces the short length conveying roller table (12), the other end of the first deflector rod (174) faces the first length changing and collecting trough (171), one end of the second deflector rod (175) faces the first deflector rod (174), the other end of the second deflector rod (175) faces the second length changing and collecting trough (172), one end of the third deflector rod (176) faces the second deflector rod (175), and the other end of the third deflector rod (176) faces the third length changing and collecting trough (173);
when one end of the first deflector rod (174) rotates upwards and the second deflector rod (175) and the third deflector rod (176) do not rotate, the first deflector rod (174) can deflect the second fixed-length bar (20) sheared by the size-changing scissors (16) and enable the second fixed-length bar (20) to roll through the first deflector rod (174), the second deflector rod (175) and the third deflector rod (176) in sequence and then fall into the third size-changing collecting trough (173);
when one end of the first deflector rod (174) rotates upwards, the second deflector rod (175) does not rotate, and one end of the third deflector rod (176) rotates upwards, the first deflector rod (174) can deflect the second fixed-length bar (20) sheared by the ruler-changing scissors (16) and enable the second fixed-length bar (20) to roll over the first deflector rod (174) and the second deflector rod (175) in sequence and then fall into the second ruler-changing collecting trough (172);
when one end of the first deflector rod (174) rotates upwards, one end of the second deflector rod (175) rotates upwards, and the third deflector rod (176) does not rotate, the first deflector rod (174) can deflect the second fixed-length bar (20) sheared by the fixed-length scissors (16) and enable the second fixed-length bar (20) to fall into the first fixed-length collecting groove (171) after rolling over the first deflector rod (174).

The non-fixed-length bar shearing and sorting production line according to claim 1, further comprising a charging basket (18), wherein the charging basket (18) is arranged on the left side or the right side of the short-length conveying roller way (12) along the conveying direction of the non-fixed-length bar (19) perpendicular to the short-length conveying roller way (12); along the conveying direction of the non-fixed-length bars (19) on the short-length conveying roller way (12), the length changing scissors (16) are positioned between the lifting basket (18) and the lifting baffle plate (15).
