Abstract

本发明公开一种环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法,属于材料领域;该合成革先将热稳定剂、TPU颗粒及钙粉混合,开炼制备TPU底层膜,并将其与基布复合压制,得到初级合成革;在将其与环保无卤阻燃剂、抗紫外线431添加剂、TPU颗粒及色料制备的TPU表皮膜复合压制,再经水性处理剂进行表面、处理后烘干、吸纹,即得;与现有技术相比,本发明工艺简单、易控,不使用增塑剂,安全环保,制得的TPU合成革具有良好的综合性能,符合高标准环保要求,耐火性强,且在暴露在阳光下的环境里使用时间更长。

一种环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,特别是一种环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法。
背景技术
TPU(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶) 是一类硬度范围宽(60HA-85HD)、耐磨、耐油,透明,弹性好的新型材料,由于其在生产过程中可以不添加增塑剂而保持材料本身柔软的性能,因此作为环保材料而广泛用于日用品、体育用品、玩具、室内装饰材料等领域。目前市售TPU合成革产品暴露在阳光下会大大缩减使用时间而且耐火性较低,难以满足汽车内饰用革等场合使用的需要。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明公开一种环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法,制得的发泡合成革具有良好的综合性能,既符合高标准环保要求,而且耐火性强,且在暴露在阳光下的环境里使用时间更长,本发明是这样实现的:
一种环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
(1)制备TPU底层膜
将热稳定剂、TPU颗粒及钙粉混合后,投入密炼机,于240℃密炼至混合均匀后,再投入开炼机中,200℃开炼并过滤;过滤产物进行二次开炼,开炼温度为210℃,开炼产物输送至四辊压延机压延,压延机四根辊筒温度分别设置为200℃、210℃、240℃、210℃,制得TPU底层膜;
(2)压制TPU底层膜
将TPU底层膜与基布压制复合,获得初级合成革;
(3)制备TPU表皮膜
将环保无卤阻燃剂、抗紫外线431添加剂、TPU颗粒及色料于260℃下熔融混合,并压延获得厚度范围为0.1-1.5mm的TPU表皮膜;
(4)压制TPU表皮膜
将TPU表皮膜冷却与初级合成革的底层层面复合压制,得到中级合成革;
(5)表面处理
将水性处理剂涂饰于中级合成革的面层,150℃烘干;
(6)加热吸纹
将经过表面处理后的中级合成革于220℃加热30秒,然后经过真空吸纹机吸纹,即获得所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革。
进一步,本发明所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法中,步骤(1)中热稳定剂、TPU颗粒及钙粉的质量比为1:30:9。
进一步,本发明所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法中,步骤(3)中,环保无卤阻燃剂、抗紫外线431添加剂、TPU颗粒及色料的质量比为3:1:100:8。
进一步,本发明所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法中,步骤(1)中,所述热稳定剂为LF522。
进一步,本发明所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法中,步骤(3)中,所述环保无卤阻燃剂为无卤FR-813,抗紫外线431添加剂为抗紫外线吸收剂UV-360 。
进一步,本发明所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法中,步骤(2)中,TPU底层膜冷却与基布复合压制的压力为0.8MPa。
进一步,本发明所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法中,步骤(4)中,TPU表皮膜冷却与初级合成革的底层层面复合压制的压力为0.8MPa。
与现有技术相比,本发明优化原料配方制得TPU底层膜,然后将其与TPU表皮膜复合,再通过加热吸纹获得合成革,整个工艺简单、易控,不使用增塑剂,过程安全环保,制得的TPU合成革具有良好的综合性能,符合高标准环保要求,耐火性强,且在暴露在阳光下的环境里使用时间更长。
具体实施方式
以下实施例中的原料均为市售产品。
实施例1 制备环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革
一种环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
(1)制备发泡TPU膜:
以总量份计,将3份热稳定剂LF522、90份TPU颗粒及27份钙粉先投入高速搅拌机搅拌后再投入240℃密炼机密炼至充分混合,再经开炼机开炼,开炼时间15分钟,开炼温度设置为200℃,再经过滤机过滤,滤孔大小60目,将混合物中的颗粒杂质等过滤掉,然后再二次开炼,开炼温度设置为210℃,开炼时间15分钟。开炼后的混合物通过输送机直接送到四辊压延机压延,压延机四根辊筒温度分别设置为200℃、210℃、240℃、210℃,通过调整牵引速度及辊距间隙来控制拉出TPU膜的厚度。
(2)压制TPU底层膜:
在上述制得的TPU底层膜冷却前,将其与基布在0.8MPa压力下压制复合,冷却后得到初级合成革;
(3)制备TPU表皮膜:
以重量份计,将3重量份环保无卤阻燃剂(无卤FR-813)、1重量份抗紫外线431添加剂(抗紫外线吸收剂UV-360,购自常州新策高分子材料有限公司)、100重量份热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(即TPU颗粒)及8重量份色料,在260℃下熔融混合,并压延制得到厚度范围为0.1-1.5mm的TPU表皮膜;
(4)压制TPU表皮膜:
在上述制得的TPU表皮膜冷却前,将其与上述制得的初级合成革的底层层面在0.8MPa压力下复合压制,冷却后得到中级合成革;
(5)表面处理:
对上述制得的中级合成革进行水性表面处理,将水性处理剂(水性PU混合水性阻燃剂MT-2153及水性抗紫外线剂UV-531)涂饰于面层,然后在150℃下烘干;
(6)加热吸纹:
将表面处理后的中级合成革在220℃烘箱中进行加热,加热时间应控制在30秒左右,避免加热时间过短导致压纹不清晰或加热时间过长导致的表面层阻燃材料及抗紫外线材料突出引起表面层不平整。加热后经真空吸纹机吸纹,再经检验成卷便可成成品。
对本实施例获得的复合材料进行检测,耐磨强度达到800转/1KG无损伤,拉力强度达到15.6KG,撕裂强度达到5.3KG且环保性能通过REACH173项检测。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)制备TPU底层膜
将热稳定剂、TPU颗粒及钙粉混合后,投入密炼机,于240℃密炼至混合均匀后,再投入开炼机中,200℃开炼并过滤;过滤产物进行二次开炼,开炼温度为210℃,开炼产物输送至四辊压延机压延,压延机四根辊筒温度分别设置为200℃、210℃、240℃、210℃,制得TPU底层膜;
(2)压制TPU底层膜
将TPU底层膜与基布压制复合,获得初级合成革;
(3)制备TPU表皮膜
将无卤阻燃剂、抗紫外线添加剂、TPU颗粒及色料于260℃下熔融混合,并压延获得厚度范围为0.1-1.5mm的TPU表皮膜;
(4)压制TPU表皮膜
将TPU表皮膜冷却与初级合成革的底层层面复合压制,得到中级合成革;
(5)表面处理
将水性处理剂涂饰于中级合成革的面层,150℃烘干;
(6)加热吸纹
将经过表面处理后的中级合成革于220℃加热30秒,然后经过真空吸纹机吸纹,即获得所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革。
2.根据权利要求1所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中热稳定剂、TPU颗粒及钙粉的质量比为1:30:9。
3.根据权利要求1所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,环保无卤阻燃剂、抗紫外线431添加剂、TPU颗粒及色料的质量比为3:1:100:8。
4.根据权利要求2所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述热稳定剂为LF522。
5.根据权利要求4所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述环保无卤阻燃剂为无卤FR-813,抗紫外线431添加剂为抗紫外线吸收剂UV-360。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,TPU表皮膜冷却与初级合成革的发泡层面复合压制的压力为0.8MPa。
7.根据权利要求6所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,TPU表皮膜冷却与初级合成革的发泡层面复合压制的压力为0.8MPa。
