The opening change of the expansion valve is utilized to control the temperature of the inner pipe within a certain temperature range under the dew point temperature, so that the indoor environment humidity is controlled to be close to the set temperature.
For the case that the object to be adjusted is an indoor PM2.5, the adjustment mode corresponds to a PM2.5 adjustment mode, fig. 3 is a flowchart of the method for controlling the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention to adjust the PM2.5, and as shown in fig. 3, controlling the air conditioner to adjust the object to be adjusted according to the obtained adjustment mode mainly includes the following steps S301 to S306:
s301: the PM2.5 actual value PM1 of the indoor PM2.5 is detected, and specifically, the PM2.5 actual value PM1 of the indoor PM2.5 can be detected by a PM2.5 test probe provided on the air conditioner.
S302: it is determined whether the actual PM2.5 value PM1 is greater than the set PM2.5 value PM in the trigger command.
S303: and detecting the operation parameters of the air conditioner under the condition that the PM2.5 actual value PM1 is judged to be larger than the PM2.5 set value PM, wherein the operation parameters are mainly the operation state of the compressor of the air conditioner, namely, under the condition that the PM2.5 actual value PM1 is judged to be larger than the PM2.5 set value PM, the operation state of the compressor of the air conditioner is detected. When it is determined that the actual PM2.5 value PM1 is equal to or less than the set PM2.5 value PM, the process ends without purifying the indoor PM 2.5. For the detection of the operation state of the compressor, whether the air conditioner has a cooling/heating task at present is mainly judged, if so, the compressor is indicated to be operated, otherwise, the compressor is not operated.
And then, sequentially executing the step S304 to the step S306, calculating an adjusting parameter for adjusting the indoor PM2.5 according to the operation parameter, and controlling the air conditioner to operate according to the adjusting parameter.
S304: under the condition that the compressor is detected not to be operated, acquiring a set rotating speed RPM1 of an inner fan of the air conditioner corresponding to a PM2.5 actual value, a set current I1 for adjusting indoor PM2.5 by the air conditioner and a fourth preset time t4 for adjusting indoor PM2.5 by the air conditioner from the air conditioner, and controlling the air conditioner to operate according to the set rotating speed RPM1, the set current I1 and the fourth preset time t4, wherein the set current is an operating current provided for an air purification module in the air conditioner, the set rotating speed, the set current and the preset time corresponding to different PM2.5 values are stored in the air conditioner under the condition that the compressor is not operated, and in the embodiment of the invention, the t4 can be 5-10 min, I4 can be 5-10 min1=I0+D1(RPM1)e3+D2(PM1-PM)e4,I0、D1、D2E3 and e4 are constants, depending on the particular model.
S305: and detecting the actual rotating speed RPM of the inner fan under the condition that the operation of the compressor is detected.
S306: calculating an adjustment current I corresponding to the actual speed RPM2Acquiring a fifth preset time t5 for adjusting the indoor PM2.5 by the air conditioner from the air conditioner, and adjusting the current I according to the actual rotating speed RPM2And controlling the air conditioner to operate within a fifth preset time t5, wherein in the embodiment of the invention, t5 can be 8-15 min, I2=I0+D1(RPM)e3+D2(PM1-PM)e4
After the step S304 and the step S306, returning to the step S301, repeatedly executing the step S301 to the step S306, and controlling the air conditioner to stop electrifying the air purification module under the condition that the requirement of the indoor PM2.5 is met; if the indoor PM2.5 requirement is not met, the steps are repeated until the requirement is met.
For the adjustment of the indoor PM2.5, the current value of the air purification module is obtained by fitting the actual rotating speed of the inner fan and the actually measured PM2.5 value, and the air purification module stops running until the content of the PM2.5 in the air reaches the expected value; the air purifier can also be used for purifying air only, only the inner fan runs at the moment, and the current of the air purification module is in a reasonable range capable of rapidly purifying air by reasonably adjusting the rotating speed of the inner fan; the control method has the advantage that the operation of the air purification module does not influence the normal operation of the air conditioner, but adjusts the operation of the air purification module according to the operation condition of the air conditioner. When the temperature and the humidity are not required to be adjusted by using the air conditioner, the rotating speed of the inner fan can be matched with the air purification module to achieve the optimal air purification effect.
