Abstract

本发明涉及一种耐磨防结垢涂料,其由10-45%的有机高分子材料,45-80%的无机高硬材料,5-40%的聚四氟乙烯粉或短状纤维、橡胶粉、聚氨酯粉、石墨粉、二硫化钼中的至少一种及5-10%的助溶剂组成,其主要用于工业管道和设备的磨损面或腐蚀面,防止管道和设备磨损或结垢,具有摩擦力小,施工方便,寿命长等特点。

一种耐磨防结垢涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,尤其是一种涂附在工业管道及设备腐蚀面或磨损 面的一种耐磨防结垢涂料。
背景技术
目前,工业管道在输送浆体或具有沉淀特性的液体时。管道易被磨损或 产生结垢。为保护运输管道,人们通常在管道内加一层铸石或水泥或耐磨橡 胶等,这些耐磨层都有一个缺点,抗磨但易结垢,结垢后磨擦力增大,管路 直径缩小,流量相应减少,降低了运输效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述已有技术的不足而提供一种既具有耐磨性能 又具有防结垢性能的涂料。
本发明的目的可以通过如下措施来达到,一种耐磨防结垢涂料,其特征 在于其含有环氧聚酰胺树脂、环氧聚脂树脂、开环环氧聚氨脂树脂、弹性聚 氨脂树脂、酚醛树脂中的至少一种,重量百分比含量为10-40%,含有无机 高硬材料氧化铝、碳化硅、三氧化二铬、铸石粉、氧化锆、二氧化铜中的至 少一种,重量百分比含量为45-80%,含有聚四氟乙烯粉或短状纤维、橡胶 粉、聚氨酯粉、石墨粉、二硫化钼中的至少一种,重量百分比含量为5-40%, 含有助溶剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、丁酮、乙二胺、己二胺、 三乙醇胺中的至少一种,重量百分比含量为5-10%。
本发明与已有技术相比具有如下优点:(1)由于使用了有机高分子材料 及无机高硬材料使得该涂料具有很强的附着力和耐磨抗腐蚀的性能;(2)由 于使用了聚四氟乙烯粉或短状纤维、橡胶粉、聚氨酯粉、石墨粉、二硫化钼 中的至少一种,使得涂料刷涂在管道或设备上具有运滑作用,防止管道或设 备结垢,并且增加了涂层的硬度和弹性度使涂料层经久耐用;(3)由于该耐 磨防结垢材料以一种涂料形式出现,可以用刷子涂附,施工方便,且厚度小。
下面详细说明本发明,给出几个实施例。
环氧树脂、开环环氧树脂、弹性树脂都属粘胶剂,当其与固化剂聚酰胺 树脂或聚氨脂树脂混合会发生反应生成固体的环氧聚酰胺树脂、环氧聚氨脂 树脂、开环环氧聚氨脂树脂、弹性聚氨脂树脂。酚醛树脂也是固体,其是由 液体苯酚与甲醛聚合而成,因此,这种涂料在配制时,要使粘胶剂和固化剂 分开,当使用时再合而为一,但各种成份的重量百分比不变。
实施例1,取环氧树脂35g,氧化铝400g,石墨粉25g,邻苯二甲酸二丁 酯10g,丁酮15g均匀混合,使用前再加入聚酰胺树脂15g,混合均匀后即得 一种耐磨防结垢涂料,
实施例2,取环氧树脂140g,碳化硅100g,三氧化二铬125g,聚氨酯50g, 邻苯二甲酸二辛酯10g,乙二胺15g混合均匀,使用前再加入聚酰胺树脂60g, 混合均匀后即得一种耐磨防结垢涂料。
实施例3,取环氧树脂90g,铸石粉100g,氧化锆100g,二氧化铜100g, 聚四氟乙烯粉25g,二硫化钼25g,己二胺5g,三乙醇胺10g,邻苯二甲酸二 丁酯10g混合均匀,使用前再加入聚脂树脂35g,混合均匀即得一种耐磨防结 垢涂料。
实施例4,取开环环氧树脂50g,弹性树脂60g,氧化铝25g,碳化硅25g, 三氧化二铬50g,铸石粉50g,氧化锆50g,二氧化铜25g,橡胶粉75g,三乙 醇胺50g混合均匀,使用前再加入聚脂树脂40g,混合均匀便得一种耐磨防结 垢涂料。
实施例5,取苯酚30g,碳化硅400g,石墨粉25g,乙二胺25g混合均匀, 使用前加入甲醛20g,混合均匀即得一种耐磨防结垢涂料。
实施例6,取环氧树脂35g,氧化铝225g,石墨粉150g,邻苯二甲酸二丁 酯50g,丁酮25g均匀混合,使用前再加入聚氨脂树脂15g,混合均匀后即得 一种耐磨防结垢涂料。

1.一种耐磨防结垢涂料,其特征在于其含有有机高分子材料环氧聚酰 胺树脂、环氧聚脂树脂、开环环氧聚氨脂树脂、弹性聚氨脂树脂、酚醛树脂 中的至少一种,重量百分比含量为10-40%,含有无机高硬材料氧化铝、碳 化硅、三氧化二铬、铸石粉、氧化锆、二氧化铜中的至少一种,重量百分比 含量为45-80%,含有聚四氟乙烯粉或短状纤维、橡胶粉、聚氨酯粉、石墨 粉、二硫化钼中的至少一种,重量百分比含量为5-40%,含有助溶剂邻苯二 甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、丁酮、乙二胺、己二胺、三乙醇胺中的至 少一种,重量百分比含量为5-10%。
