技术领域
本发明涉及一种以葎草为粗料主原料的肉牛快速育肥方法。
背景技术
当前对于肉牛的饲养由于养殖观念、当地原料限制、地理气候条件等原因限制,不能完全满足育肥牛的生长需要,肉牛饲喂周期长,生长速度慢是肉牛养殖过程中常见的问题。因此,有效提高育肥日增重,缩短出栏时间是提高饲料、资金、人力等资源效率,增加养殖户的经济效益是大势所趋。
近年来中原地区,肉牛养殖逐渐发展壮大,肉牛养殖一般是从东北、新疆、内蒙购买已长成骨骼框架的幼龄肉牛,在中原地区进行快速肥育,肥育时间5-6个月。但近年来随着幼龄肉牛价格看涨,饲料价格看涨,饲养管理费用的增加,肉牛肥育效益降低,降低了养殖户的养殖积极性。
葎草是一种野草,生长旺盛,葎草里含有丰富的活性物质,如葎草酮、葎草多糖等,葎草在全国各地都有生长,特别是近几年来葎草生长呈蔓延之势,葎草侵占农田,对农作物造成一定的危害,把葎草晒干加工成葎草粉作为粗饲料营养丰富,营养成分中:粗蛋白质14.85%、粗脂肪2.73%、粗纤维17.10%、粗灰分17.35%、无氮浸出物35.12%。把葎草进行有效利用,作为粗料主原料进行肉牛的快速育肥是养殖户增收的一条有效途径,越来越受到人们的重视。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种以葎草为粗料主原料的肉牛快速育肥方法,克服原有的普遍存在的肉牛饲喂周期长,生长速度慢等技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是以葎草为粗料主原料的肉牛快速育肥方法通过以下五步骤进行:步骤一是进行肉牛的选择。步骤二是肥育前的处理。肉牛肥育前进行驱虫处理,除去肉牛体内的寄生虫;步骤三是营造好的饲养环境。肉牛舍光照良好,空气流通,温度适宜;步骤四是提供科学的饲料配方。步骤五是做好饲料的加工。收割的葎草自然风干,把葎草平铺在宽阔的场地上,用石碾子反复碾压,除去葎草的芒刺,提高葎草的适口性;步骤六是饲养管理要科学高效。步骤七是把握好肥育时间。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明带来的技术效果是:葎草价格低廉,葎草育肥效果好,肉牛生长速度快,可缩短育肥时间节省饲料成本,提高养殖效益。

本发明的以葎草为粗料主原料的肉牛快速育肥方法主要采取以下步骤:
步骤一是进行肉牛的选择。从东北、内蒙等地购买肉牛,肉牛年龄在4-6个月,体重100-150kg,肉牛身体健康,体态中等;
步骤二是肥育前的处理。肉牛肥育前进行驱虫处理,除去肉牛体内的寄生虫;
步骤三是营造好的饲养环境。肉牛舍光照良好,空气流通,温度适宜;
步骤四是提供科学的饲料配方。使用精料和粗饲料搭配饲喂,精料和粗饲料的比例为1∶3,精料配方为:玉米67%,方便面下脚料5%,棕榈粕15%,炒黄豆10%,腐植酸钠2%,肉牛预混料1%,所用粗料为葎草;
步骤五是做好饲料的加工。收割的葎草自然风干,把葎草平铺在宽阔的场地上,用石碾子反复碾压,除去葎草的芒刺,提高葎草的适口性;
步骤六是饲养管理要科学高效。肉牛采用舍饲,自由饮水,一天两次喂料,把精料和葎草按1∶3的比例混合均匀,然后按每头牛4kg饲料量饲喂肉牛,随着时间的推移,每增加一个月,每头肉牛提高1kg的饲料量;
步骤七是把握好肥育时间。育肥时间一般为3-5个月,从每年的3月-5月,7月-10月,11月-第二年2月三个时间段快速育肥的肉牛分别赶在端午节前后、国庆节前后和春节前后出栏。
