本发明公开了一种家庭用空气净化器,包括壳体,壳体包括进气室、净化室和排气室,进气室包括进气通道,进气通道的端口处设置有预过滤网,且在进气通道内安装有风机,进气通道的另一端口连接在净化室上,净化室从左至右依次安装有静电除尘装置、HEPA过滤网和活性炭过滤网,净化室底部设置有集尘箱,静电除尘装置、HEPA过滤网和活性炭过滤网均套有箱体外壳,箱体外壳的顶面与壳体上表面平行,排气室包括排气通道I、水槽和排气通道II,排气通道I一端与净化室连接,一端伸入水槽底部,排气通道II一端与水槽上表面连接,一端延伸至壳体外,该装置提高了净化效率,同时方便了清洗,是家庭空气净化的良好选择。

一种家庭用空气净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,具体为一种家庭用空气净化器。
背景技术
家用空气净化器主要用于清除室内空气污染物(一般包括粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等)有效提高空气清洁度的产品。空气净化器中有多种不同的技术和介质,使它能够向用户提供清洁和安全的空气,常用的空气净化技术有:吸附技术、负(正)离子技术、催化技术、光触媒技术、超结构光矿化技术、HEPA高效过滤技术、静电集尘技术等;材料技术主要有:光触媒、活性炭、合成纤维、HEAP高效材料、负离子发生器等,现有的空气净化器多采为复合型,即同时采用了多种净化技术和材料介质。
但是,常见的空气净化器的HEPA过滤网和活性炭过滤网均设成板状,与空气的接触面积并不大,除尘效率不高;另外大多数的空气净化器都是采用复合型,但各种除尘净化装置清洗方式不一样,一体化的设计结构使得空气净化器的清洗很麻烦,为了解决这些问题,因此设计了一种家庭用空气净化器。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术方案的不足,本发明提供一种家庭用空气净化器,在能够实现普通空气净化器基本功能的同时,提高了净化效率,同时方便了清洗,是家庭空气净化的良好选择。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种家庭用空气净化器,包括壳体,所述壳体包括进气室、净化室和排气室,所述进气室包括进气通道,所述进气通道的端口处设置有预过滤网,且在进气通道内安装有风机,所述进气通道的另一端口连接在净化室上,所述净化室从左至右依次安装有静电除尘装置、HEPA过滤网和活性炭过滤网,且在净化室底部设置有集尘箱,所述HEPA过滤网和活性炭过滤网均设置成波浪形结构,所述静电除尘装置、HEPA过滤网和活性炭过滤网均套有箱体外壳,所述箱体外壳均无左右两壳面且插设在壳体上,所述箱体外壳的顶面与壳体上表面平行,且在箱体外壳的顶端设置有把手,所述排气室包括排气通道I、水槽和排气通道II,所述排气通道I一端与净化室连接,一端伸入水槽底部,所述排气通道II一端与水槽上表面连接,一端延伸至壳体外,所述集尘箱和水槽均设置成抽屉式结构。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述进气通道和排气通道I的端口设置成漏斗状。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述壳体底面四角各安装有滚轮。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述箱体外壳与壳体的连接处均设置有密封圈。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述壳体长宽高分别为50cm、30cm与40cm。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述静电除尘装置的表面安装有振打器。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过将HEPA过滤网和活性炭过滤网改成波浪形结构,提高了与空气接触的面积,从而提高了净化效率;同时将静电除尘装置、HEPA过滤网和活性炭过滤网用箱体外壳分隔开并将水槽和集尘箱设置成抽屉式结构,实现了各装置能够一体化完成指定功能的同时方便拆卸,从而可以独立清洗,避免了各净化除尘装置因清洁方式不同而一同清洗带来的危害。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例:
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种家庭用空气净化器,包括壳体1,所述壳体1包括进气室2、净化室3和排气室4,所述进气室2包括进气通道5,所述进气通道5的端口处设置有预过滤网6,且在进气通道5内安装有风机7,所述进气通道5的另一端口连接在净化室3上,所述净化室3从左至右依次安装有静电除尘装置8、HEPA过滤网9和活性炭过滤网10,且在净化室3底部设置有集尘箱11,所述HEPA过滤网9和活性炭过滤网10均设置成波浪形结构,所述静电除尘装置8、HEPA过滤网9和活性炭过滤网10均套有箱体外壳12,所述箱体外壳12均无左右两壳面且插设在壳体1上,所述箱体外壳12的顶面与壳体1上表面平行,且在箱体外壳12的顶端设置有把手13,所述排气室4包括排气通道I14、水槽15和排气通道II16,所述排气通道I14一端与净化室3连接,一端伸入水槽15底部,所述排气通道II16一端与水槽15上表面连接,一端延伸至壳体1外,所述集尘箱11和水槽15均设置成抽屉式结构。
本发明在使用的时候,风机7带动周围的空气进入空气净化器,进入的空气首先接触预过滤网6,过滤掉大颗粒的灰尘、烟雾等,接着进入净化室3,在净化室3内分别经过静电除尘装置8、HEPA过滤网9和活性炭过滤网10的过滤,而HEPA过滤网9和活性炭过滤网10设计成波浪形结构,加大了与空气接触的面积,提高了净化效率,净化后的空气之后进入排气室4,在排气室4内通过水槽15,带走部分微小水滴之后重新回到室内,完成净化过程,过滤掉的小颗粒粉尘、烟雾、花粉、细菌等污染物落入集尘箱11中。当需要清洁空气净化器时,可以直接拉动把手13将各个箱体外壳12从壳体1上取出,并用不同的方法依次清洁不同的净化装置,而集尘箱11和水槽15设置成抽屉式结构,也可以直接取出,对其清理或加水。
如图1所示,所述进气通道5和排气通道I14的端口设置成漏斗状,可以提高空气流动的效率。
如图1所示,所述壳体4底面四角各安装有滚轮17,方便了空气净化器的移动。
如图1所示,所述箱体外壳12与壳体1的连接处均设置有密封圈18,防止没有彻底净化的气体泄漏。
如图1所示,所述壳体1长宽高分别为50cm、30cm与40cm,大小合适,既不占太大空间,又能保证净化效率。
如图1所示,所述静电除尘装置8的表面安装有振打器19,能够将积累的灰尘杂质落入集尘器中。
本发明的主要特点在于,本发明通过将HEPA过滤网和活性炭过滤网改成波浪形结构,提高了与空气接触的面积,从而提高了净化效率;同时将静电除尘装置、HEPA过滤网和活性炭过滤网用箱体外壳分隔开并将水槽和集尘箱设置成抽屉式结构,实现了各装置能够一体化完成指定功能的同时方便拆卸,从而可以独立清洗,避免了各净化除尘装置因清洁方式不同而一同清洗带来的危害。

1.一种家庭用空气净化器,其特征在于:包括壳体(1),所述壳体(1)包括进气室(2)、净化室(3)和排气室(4),所述进气室(2)包括进气通道(5),所述进气通道(5)的端口处设置有预过滤网(6),且在进气通道(5)内安装有风机(7),所述进气通道(5)的另一端口连接在净化室(3)上,所述净化室(3)从左至右依次安装有静电除尘装置(8)、HEPA过滤网(9)和活性炭过滤网(10),且在净化室(3)底部设置有集尘箱(11),所述HEPA过滤网(9)和活性炭过滤网(10)均设置成波浪形结构,所述静电除尘装置(8)、HEPA过滤网(9)和活性炭过滤网(10)均套有箱体外壳(12),所述箱体外壳(12)均无左右两壳面且插设在壳体(1)上,所述箱体外壳(12)的顶面与壳体(1)上表面平行,且在箱体外壳(12)的顶端设置有把手(13),所述排气室(4)包括排气通道I(14)、水槽(15)和排气通道II(16),所述排气通道I(14)一端与净化室(3)连接,一端伸入水槽(15)底部,所述排气通道II(16)一端与水槽(15)上表面连接,一端延伸至壳体(1)外,所述集尘箱(11)和水槽(15)均设置成抽屉式结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种家庭用空气净化器,其特征在于:所述进气通道(5)和排气通道I(14)的端口设置成漏斗状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种家庭用空气净化器,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)底面四角各安装有滚轮(17)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种家庭用空气净化器,其特征在于:所述箱体外壳(12)与壳体(1)的连接处均设置有密封圈(18)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种家庭用空气净化器,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)长宽高分别为50cm、30cm与40cm。
