Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种红外线反射组合物。此外,本发明的标的物还包括含有红外线反射组合物涂层的建筑材料。
背景技术
早在3000多年前中国人就已了解到,对人体进行热辐射能起到积极的治疗效果。在过去20年中经研究发现,相近红外线范围(红外线A 780 nm至1400 nm以及红外线B 1400nm至3000 nm)的红外线辐射更易被人体吸收。若将该射线应用到室内,将会有理想的体感温度,这有益于健康,能提升专注力,并能促进精神感受能力,有益于精神放松。
红外线辐射具有广泛的医用效果。其适应症包括急性和慢性肌肉疼痛、不同原因造成的肌肉和关节僵硬(急性炎症引发的病症除外)、血流不畅、腰椎劳损、扭伤、血肿,以及用作例如按摩等其他治疗措施的准备工作。而且红外线也可用于治疗除急性阵发以外的,例如风湿疾病、慢性支气管炎、鼻窦炎、***炎、硬皮病等慢性炎症。除此之外,红外线A还可应用于辅助治疗末梢血肿和复杂区域痛苦综合症等。其应用范围还涉及其他各种皮肤病、例如小儿麻痹症等神经科病症以及一般的免疫缺陷。
除了上述作用外,红外线辐射还具有消炎效果。这主要是由于被照射组织的***素变化,同时也与前列环素(PGI2)的升高有关。除此之外,被加热组织的氧化应激也有降低现象。
热量能通过放松肌肉和关节阻止和降低疼痛。通过热传感器能感知皮肤和组织中的热量。若加热的身体部位局部温度超过了体温(36.9摄氏度),身体的血液循环就会增强,以对温度过高的区域降温。血液循环增强会提高氧气及再生和痊愈过程中基质的摄入,并促进二氧化碳和代谢产物的排出,还能模拟许多代谢过程。
若具备足够的红外线A辐射,并含有充足的红外线B,那么室内气候就会得到良好的改善。目前已知可使用例如空心玻璃球和反射颜料等红外线反射材料做墙壁和建筑材料的涂料。但在已知应用形式中,这种添加剂在相近红外线波长范围内的反射是不足的。因此其在室内带来的舒适效果和对人体的保健作用也大打折扣。
发明内容
借助本发明所述的红外线反射组合物可解决或至少部分解决上述一个或多个问题。经研究发现,空心玻璃球、实心玻璃球,加上部分镀银和/或镀铝的玻璃体系混成的混合物能让相近红外线光谱波长范围中的红外线得到良好的反射。这样的混合物尤其适用于反射780至1400 nm的红外线波长范围A以及1400至3000 nm的红外线波长范围B中的红外线。该玻璃组分混合物还可再添加其他成分,以用作例如石膏纸板和各类建筑板的建筑材料的涂料。
根据本发明,该红外线反射组合物是一种玻璃组分的混合物,这一系列玻璃组分包括空心玻璃球、实心玻璃球、镀银空心玻璃球、镀银实心玻璃球、镀铝空心玻璃球以及镀铝实心玻璃球。
这种红外线反射组合物的特征尤其在于,它是一种由空心玻璃球、实心玻璃球、镀银空心玻璃球、镀银实心玻璃球、镀铝空心玻璃球和镀铝实心玻璃球等玻璃组分混成的混合物。也可以说,根据在此优选的一种实施形式,这种混合物包含了所有的玻璃组分。这些优选成分能极佳地反射相近红外线的辐射。
未镀层的和镀层的空心玻璃球和实心玻璃球的直径优选为10至200 µm。这些产品可在市场上选购,例如可从3M公司购买。
镀银和/或镀铝的空心玻璃球和实心玻璃球的重量分配以重量百分比为单位,优选1%至75%,而参照的混合物重量百分比为100%(即参照混合物玻璃组分的总重量)。
由不同玻璃组分构成的红外线反射成分还可包含填料、颜料和/或基料。这些可优选从以下一系列材料中选出:分散剂、除沫剂、接合剂、浓缩剂、层状硅酸盐、二氧化钛、碳酸盐、硅胶、硅藻土、硅酸盐、闪石、滑石粉、高岭土、镁质黏土、水泥、石灰岩、石灰、白垩、黄土、陶土、白云石、硅藻土、凹凸棒石、蒙脱石、膨润土、火山灰、云母、蛭石、合成硅酸、谷壳灰、无定形玻璃结构、无定形硅酸和合成硅酸钙、硅酸铝、生物矿物质(珍珠母)和无机颜料。而这类成分尤其含有云母、水泥、硅藻土、蒙脱石或无定形玻璃微粒。
尤其优选包括下列红外线反射组合物:
重量百分比为1%至20%,尤其为10.5%的,直径为1至90 µm的空心玻璃球;
重量百分比为1%至20%,尤其为12%的,直径为10至90 µm的、带镀银层空心玻璃球;以及
重量百分比为2%至25%,尤其为20%,以二氧化钛作为填料(重量百分比取决于各相应成分)。
特别优选该组合物额外含有重量百分比为1%至25%,优选为21.5%的、以级配曲线为10至4000 µm的碳酸钙作为填料。该成分几乎可完全反射相近光谱的红外线。
另一优选的红外线反射组合物实施方案包含:
12.5%直径为0.5至50 µm的空心玻璃球;
7.5%直径为0.5至50 µm的镀铝空心玻璃球;
1.25%直径为0.5至50 µm的镀银空心玻璃球;
25%直径为0.5至70 µm的实心玻璃球;
7.5%直径为0.5至70 µm的镀铝实心玻璃球;
3.5%直径为0.5至70 µm的镀银实心玻璃球;
42.75%的云母(0.5至200 µm)。
此外,另一优选的红外线反射组合物实施方案包含:
8.5 %直径为0.5至170 µm的空心玻璃球;
12 %直径为0.5至170 µm的镀铝空心玻璃球;
5%直径为0.5至170 µm的镀银空心玻璃球;
35%直径为0.5至150 µm的实心玻璃球;
2.5%直径为0.5至150 µm的镀铝实心玻璃球;
5.5%直径为0.5至150 µm的镀银实心玻璃球;
10 %的二氧化钛以及
21.5%的云母(0.5至200 µm)。
此外还有一个优选方案为,将前面所述两种方案的组合物以2比1至3比1的比例,尤其是以3比1的比例混合。
该红外线反射组合物是用各种不同玻璃组分按专业要求生产的,通常会将这些组分简单混合。
本发明的另一内容是关于红外线反射的建筑材料,这种建筑材料的涂层包含了前面所述的红外线反射组合物,或由这类组合物制成。
该涂层优选包含一套接合体系,尤其是基于丙烯酸酯、醋酸乙烯酯或硅树脂、水泥、石膏、无水石膏的接合剂,以及静态液压接合剂、水玻璃、沥青、陶土、还有陶瓷接合剂或木质素及其衍生物。
该建筑材料优选从下面一系列材料中选出:硅酸钙板、石膏板、隔音板、XPS板、硬质泡沫板、Promat保全防火板、石膏建筑板GBK、Eternite埃特板、LUX成分、石膏建筑板、KNAUF可耐福石膏板、Fermacell纤维板、Phonewell板、KS建筑板、石膏纤维板、木板、木纤维板、GKBI板、嵌板、瓷砖、WEDI板、有机玻璃板、多孔混凝土板、砖板、水泥复合建筑板、蛭石板、珍珠岩板、泡沫玻璃、基于(例如香蒲植物或禾本科植物(Poaceae)等)再生原材料的板、亚硫酸氢盐板、隔音板、氧化镁胶合剂、沥青、焦油和沥青。
因此,这类红外线反射成分可像建筑板一样轻松集成到建筑材料中,也就是说,可轻松将建筑材料刷上红外线A和红外线B反射层。

尤其适用于通过石膏纸板反射相近红外线范围全部红外线的优选配方,其成分如下所述:

以波长范围为A、B和C的红外线光照射时,91.5%波长范围为A和B的红外线会被反射。
b) 配方2:
8.5%直径为0.5至170 µm的空心玻璃球;
12%镀铝空心玻璃球;
5%镀银空心玻璃球;
35%直径为0.5至150 µm的实心玻璃球;
5.5%镀银实心玻璃球;
2.5%镀铝实心玻璃球;
10%的二氧化钛
21.5%填料(直径为0.5至200 µm的云母)。
配方2可反射最多60%的A范围红外线,以及最多29%的B范围红外线。
示例3
另一种可适用于涂层的红外线反射成分是配方1和配方2的组合,其中配方1的比例更高,为3比1。

用作涂层的标准配方如例3所述,其成分如下(单位为重量百分比):

Claims (14)
1.红外线反射组合物,其特征在于,该组合物是一种玻璃体系混成的混合物,该玻璃体系包括空心玻璃球、实心玻璃球、镀银空心玻璃球、镀银实心玻璃球、镀铝空心玻璃球、镀铝实心玻璃球、镀这两种金属的空心玻璃球或实心玻璃球、或上述体系的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的红外线反射组合物,其特征在于,该组合物是一种由空心玻璃球、实心玻璃球、镀银空心玻璃球、镀银实心玻璃球、镀铝空心玻璃球、镀铝实心玻璃球构成的混合物。
3.根据上述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的红外线反射组合物,其特征在于,有镀层和没有镀层的空心玻璃球和实心玻璃球具有10至200 µm的直径。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的红外线反射组合物,其特征在于,这类红外线反射组合物还包含了填料、颜料和/或基料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的红外线反射组合物,其特征在于,这类填料、颜料和/或基料可选用下列材料:除沫剂、接合剂、增稠剂、层状硅酸盐、二氧化钛、碳酸盐、硅胶、硅藻土、硅酸盐、闪石、滑石粉、高岭土、镁质黏土、水泥、石灰岩、石灰、白垩、黄土、陶土、白云石、硅藻土、凹凸棒石、蒙脱石、膨润土、火山灰、云母、蛭石、合成硅酸、谷壳灰、无定形玻璃结构、无定形硅酸和合成硅酸钙、硅酸铝、生物矿物质(珍珠母)和无机颜料。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一权利要求所述的红外线反射组合物,其特征在于,镀银和/或镀铝的空心玻璃球和实心玻璃球的重量分配优选重量百分比为1%至75%,作为参照的混合物重量百分比为100%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的红外线反射组合物,其中包含
重量百分比为1%至20%,直径为1至90 µm的空心玻璃球;
重量百分比为1%至20%,直径为10至90 µm的镀银空心玻璃球;以及
重量百分比为2%至25%的二氧化钛。
8.根据权利要求7所述的红外线反射组合物,其特征在于,该红外线反射组合物含有重量百分比为1%至25%、级配曲线为10至4000 µm的碳酸钙作为填料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的红外线反射组合物,其中包含,
重量百分比为12.5 %、直径为0.5至50 µm的空心玻璃球;
重量百分比为7.5%、直径为0.5至50 µm的镀铝空心玻璃球;
重量百分比为1.25%、直径为0.5至50 µm的镀银空心玻璃球;
重量百分比为25%、直径为0.5至70 µm的实心玻璃球;
重量百分比为7.5%、直径为0.5至70 µm的镀铝实心玻璃球;
重量百分比为3.5%、直径为0.5至70 µm的镀银实心玻璃球;
重量百分比为42.75%的云母(0.5至200 µm)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的红外线反射组合物,其中包含,
重量百分比为8.5%、直径为0.5至170 µm的空心玻璃球;
重量百分比为12%、直径为0.5至170 µm的镀铝空心玻璃球;

重量百分比为10%的二氧化钛以及
重量百分比为21.5%的云母(0.5至200 µm)。
11.红外线反射建筑材料,其特征在于,这种建筑材料的涂层包含了如前述权利要求任一项所述的红外线反射组合物。
