目前,铁氧体有两大发展趋势,一是向高频化发展,二是向超低功耗方向发展,但是低功耗铁氧体的功耗具有较强的温度依赖性,使其只在特定温度时,具有较低功耗,当温度发生变化时其功耗会快速上升,因此低功耗铁氧体只能用于特定温度。
而随着电力电子技术的飞速发展,为了适应铁氧体应用于露天、低下、南北、冬夏等环境温差大的场合,需要提供一种新的铁氧体,使其具有良好的性能,并且具有良好的温度稳定性。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体,本发明具有较高的磁导率,较低的损耗,并且其温度稳定性较好。
本发明提出的一种宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体,其原料按重量份包括:主料100份,辅料0.56-0.78份,表面活性剂0.3-0.5份,消泡剂0.1-0.2份,粘结剂4-6份;
主料的原料按摩尔比包括:SnO2 0.6-0.7份,MnO 12.5-13.3份,ZnO 33.2-33.8份,Fe2O3 52.2-53.7份;
辅料的原料按重量份包括:Co2O3 0.14-0.16份,Ta2O5 0.06-0.07份,CaCO3 0.2-0.3份,SiO2 0.1-0.15份,V2O5 0.03-0.04份,Li2CO3 0.01-0.02份,ZrO2 0.02-0.04份。
优选地,SiO2为纳米SiO2
优选地,表面活性剂为十二烷基二甲基溴化铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵或十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵。
优选地,消泡剂为聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物组成的混合物。
优选地,粘结剂为聚乙烯醇水溶液、环氧树脂胶或聚氨酯胶。
优选地,在宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体的制备过程中,将SnO2、MnO、ZnO、Fe2O3和表面活性剂混匀,研磨60-90min后,预烧得到预烧料;将辅料湿磨6-7h后,加入预烧料中混匀,再加入消泡剂、粘结剂混匀,造粒,压制成型,煅烧得到宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体。
优选地,预烧的具体步骤为:升温至400-450℃,预烧30-60min,再升温至940-960℃,预烧3-5h。
优选地,煅烧温度为1220-1260℃,煅烧时间为4-6h。
本发明通过调整Mn、Zn、Fe元素的配比,并加入适量的Sn元素,调节本发明的微观结构,提高晶粒均匀性和致密度,使得本发明具有较高的起始磁导率和较低的功率损耗,并且与Co2O3相互配合,对铁氧体磁晶各向异性产生正补偿作用,提高室温下铁氧体的起始磁导率,并增加本发明的温度稳定性;并且主料与适量的辅料配合,CaCO3、纳米SiO2相互配合,改善晶粒的均匀性,增加本发明的磁导率、磁通密度;适量的Co2O3、ZrO2、Li2CO3、V2O5、Ta2O5相互配合,增加本发明的密度,使晶粒均匀,从而增加磁导率,降低磁芯损耗,并促使磁导率温度曲线二峰向高温移动,进一步增加本发明的温度稳定性;选用表面活性剂与主料研磨后预烧,大大增加了主料与辅料、粘结剂之间的分散性,使得各物质之间能均匀分散,并结合消泡剂,减少气孔的产生,并配合合适的制备工艺,增加本发明的密度、磁导率,降低损耗,保持温度稳定性;上述各物质相互配合,使得本发明具有较高的磁导率,较低的损耗,并且其温度稳定性较好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体,其原料按重量份包括:主料100份,辅料0.67份,表面活性剂0.4份,消泡剂0.15份,粘结剂5份;
主料的原料按摩尔比包括:SnO2 0.65份,MnO 12.9份,ZnO 33.5份,Fe2O3 52.95份;
辅料的原料按重量份包括:Co2O3 0.15份,Ta2O5 0.065份,CaCO3 0.25份,SiO20.12份,V2O5 0.035份,Li2CO3 0.015份,ZrO2 0.03份。
实施例2
一种宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体,其原料按重量份包括:主料100份,辅料0.56份,十二烷基二甲基溴化铵0.5份,消泡剂0.1份,聚乙烯醇水溶液6份;
消泡剂为聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物组成的混合物;
主料的原料按摩尔比包括:SnO2 0.6份,MnO 12.5份,ZnO 33.2份,Fe2O3 53.7份;
辅料的原料按重量份包括:Co2O3 0.14份,Ta2O5 0.07份,CaCO3 0.2份,纳米SiO20.15份,V2O5 0.03份,Li2CO3 0.02份,ZrO2 0.02份;
在宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体的制备过程中,将SnO2、MnO、ZnO、Fe2O3和表面活性剂混匀,研磨90min后,升温至400℃,预烧60min,再升温至940℃,预烧5h得到预烧料;将辅料湿磨6h后,加入预烧料中混匀,再加入消泡剂、粘结剂混匀,造粒,压制成型,升温至1260℃,煅烧4h得到宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体。
实施例3
一种宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体,其原料按重量份包括:主料100份,辅料0.78份,十六烷基三甲基氯化铵0.3份,消泡剂0.2份,环氧树脂胶4份;
消泡剂为聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物组成的混合物;
主料的原料按摩尔比包括:SnO2 0.7份,MnO 13.3份,ZnO 33.8份,Fe2O3 52.2份;
辅料的原料按重量份包括:Co2O3 0.16份,Ta2O5 0.06份,CaCO3 0.3份,纳米SiO20.1份,V2O5 0.04份,Li2CO3 0.01份,ZrO2 0.04份;
在宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体的制备过程中,将SnO2、MnO、ZnO、Fe2O3和表面活性剂混匀,研磨60min后,升温至450℃,预烧30min,再升温至960℃,预烧3h得到预烧料;将辅料湿磨7h后,加入预烧料中混匀,再加入消泡剂、粘结剂混匀,造粒,压制成型,升温至1220℃,煅烧6h得到宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体。
实施例4
一种宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体,其原料按重量份包括:主料100份,辅料0.6份,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.45份,消泡剂0.12份,聚氨酯胶5.5份;
消泡剂为聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物组成的混合物;
主料的原料按摩尔比包括:SnO2 0.63份,MnO 13份,ZnO 33.4份,Fe2O3 52.97份;
辅料的原料按重量份包括:Co2O3 0.145份,Ta2O5 0.068份,CaCO3 0.23份,纳米SiO2 0.13份,V2O5 0.033份,Li2CO3 0.018份,ZrO2 0.025份;
在宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体的制备过程中,将SnO2、MnO、ZnO、Fe2O3和表面活性剂混匀,研磨80min后,升温至420℃,预烧50min,再升温至945℃,预烧4.5h得到预烧料;将辅料湿磨6.2h后,加入预烧料中混匀,再加入消泡剂、粘结剂混匀,造粒,压制成型,升温至1250℃,煅烧4.5h得到宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体。
实施例5
一种宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体,其原料按重量份包括:主料100份,辅料0.74份,十六烷基三甲基氯化铵0.35份,消泡剂0.18份,聚氨酯胶4.5份;
消泡剂为聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物组成的混合物;
主料的原料按摩尔比包括:SnO2 0.67份,MnO 12.8份,ZnO 33.6份,Fe2O3 52.93份;
辅料的原料按重量份包括:Co2O3 0.155份,Ta2O5 0.062份,CaCO3 0.27份,纳米SiO2 0.11份,V2O5 0.037份,Li2CO3 0.012份,ZrO2 0.035份;
在宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体的制备过程中,将SnO2、MnO、ZnO、Fe2O3和表面活性剂混匀,研磨70min后,升温至430℃,预烧40min,再升温至955℃,预烧3.5h得到预烧料;将辅料湿磨6.8h后,加入预烧料中混匀,再加入消泡剂、粘结剂混匀,造粒,压制成型,升温至1230℃,煅烧5.5h得到宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体。
对实施例1-5进行性能测试,结果如下:

主料的原料按摩尔比包括:SnO2 0.6-0.7份,MnO 12.5-13.3份,ZnO 33.2-33.8份和Fe2O3 52.2-53.7份;
辅料的原料按重量份包括:Co2O3 0.14-0.16份,Ta2O5 0.06-0.07份,CaCO30.2-0.3份,SiO2 0.1-0.15份,V2O5 0.03-0.04份,Li2CO3 0.01-0.02份和ZrO20.02-0.04份;
在宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体的制备过程中,将SnO2、MnO、ZnO、Fe2O3和表面活性剂混匀,研磨60-90min后,预烧得到预烧料;将辅料湿磨6-7h后,加入预烧料中混匀,再加入消泡剂、粘结剂混匀,造粒,压制成型,煅烧得到宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体;
预烧的具体步骤为:升温至400-450℃,预烧30-60min,再升温至940-960℃,预烧3-5h;

4.根据权利要求1或2所述宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体,其特征在于,消泡剂为聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物组成的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述宽温低损耗软磁铁氧体,其特征在于,粘结剂为聚乙烯醇水溶液、环氧树脂胶或聚氨酯胶。
