2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the control unit is further configured to control the outdoor fan to operate at a first rotational speed for a first set time after being activated.
3. A control method of an outdoor fan of an air conditioner is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when detecting that outdoor environment temperature is less than first settlement temperature, control outdoor fan in the second settlement time with according to outdoor environment temperature, the first temperature detecting element and the second temperature detecting element detect the outdoor condenser coil pipe temperature definite outdoor fan's target rotational speed operation, include:
reading the outdoor environment temperature and the outdoor condenser coil temperature once every third set time, and finishing after reading six groups;
taking the higher one of the outdoor condenser coil temperatures detected by the first temperature detection unit and the second temperature detection unit as the outdoor condenser coil temperature;
averaging the outdoor ambient temperature and the outdoor condenser coil temperature;
calculating the target rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the average value of the outdoor environment temperature and the outdoor condenser coil temperature;
calculating the target rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the average value of the outdoor environment temperature and the outdoor condenser coil temperature by the following formula:
