本发明属于涉及日用化学品领域，提出一种洁面乳，包括如下重量份组分：羊毛脂2‑5份；白油30‑40份；蜂蜡4‑6份；硬脂酸4‑6份；十六醇1‑3份；三乙醇胺1‑2份；甘油1‑3份；硼砂0.1份；棕榈酸异丙酯4‑6份；单硬脂酸甘油酯0.3份；丙二醇3‑5份；Tween‑60 1‑3份；Span‑60 3‑5份；防腐剂适量；香精适量；去离子水加至100。本发明的洁面乳具有较好的人体亲和性、能够深层清洁皮肤油脂污垢，保持肌肤水分，温和不紧绷，同时本发明还提供该洁面乳的制备方法。

一种洁面乳及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及日用化学品领域，特别是一种洁面乳及制备方法。
背景技术
洁面乳又称为洗面奶或清洁乳液，其使用方法一般多用水洗。先将洁面乳少许倒入手心，加入少量水展开，再涂敷于面部轻轻揉擦片刻，后用水冲洗掉。一般来说，洁面乳是由油相物、水相物、表面活性剂、保湿剂等成分构成的液状产品。可以借油相物溶解面部油溶性脂垢及多余油脂，借水相物溶解面部上水溶性的汗渍污垢。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种具有较好的人体亲和性、能够深层清洁皮肤油脂污垢，保持肌肤水分，温和不紧绷的洁面乳，同时本发明还提供该洁面乳的制备方法。
其具体方案为：一种洁面乳，包括如下重量份组分：
羊毛脂2-5份；
白油30-40份；
蜂蜡4-6份；
硬脂酸4-6份；
十六醇1-3份；
三乙醇胺1-2份；
甘油1-3份；
硼砂0.1份；
棕榈酸异丙酯4-6份；
单硬脂酸甘油酯0.3份；
丙二醇3-5份；
Tween-60 1-3份；
Span-60 3-5份；
防腐剂适量；
香精适量；
去离子水加至100。
在上述的洁面乳中，包括如下重量份组分：
羊毛脂3份；
白油37份；
蜂蜡5份；
硬脂酸5份；
十六醇2份；
三乙醇胺1份；
甘油2份；
硼砂0.1份；
棕榈酸异丙酯5份；
单硬脂酸甘油酯0.3份；
丙二醇5份；
Tween-60 3份；
Span-60 4份；
防腐剂适量；
香精适量；
去离子水加至100。
本发明的另外一个目的在于提供一种如上述的洁面乳的制备方法，将白油和甘油及组分中的酯类、醇类、蜂蜡、硼砂加热至70℃，使其混溶，另将水加热至75℃，将油相加入水相中，至60℃时加入硬脂酸、三乙醇胺、Tween-60、Span-60进行乳化，冷却至30℃加入防腐剂和香精，搅拌均匀即得。
本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明的洁面乳采用硬脂酸和三乙醇胺进行中和反应产生的胺盐作为乳化剂，同时采用非离子表面活性剂Tween-60、Span-60协同进行乳化，使其具有非常好的生物亲和性，刺激性小，能够深层清洁皮肤油脂污垢，保持肌肤水分，温和不紧绷。

下面结合具体实施方式，对本发明的技术方案作进一步的详细说明，但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
为了更加清楚的对本发明进行说明，列举如下实施例来说明本发明的优越性。
实施例1
一种洁面乳，由如下重量份组分组成：
羊毛脂2份；
白油35份；
蜂蜡4份；
硬脂酸6份；
十六醇1份；
三乙醇胺1份；
甘油1份；
硼砂0.1份；
棕榈酸异丙酯4份；
单硬脂酸甘油酯0.3份；
丙二醇3份；
Tween-60 2份；
Span-60 3份；
防腐剂适量；
香精适量；
去离子水加至100。
上述的洁面乳的制备方法为：将白油和甘油及组分中的酯类、醇类、蜂蜡、硼砂加热至70℃，使其混溶，另将水加热至75℃，将油相加入水相中，至60℃时加入硬脂酸、三乙醇胺、Tween-60、Span-60进行乳化，冷却至30℃加入防腐剂和香精，搅拌均匀即得。

一种洁面乳，由如下重量份组分组成：
羊毛脂5份；

一种卸妆油，由如下重量份组分组成：
羊毛脂5份；
白油35份；
蜂蜡4份；
硬脂酸4份；
十六醇2份；
三乙醇胺2份；
甘油3份；
硼砂0.1份；
棕榈酸异丙酯5份；
单硬脂酸甘油酯0.3份；
丙二醇3份；
Tween-60 1份；
Span-60 5份；
防腐剂适量；
香精适量；
去离子水加至100。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例1-3的洁面乳采用硬脂酸和三乙醇胺进行中和反应产生的胺盐作为乳化剂，同时采用非离子表面活性剂Tween-60、Span-60协同进行乳化，使其具有非常好的生物亲和性，刺激性小，能够深层清洁皮肤油脂污垢，保持肌肤水分，温和不紧绷。

3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的洁面乳的制备方法，其特征在于，将白油和甘油及组分中的酯类、醇类、蜂蜡、硼砂加热至70℃，使其混溶，另将水加热至75℃，将油相加入水相中，至60℃时加入硬脂酸、三乙醇胺、Tween-60、Span-60进行乳化，冷却至30℃加入防腐剂和香精，搅拌均匀即得。
