Abstract
本发明公开一种马桶清洁球,它包括α‑烯基磺酸钠、甲基磺酸、柠檬酸、聚乙二醇、二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁‑钠络合物、三丙二醇丁醚、除臭剂、色粉、香味剂、水;该马桶清洁球具有强效清洁除污配方功效,除菌效果好,同时具有海洋、柠檬及芬芳松香,清新自然,可消除异味以及达到杀菌效果。本发明适用于马桶清洁。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种马桶清洁技术领域,具体涉及一种马桶清洁球。
背景技术
马桶是日常的生活器具,长时间使用后会产生各种异味和污渍,人们通过洗涤剂对其去污。人类最早使用的洗涤剂是肥皂。随着有机合成表面活性剂的开发成功,合成洗涤剂逐步进入了人们的生活。20 世界 50 年代四聚丙烯的大量生产,促进了合成洗涤剂在全世界的高速发展。作为合成洗涤剂的主要品种之一,液体洗涤剂出现在 20 实际 40 年代,到了 20世 纪 90 年代,由于液体洗涤剂在形式、功能、结构上都有了新的变化,成为洗涤剂中仅次于粉 状的重要品种。与固体洗涤剂相比较,液体洗涤剂使用前无需溶解,具有使用方便、溶解迅速、低温洗涤性能好等优点。液体洗涤剂一般分为织物用洗涤剂、硬表面清洁剂和个人卫生清洁剂。硬表面清洁剂是一大类洗涤剂,包括餐具洗涤剂、日常硬表面清洁剂、金属表面清洁剂及交通工具清洁剂。硬表面清洁剂,通常又分为炉灶清洁剂、瓷砖清洁剂、浴缸清洁剂、大理石清洁剂、花岗岩清洁剂、脱排油烟机清洁剂、玻璃清洁剂、马桶清洁剂等。
。目前市场上针对马桶的洗涤剂,用量大,效果较差,对水污染严重。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于制备一种马桶清洁球,它具有强效清洁除污、杀菌功能,同时具有海洋、柠檬及芬芳松香,清新自然,可消除异味。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现上述技术目的:
一种马桶清洁球,按照重量份数计,它包括如下组分:
α-烯基磺酸钠30份、甲基磺酸20份、柠檬酸5份、聚乙二醇10份、二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物15份、三丙二醇丁醚10份、除臭剂1份、色粉0.5份、香味剂1份、水8份。
作为本发明的限定,所述除臭剂为生物型除臭剂。
上述组方制备马桶清洁球可以使用现有的技术进行制备:
将上述组分均匀混合,依次经过出条、搓丸、抛光和成型后,即制得马桶清洁球。出条、搓丸、抛光和成型其均为本领域技术人员可以想到的常规工艺,搓丸、抛光和成型根据具体的实际尺寸及要求进行选择本申请提出的清洁球,其加工成球形,其更有利于实际清洁马桶时使用,清洁球的尺寸可根据实际情况而定。
由于采取了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)强效杀菌、除污,尤其是金黄色葡萄球菌能达到100%的杀菌效果,去污能力强,适用于任何坐便马桶;
(2)清香保洁,海洋,柠檬及芬芳松香,清新自然,消除异味;
(3)安全放心:性质温和,对接触表面无腐蚀,使用后马桶干净无颜色残留;
(4)持久耐用,洁净清香可达数周;
(5)本申请中提到的清洁剂环保,对冲完马桶之后的水无任何颜色污染,对大自然水循环减轻压力。
本发明是与于清洁马桶。
具体实施方式
为了更清楚的说明本发明的技术方案,下面结合具体实施案例对本发明做详细具体的说明。除特别说明,本发明使用的设备和试剂为本技术领域常规市购产品。
实施例1 一种马桶清洁球
一种马桶清洁球,它包括如下组分:
α-烯基磺酸钠30g、甲基磺酸20 g、柠檬酸5 g、聚乙二醇10 g、二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物15 g、三丙二醇丁醚10 g、除臭剂1 g(除臭剂为现有的生物型除臭剂)、色粉0.5 g、香味剂1 g、水8 g。
实施例2 实验效果
(一)去污效果
对本申请中实施例1制备的马桶清洁球进行去污力性能测试,测试方法如下:
15cm×15cm瓷砖,测重W1,瓷砖上涂覆一层约50克的污垢,于230℃下焙烧1小时,测重W2,用5g本申请提出的马桶清洁球固体粉末溶于水均匀涂抹放置于该瓷砖上污垢 20min后,室温放置1小时,在60℃热水流动下用海绵漂洗,烘箱烘干,测重W3,由重量法,计 算去污率。上述污垢由50%鸡油、20%植物油、20%面粉、5%番茄酱和5%颗粒糖组成。去污率=[(W2-W3 )/(W2-W1 )]×100%
对比市售的马桶清洁球,进行去污力测试,具体实验步骤与上述去污力测试步骤相同,实施例1提供的产品的去污率为99.9%,而市售的马桶清洁球去污率为98%,本发明的产品去污效果均明显优于市售产品,并且可重复使用数周,去污能力基本没有下降,而市售产品其可重复使用两周,基本无去污能力。本申请提出的马桶清洁球其易溶于水,且溶解后对其去污能力无影响。
(二)杀菌效果
本申请中的细菌定量杀灭试验参照***《消毒技术规范》总的要求进行测试,试验菌种为常见细菌大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌,对细菌的杀灭率在以下条件下测试取得:测试液浓度为原液,作用时间为20min。对比市售的马桶清洁球(与本实施例一中相同),进行杀菌测试,结果表明,本产品对大肠杆菌的杀菌率达到99.99%,对金黄色葡萄球菌到达100%,而市售的产品对大肠杆菌的杀菌率达到94%,对金黄色葡萄球菌到达96%。
本发明的产品可以从源头上解决厕所异味来源,达到真正的杀菌除异味效果。

1.一种马桶清洁球,其特征在于按照重量份数计,它包括如下组分:
α-烯基磺酸钠30份、甲基磺酸20份、柠檬酸5份、聚乙二醇10份、二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物15份、三丙二醇丁醚10份、除臭剂1份、色粉0.5份、香味剂1份、水8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种马桶清洁球,其特征在于:所述除臭剂为生物型除臭剂。
