本发明属于装饰材料技术领域,涉及一种石墨烯除醛壁纸、墙布以及制备方法,该方法包括:(1)制备除醛涂料或水性环保油墨壁纸涂层;(2)将基材进行预热处理;(3)将壁纸涂层涂覆于经预热处理后的基材上,并加热、压花制成石墨烯除醛壁纸、墙布。本发明与普通壁纸、墙布相比,不含有甲醛、苯等有机污染物,而且可以从根本上清除甲醛,同时,石墨烯的加入还可以提高有害物质的分解净化效率以及壁纸涂层的耐磨性能。

本发明属于装饰材料技术领域,涉及一种石墨烯除醛壁纸、墙布以及制备方法。
背景技术
壁纸是一种应用相当广泛的室内装饰材料。因为壁纸具有色彩多样、图案丰富、豪华气派、安全环保、施工方便、价格适宜等多种其它室内装饰材料所无法比拟的特点,故在欧美、东南亚、日本等发达国家和地区得到相当程度的普及。因为具有一定的强度、美观的外表和良好的清洁性能,广泛用于住宅、办公室、宾馆、酒店的室内装修等。
目前制作壁纸或墙布的主要原材料为聚合物树脂,里面含有较高的甲醛,装修中在壁纸的粘接方面所用的胶水中也含有较高的甲醛。为此,人们提出了各种各样的方法,例如植物吸收法、净化剂喷洒、活性炭吸附等来去除游离的甲醛。然而上述方法虽然能够清理甲醛,但仍存在很多不足,例如,植物吸收法净化效率有限,见效太慢,效果不明显;净化剂喷洒效果不持久,而且有些净化剂只是掩盖气味,并不能消除甲醛;活性炭对甲醛的吸附作用很明显,但是根据空间的大小不同,放置活性炭的量也有所不同。另外,活性炭吸附到一定程度后需要进行更换。活性炭的效果虽然不错,但是和其他方法一样,并不能完全清除空气中的甲醛。如何制作一种除醛壁纸、墙布,使其本身不含甲醛,并且具有分解甲醛的功能,且同时满足居家安全、环保、舒适的性能具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明针对上述的精装家居装修中甲醛污染以及冬夏室内外温差较大等问题,提供了一种石墨烯除醛壁纸、墙布以及制备方法。

作为优选,所述多功能助剂为多功能胺类助剂;所述分散剂为六偏磷酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠按照质量比1:2组成的混合物;所述防水剂为有机硅疏水防水剂;所述消泡剂为矿物碳氢化合物类消泡剂、非离子型烷基共聚物消泡剂的一种或两种;所述增稠剂为缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂或聚氨酯增稠剂中的至少一种;所述水性树脂为丙烯酸共聚物、纯丙聚合物、苯丙、聚氨酯、有机硅、聚四氟乙烯树脂中的任意一种或几种;所述颜填料浆为钛白粉、重质碳酸钙浆、高岭土、滑石粉、超细方解石粉、硅藻土、硫酸钡、云母粉中的至少一种物质加入润湿分散助剂中并与去离子水分散搅拌而成的浆状物质。
作为优选,所述水溶性树脂为丙烯酸共聚物、纯丙聚合物、苯丙、聚氨酯、有机硅、聚四氟乙烯树脂中的一种或几种;所述颜料浆为黄、红、蓝、三种颜色中的一种或几种,并将其加入润湿分散助剂与去离子水分散搅拌而成的浆状物质,所述黄色颜料浆选用的颜料为联苯胺黄,红色颜料浆选用的颜料为洋红,蓝色颜料浆选用的颜料为酞青蓝;所述助剂为增稠剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂、抗甲醛助剂按重量比为1:2:1:1混合组成,所述抗甲醛助剂为石墨烯和纳米二氧化钛的混合物,其质量比为1:10-10:1。
一种制备石墨烯除醛壁纸和墙布的方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)制备除醛涂料或水性环保油墨的壁纸涂层;
(2)将基材进行预热处理;
(3)将壁纸涂层涂覆于经预热处理后的基材上,并加热、压花制成石墨烯除醛壁纸或墙布。
作为优选,所述基材包括纸基、PVC、无纺布、织物、布基、金箔中的任意一种。
作为优选,所述预热处理依次包括第一预热处理和第二预热处理。
作为优选,所述第一预热处理满足以下条件:起始温度为20-25℃,升温速率为1-5℃/min,升温时间为1-3min;所述第二预热处理的升温速率为6-10℃/min,升温时间为1-5min。
作为优选,所述加热温度为110-130℃,加热时间为30-50min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果在于,
本发明通过先制备除醛涂料以及水性环保油墨壁纸涂层,并对基材进行二次预热处理,最后将壁纸涂层涂覆于经预热处理后的基材上,并加热、压花制成石墨烯除醛壁纸、墙布。在此过程中,壁纸涂层中添加的抗甲醛助剂含有石墨烯的成分,与传统的壁纸涂层配方相比,利用了石墨烯的透光率,使其作为光催化载体,大大提高光催化反应的效率。同时,将纳米级二氧化钛中加入石墨烯,增加了可见光吸收率,并提高了电子传导效率。再者,石墨烯和纳米级二氧化钛的有效复合,不仅改善了光触媒纳米颗粒在石墨烯表面的分散性,而且通过降低光生电子-空穴的复合,提高了光触媒的光催化活性。与此同时,由于能带结构的调整,石墨烯还将发挥光敏剂的作用,使光触媒的吸收范围延伸至可见光区域,有效提高了光触媒对太阳光的利用率。这些分子以及载体之间的相互作用都增加了材料对空气中游离甲醛的分解效率和净化能力,并且石墨烯的加入,还增加了壁纸涂层的耐磨性能。此外,对基材进行的预热处理能够减小或避免基材在涂覆壁纸涂层后加热过程中发生的应变,从而能够提高所制得石墨烯除醛壁纸、墙布的力学性能和除醛效果,且在加热条件下物料间的相互作用能够有效提高所制得石墨烯除醛壁纸、墙布的韧性和抗拉强度。该方法为一种成本低廉、条件温和、绿色环保和操作简单的方法,制得的石墨烯除醛壁纸、墙布具有除醛、净化空气的作用,且环保无污染。

为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明并不限于下面公开说明书的具体实施例的限制。
实施例1
(1)将去离子水5份,多功能胺助剂(AMP-95)0.3份,水性丙烯酸树脂42.5份,颜填料浆50份,分散剂(六偏磷酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠质量比为1:2)0.5份,防水剂0.5份,非离子型烷基共聚物消泡剂(CHE COAT DF9000)0.3份,缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂(CHE COATVT-183)0.1份,聚氨酯增稠剂(CHE COAT VT-903)0.1份,杀菌剂(科莱恩HF-1)0.5份,抗甲醛助剂(纳米TiO2和石墨烯比例为2:8)0.2份混合制得除醛涂料壁纸涂层;
(2)将纸在20℃的起始温度下以2℃/min的升温速率升温3min以进行第一预热处理;接着以7℃/min的升温速率升温2min以进行第二预热处理;
(3)将除醛涂料壁纸涂层涂覆于经预热处理后的纸上,并在110℃的温度下加热35min、压花制成石墨烯除醛壁纸1。
实施例2
(1)将去离子水8份,多功能胺助剂(AMP-95)0.2份,水性丙烯酸树脂49.5份,颜填料浆40份,分散剂(六偏磷酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠质量比为1:2)0.3份,防水剂0.8份,非离子型烷基共聚物消泡剂(CHE COAT DF9000)0.2份,缔合型碱溶胀增稠剂(CHE COATVT-183)0.1份,聚氨酯增稠剂(CHE COAT VT-903)0.2份,杀菌剂(科莱恩HF-1)0.5份,抗甲醛助剂(纳米TiO2和石墨烯比例为5:5)0.2份混合制得除醛涂料壁纸涂层;
(2)将无纺布在25℃的起始温度下以3℃/min的升温速率升温2min以进行第一预热处理;接着以10℃/min的升温速率升温3min以进行第二预热处理;
(3)将除醛涂料壁纸涂层涂覆于经预热处理后的无纺布上,并在120℃的温度下加热30min、压花制成石墨烯除醛墙布2。
实施例3
(3)将去离子水10.5份,水性丙烯酸树脂45份,酞青蓝颜料浆42份,消泡剂(CHECOATDF9000)0.5份,聚氨酯增稠剂(CHE COATVT-903)0.5份,水溶性阴离子氟碳1份,抗甲醛助剂(纳米TiO2和石墨烯比例为8:2)0.5份混合制得水性环保油墨壁纸涂层;
(2)将织物在25℃的起始温度下以1℃/min的升温速率升温3min以进行第一预热处理;接着以8℃/min的升温速率升温5min以进行第二预热处理;
(3)将水性环保油墨壁纸涂层涂覆于经预热处理后的织物上,并在125℃的温度下加热40min、压花制成石墨烯除醛墙布3。
对实施例1-3提供的石墨烯除醛壁纸、墙布的效果进检测,其中净化甲醛率测试方法执行JC/T1074-2008《室内空气净化功能涂覆材料净化功能》规定的Ι类要求进行测试。

1.一种石墨烯除醛壁纸和墙布,其特征在于,所述壁纸和墙布均由石墨烯除醛涂料或水性环保油墨所制备的涂层制备而成;
所述石墨烯除醛涂料按重量份数具体包括以下份数:
所述抗甲醛助剂为石墨烯和纳米二氧化钛的混合物,其质量比为1:10-10:1;
所述水性环保油墨按重量份数具体包括以下份数:

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯除醛壁纸和墙布,其特征在于,所述水溶性树脂为丙烯酸共聚物、纯丙聚合物、苯丙、聚氨酯、有机硅、聚四氟乙烯树脂中的一种或几种;所述颜料浆为黄、红、蓝、三种颜色中的一种或几种,并将其加入润湿分散助剂与去离子水分散搅拌而成的浆状物质,所述黄色颜料浆选用的颜料为联苯胺黄,红色颜料浆选用的颜料为洋红,蓝色颜料浆选用的颜料为酞青蓝;所述助剂为增稠剂、表面活性剂、消泡剂、抗甲醛助剂按重量比为1:2:1:1混合组成,所述抗甲醛助剂为石墨烯和纳米二氧化钛的混合物,其质量比为1:10-10:1。
4.一种制备权利要求2或3中所述的一种石墨烯除醛壁纸和墙布的方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)制备除醛涂料或水性环保油墨的壁纸涂层;
(2)将基材进行预热处理;
(3)将壁纸涂层涂覆于经预热处理后的基材上,并加热、压花制成石墨烯除醛壁纸或墙布。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种制备利要求2或3中所述的一种石墨烯除醛壁纸和墙布的方法,其特征在于:所述基材包括纸基、PVC、无纺布、织物、布基、金箔中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种制备利要求2或3中所述的一种石墨烯除醛壁纸和墙布的方法,其特征在于:所述预热处理依次包括第一预热处理和第二预热处理。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种制备利要求2或3中所述的一种石墨烯除醛壁纸和墙布的方法,其特征在于:所述第一预热处理满足以下条件:起始温度为20-25℃,升温速率为1-5℃/min,升温时间为1-3min;所述第二预热处理的升温速率为6-10℃/min,升温时间为1-5min。
