Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型装饰板,所述装饰板主要由以下重量份配比的原料制得:聚丙烯抗裂纤维50‑80份、丁腈橡胶20‑30份、阻燃剂1‑3份、碳酸钙1‑5份、发泡剂2‑6份、增塑剂2‑6份、硬脂酸钙0.1‑0.5份和聚乙烯蜡9‑12份。本发明的优点在于:本发明的新型装饰板,其配方中通过使用聚丙烯抗裂纤维和阻燃剂,使制得的装饰板具有阻燃防火性能外,还大大提高了装饰板的机械强度,因而使得其具有较高的抗压强度,不易断裂;同时配方中,通过添加聚乙烯蜡,使得制得的装饰板具有耐寒性、耐热性、耐化学性和耐磨性;且配方中各组分配比合理,因而大大提高了装饰板的整体性能,也使得制得的装饰板具有质轻的特点。

一种新型装饰板
技术领域
本发明属于建筑装饰板材领域,特别涉及一种新型装饰板。
背景技术
随着人们生活居住水平的日益提高,人们对建筑装修的要求也日益提高。目前建筑装修中采用的装饰材料,可以分为三大类,一类是以石膏板、大理石、花岗岩以及瓷砖为代表的无机材料,另两类是以木夹板为代表的天然木材以及以有机化合物为代表的化工板材。上述三类材料中除第一类装饰材料具有防火性能外,其它如木夹板、塑料扣板等均无防火功能,且上述三类材料整体重量比较沉重,安装运输不方便。
针对上述现象,专利号CN 102604255 A 提出了一种新型装饰板及其制备方法,装饰板主要由氯醋共聚树酯、增塑剂、丁腈橡胶、轻质碳酸钙、硬脂酸、氧化锌和阻燃剂制备而成,是一种发泡板材,重量较轻;且本发明的装饰板中,所用的氯醋共聚树脂具有阻燃的功效,通过氯醋共聚树脂与阻燃剂的配合,可获得较佳的阻燃及耐火性能,从而使装饰板达到防火等级要求。但此种装饰板仍存在一定的缺陷:1.配方中,通过氯醋共聚树脂与阻燃剂的配合,使其达到阻燃及耐火性能,虽使用了阻燃材料,但其防火性能仍一般;2.通过该配方制得的装饰板,其抗压强度一般。
因此,研发一种能够大大提高其防火性能及抗压强度,且质轻的新型装饰板是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够大大提高其防火性能及抗压强度,且质轻的新型装饰板。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种新型装饰板,其创新点在于:所述装饰板主要由以下重量份配比的原料制得:聚丙烯抗裂纤维50-80份、丁腈橡胶20-30份、阻燃剂1-3份、碳酸钙1-5份、发泡剂2-6份、增塑剂2-6份、硬脂酸钙0.1-0.5份和聚乙烯蜡9-12份。
进一步地,所述发泡剂由十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠混合而成的,且十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠的质量比为1:3.1-3.7。
进一步地,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的新型装饰板,其配方中未使用阻燃剂,但通过使用聚丙烯抗裂纤维和阻燃剂,使制得的装饰板具有阻燃防火性能外,还大大提高了装饰板的机械强度,因而使得其具有较高的抗压强度,不易断裂;同时配方中,通过添加聚乙烯蜡,使得制得的装饰板具有耐寒性、耐热性、耐化学性和耐磨性;且配方中各组分配比合理,因而大大提高了装饰板的整体性能,也使得制得的装饰板具有质轻的特点;此外,本发明用于装饰板的材料只收缩,结炭,不会着火;且本发明的材料通过控烟处理,烟雾量少,也减轻了消防压力。

下面的实施例可以使本专业的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
实施例1
本实施例的新型装饰板,主要由以下重量份配比的原料制得:聚丙烯抗裂纤维50份、丁腈橡胶30份、阻燃剂3份、碳酸钙5份、发泡剂6份、邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂6份、硬脂酸钙0.5份和聚乙烯蜡12份;其中,发泡剂由十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠混合而成的,且十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠的质量比为1:3.1。
实施例2
本实施例的新型装饰板,主要由以下重量份配比的原料制得:聚丙烯抗裂纤维50份、丁腈橡胶30份、阻燃剂3份、碳酸钙5份、发泡剂6份、邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂6份、硬脂酸钙0.5份和聚乙烯蜡12份;其中,发泡剂由十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠混合而成的,且十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠的质量比为1: 3.7。
实施例3
本实施例的新型装饰板,主要由以下重量份配比的原料制得:聚丙烯抗裂纤维50份、丁腈橡胶30份、阻燃剂3份、碳酸钙5份、发泡剂6份、邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂6份、硬脂酸钙0.5份和聚乙烯蜡12份;其中,发泡剂由十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠混合而成的,且十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠的质量比为1:3.4。
表1是实施例1~3中发泡剂各组分的质量对比表。

为了比较上述配方制得的新型装饰板的性能,将其进行强度测试及GB50222防火等级测试,其测试结果见表2。

由上表可以看出,由本发明配方制得的新型装饰板,其抗压强度大大提高了,可达9.2MPa以上;同时,其防火等级可达GB50222的B1级;此外,实施例1~3相互比较,可看出实施例3的各项性能均优于其他两个实施例,因而实施例3为最佳实施例。
实施例4
本实施例的新型装饰板,主要由以下重量份配比的原料制得:聚丙烯抗裂纤维80份、丁腈橡胶20份、阻燃剂1份、碳酸钙1份、发泡剂2份、邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂2份、硬脂酸钙0.1份和聚乙烯蜡9份;其中,发泡剂由十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠混合而成的,且十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠的质量比为1:3.4。
实施例5
本实施例的新型装饰板,主要由以下重量份配比的原料制得:聚丙烯抗裂纤维65份、丁腈橡胶25份、阻燃剂2份、碳酸钙3份、发泡剂4份、邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂4份、硬脂酸钙0.3份和聚乙烯蜡10.5份;其中,发泡剂由十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠混合而成的,且十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠的质量比为1:3.4。
表3是实施例3~5中发泡剂各组分的质量对比表。

为了比较上述配方制得的新型装饰板的性能,将其进行强度测试及GB50222防火等级测试,其测试结果见表4。

由上表可以看出,由本发明配方制得的新型装饰板,其抗压强度大大提高了,可达9.62MPa以上;同时,其防火等级可达GB50222的B1级;此外,实施例3~5相互比较,可看出实施例5的各项性能均优于其他两个实施例,因而实施例5为最佳实施例。

1.一种新型装饰板,其特征在于:所述装饰板主要由以下重量份配比的原料制得:聚丙烯抗裂纤维50-80份、丁腈橡胶20-30份、阻燃剂1-3份、碳酸钙1-5份、发泡剂2-6份、增塑剂2-6份、硬脂酸钙0.1-0.5份和聚乙烯蜡9-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型装饰板,其特征在于:所述发泡剂由十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠混合而成的,且十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠的质量比为1:3.1-3.7。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型装饰板,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯。
