1. the method comprises the steps of arranging a multi-face guider shaft rod 9, arranging a multi-face impact-resistant guide sleeve 8, enabling the multi-face impact-resistant guide sleeve 8 and the multi-face guider shaft rod to be integrated or connected in a split mode to form a multi-face guider 66, arranging the multi-face impact-resistant guide sleeve 8 as a multi-plane wear-resistant impact-resistant guide sleeve 21 or arranging the multi-face impact-resistant guide sleeve 8 as an arc-surface wear-resistant impact-resistant guide sleeve 23, enabling the multi-plane wear-resistant impact-resistant guide sleeve 21 and/or the arc-surface wear-resistant impact-resistant guide sleeve 23 to be provided with a wear-resistant impact-resistant surface 14, arranging a guide plane piece 19 on the multi-plane wear-resistant impact-resistant guide sleeve 21, enabling the plane of the guide plane piece 19 to be parallel to the axis of the multi-face guider shaft rod 9, or arranging a guide cambered surface piece 22 on the arc-surface wear-resistant impact-resistant guide sleeve 23 to enable the cambered surface of the guide cambered surface piece 22 to be parallel to the axis of the multi-face guider shaft rod 9;
2. 3. a guide roller 17 and a guide bearing 18 are arranged, the guide bearings 18 are arranged at two ends of the guide roller 17 to form a guide roller 5 or the guide roller 17 is provided with the guide bearing 18 to form the guide roller 5, and a rolling guide surface 20 is arranged on the guide roller 5;
4. a guide supporting piece 15 is arranged on the reciprocating impact box 1, the guide supporting piece 15 surrounds a guide roller 17 supported by a guide bearing 18 through the guide bearing 18 to rotate or the guide supporting piece 15 supports two ends of the guide roller 17 to support the guide roller 18 through the guide roller 17 to rotate, the guide supporting piece 15 supports more than three guide rollers 5, and more than three guide rollers 5 form a roller group guide positioning mechanism 16;
5. a transmission guide piece and a reciprocating punch assembly hole 13 are arranged on the end face of the reciprocating punch 3 of the reciprocating impact box 1 facing the material to be extracted or on the rear end face of the reciprocating impact box 1;
6. The transmission guide piece 2 is provided with a mechanism of a hinged power piece 4 and a mechanism of an inserting multi-face guide 66, a box body top assembly transmission piece opening 10 or a box body top hole and side plate notch 167 or a box body side assembly guide impact frame opening are arranged on the reciprocating impact box 1, and the transmission guide piece 2 is arranged in the reciprocating impact box 1;

8. One end or two ends of the reciprocating guide impact frame are provided with reciprocating punches 3, the reciprocating punches 3 are provided with punch guide connecting structures 11, and the multi-face guides 66 are provided with guide connecting punch structures 12, so that the punch guide connecting structures 11 and the guide connecting punch structures 12 are connected in a split manner or are integrated;
9. the reciprocating sealing box body part 7 is arranged at the position of the punch head connecting guide structure 11 or the position of the guide device connecting punch head structure 12, and the box body sealing part 6 is arranged at the buckling position of the reciprocating impact box 1 and the reciprocating sealing box body part 7, so that the box body sealing part 6 is matched with the reciprocating sealing box body part 7 to prevent the lubrication cooling liquid in the box body from flowing out;

As shown in fig. 5, the multi-surface impact-resistant guide sleeve 8 comprises an arc-shaped surface wear-resistant guide sleeve 23, the arc-shaped surface wear-resistant impact-resistant guide sleeve 23 is provided with a wear-resistant impact-resistant surface 14, and a guide arc-shaped surface piece 22 is arranged on the arc-shaped surface wear-resistant impact-resistant guide sleeve 23, so that the arc surface of the guide arc-shaped surface piece 22 is parallel to the axis of the multi-surface guide shaft 9.
Otherwise, the same as in example 1 was conducted.
Example 3
The guide roller 5 of the multi-surface guide reciprocating impact device is adjusted by adjusting the multi-surface guide 66 to be attached to the multi-roller surface as shown in fig. 6, the guide roller 5 is formed by arranging the guide bearing 18 on the guide roller 17, the guide roller 5 is provided with the rolling guide surface 20, the reciprocating impact box 1 supports the guide support 15, the guide support 15 supports the two ends of the guide roller 17 to rotate by using the guide roller 17 to support the guide bearing 18, the guide support 15 supports more than three guide rollers 5, and more than three guide rollers 5 form a roller guide positioning mechanism.
Otherwise, the same as in example 1 was conducted.
