Abstract
本发明公开了一种空气净化器,包括外壳、初效过滤网、活性炭过滤网、HEPA高效过滤网和负离子发生器,所述初效过滤网、活性炭过滤网和HEPA高效过滤网由外至内依次叠加且围成U形结构的容纳腔,所述负离子发生器设置于该容纳腔内,外部空气过滤后由容纳腔的开口处出风。该空气净化器结构紧凑,在不改变净化器体积的同时有效增加了过滤网和空气的接触面积,提高了其工作性能,或可在减小其体积的同时保证其性能不变。

技术领域
本发明属于空气净化技术领域,具体是一种空气净化器。
背景技术
雾霾天气是一种大气污染状态,雾霾是对大气中各种悬浮颗粒物含量超标的表述。随着空气质量的恶化,阴霾天气现象出现增多,危害加重。雾霾主要由二氧化硫、氮氧化物和可吸入颗粒物这三项组成,它们与雾气结合在一起,让天空瞬间变得阴沉灰暗。为了减少雾霾对室内环境的污染,大量的空气净化器运用于各个领域中。空气净化器又称空气清洁器、空气清新机,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇等场所。
目前,公开了各种空气净化器的文献。例如CN204656171U,公开了一种空气净化器,其包括箱体、HEPA滤网、活性炭滤网、白色烤漆网以及卡合在箱体两端面的前盖和后盖,HEPA滤网靠近后盖且固定连接在箱体内,活性炭滤网靠近前盖同样固定连接于箱体内,该空气净化器中的HEPA滤网包括白色烤漆网、滤纸和密封胶层,滤纸布满HEPA滤网的内部空间且四周与HEPA滤网的内壁接触,密封胶层位于白色烤漆网的四周且同样与HEPA滤网的内壁接触,密封胶层完全覆盖滤纸和HEPA滤网内壁接触的区域。该密封胶层可以起到较好的密封效果,使得空气净化器整体密封效果和净化效率得到大幅度提升。又如CN105972706A,公开了另一种空气净化器,其包括净化器本体、以及设于其内的过滤机构,所述净化器本体包括若干各自独立的分净化器、以及设于各所述分净化器上的室内第一进风口、室内第二进风口、室内出风口和室外开口,所述室外开口处连接有呈分枝型排风管组件,各所述排风管组件呈分枝型汇总并连接至少部分设于室外的主管。该空气净化器能够实现室内外的空气循环,且只需在墙面上钻一个通孔就可以将多个分枝型设计的套设的进风管和出风管安装,避免在墙面上多钻洞影响美观;该空气净化器由若干独立的分净化器组合而成,可以根据净化空间的大小选择开启某一或某几个分净化器。
这些已知的空气净化器大多由多层过滤网叠加形成过滤通道,但过滤网主要为平面设计,其和外界空气的接触面积较小,在较小的占地空间内,很难进行大流量的空气净化处理。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单合理的空气净化器,具有结构紧凑、空气处理量大等优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种空气净化器,包括外壳、初效过滤网、活性炭过滤网、HEPA高效过滤网和负离子发生器,所述初效过滤网、活性炭过滤网和HEPA高效过滤网由外至内依次叠加且围成U形结构的容纳腔,所述负离子发生器设置于该容纳腔内,外部空气过滤后由容纳腔的开口处出风。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述初效过滤网、活性炭过滤网、HEPA高效过滤网和负离子发生器均设置于外壳内部,外壳靠近U形结构容纳腔的突出部分的一侧设置进风口,进风口出设置有进风网。
更进一步的,所述进风网紧贴于初效过滤网外且弯曲成U形。
所述外壳底部还设置有底轮。
优选的,所述外壳为塑料材质或金属材质。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明空气净化器结构简单合理,通过将初效过滤网、活性炭过滤网和HEPA高效过滤网叠加围成U形结构的容纳腔,容纳腔内设置负离子发生器的方式,使得空气净化器的结构更为紧凑,在不改变净化器体积的同时有效增加了过滤网和空气的接触面积,提高了其工作性能,或可在减小其体积的同时保证其性能不变。

下面结合附图对本发明进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,本实施例的空气净化器,包括外壳1、初效过滤网3、活性炭过滤网4、HEPA高效过滤网5和负离子发生器6,初效过滤网3、活性炭过滤网4和HEPA高效过滤网5由外至内依次叠加且围成U形结构的容纳腔,负离子发生器6设置于该容纳腔内,外部空气过滤后由容纳腔的开口处出风。
此外,所述初效过滤网3、活性炭过滤网4、HEPA高效过滤网5和负离子发生器6均设置于外壳1内部,外壳1靠近U形结构容纳腔的突出部分的一侧设置进风口,进风口出设置有进风网2。显而易见的,所述进风网2最好紧贴于初效过滤网3外且弯曲成U形。
此外,所述外壳1底部还设置有底轮7。所述外壳1为塑料材质或金属材质制成。

1.一种空气净化器,包括外壳(1)、初效过滤网(3)、活性炭过滤网(4)、HEPA高效过滤网(5)和负离子发生器(6),其特征在于:所述初效过滤网(3)、活性炭过滤网(4)和HEPA高效过滤网(5)由外至内依次叠加且围成U形结构的容纳腔,所述负离子发生器(6)设置于该容纳腔内,外部空气过滤后由容纳腔的开口处出风。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述初效过滤网(3)、活性炭过滤网(4)、HEPA高效过滤网(5)和负离子发生器(6)均设置于外壳(1)内部,外壳(1)靠近U形结构容纳腔的突出部分的一侧设置进风口,进风口出设置有进风网(2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述进风网(2)紧贴于初效过滤网(3)外且弯曲成U形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)底部还设置有底轮(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)为塑料材质或金属材质。
