Abstract

本发明公开了一种集料器找平油缸液压控制***,包括液压泵、两位三通电控换向阀、三位四通电控换向阀、三位四通行程阀、液压油缸。两位三通电控换向阀进油口接液压泵,两位三通电控换向阀的一个出油口接三位四通电控换向阀的进油口,两位三通电控换向阀的另一个出油口接三位四通行程阀的进油口。两位三通电控换向阀的两个出油口经过液压锁后,分别接到液压油缸的前油口和后油口。三位四通行程阀的两个出油口经过液压锁后,也分别接到液压油缸的前油口和后油口。本发明不仅可以使用电控***控制找平,也包含了液压行程阀控制油缸自主找平,不仅可以独立使用,而且可以相互切换,达到更佳找平效果。

Description

一种集料器找平油缸液压控制***
技术领域
本发明涉及一种沥青路面再生施工设备集料器找平装置的控制***,具体说是一种集料器找平油缸液压控制***。
背景技术
传统的沥青路面再生施工设备集料器找平装置采用油缸找平控制,一般只使用电气控制液压阀,控制油缸行程,从而达到找平目的;此种***对电控***要求极高,需要复杂的程序控制,特别是电控***发生故障,则无法工作,影响施工进度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术存在的技术缺陷,提供一种集料器找平油缸液压控制***,该控制***使用电控换向阀和行程换向阀分别控制找平油缸,达到更高的可靠性。
本发明集料器找平油缸液压控制***,包括液压泵、两位三通电控换向阀、三位四通电控换向阀、三位四通行程阀、液压油缸。
液压油缸的活塞杆交接在找平机构(铣刨鼓)上,三位四通行程阀安装在铣刨鼓找平机构上,三位四通行程阀阀芯端部与地面接触。
所述两位三通电控换向阀进油口接液压泵,两位三通电控换向阀的一个出油口接三位四通电控换向阀的进油口,两位三通电控换向阀的另一个出油口接三位四通行程阀的进油口。
两位三通电控换向阀的两个出油口经过液压锁后,分别接到液压油缸的前油口和后油口。
三位四通行程阀的两个出油口经过液压锁后,也分别接到液压油缸的前油口和后油口。
在液压泵和两位三通电控换向阀之间的油路上,设有溢流阀。
本发明不仅可以使用电控***控制找平,也包含了液压行程阀控制油缸自主找平,不仅可以独立使用,而且可以相互切换,达到更佳找平效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施实例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明集料器找平油缸液压控制***,包括液压泵1、两位三通电控换向阀3、三位四通电控换向阀4、三位四通行程阀6、液压油缸(找平油缸)8。
液压油缸的活塞杆交接在找平机构9上,三位四通行程阀6安装在铣刨鼓找平机构上,三位四通行程阀6阀芯端部与地面接触。
所述两位三通电控换向阀3进油口P3接液压泵1,两位三通电控换向阀3的一个出油口P4接三位四通电控换向阀4的进油口P6,两位三通电控换向阀的另一个出油口P5接三位四通行程阀6的进油口P7。
三位四通电控换向阀4的出油口A1经过液压锁5的V1、V3油口后,接到液压油缸8的后油口C1。三位四通电控换向阀4的出油口B1经过液压锁5的V2、V4油口后,接到液压油缸8的前油口C2。
三位四通行程阀6的出油口A2经过液压锁的V5、V7油口后,接到液压油缸8的后油口C1。三位四通行程阀6的出油口B2经过液压锁的V6、V8油口后,接到液压油缸8的前油口C2。
在液压泵1和两位三通电控换向阀3之间的油路上,设有溢流阀2。
具体的控制方式如下:
1、电控液压油缸活塞杆收缩:
液压泵1的P1口提供压力油,P1油路过P2油口到达两位三通电控换向阀3进油口P3,其中液压泵1和两位三通电控换向阀3之间的油路上的溢流阀2是限制***最高压力,保护***液压元件安全的。此时两位三通电控换向阀3不得电,压力油由P3直接到达P4,P4口压力油直接到达三位四通电控换向阀4的进油口P6,其中三位四通电控换向阀4的DN2得电,阀芯上移,P6口压力油到达三位四通电控换向阀4的出油口B1,B1口压力油到达液压锁5的V2口,通过液压锁5内部的单向阀到达V4口,然后压力油到达液压油缸8的前油口C2,液压油缸8活塞杆向缸体内收缩,找平油缸控制找平机构向上移动。液压油缸8的C1口回油,到达标液压锁5的V3油口。受V2口的压力油控制(液压锁内部油路控制),V3与V1相通。回油通过液压锁5的V3、V1口,到达三位四通电控换向阀4的A1口,受DN2电磁线圈得电控制,三位四通电控换向阀4的A1口与T1相通,回油回到油箱。
其中三位四通电控换向阀4电控***中,测量行程的电控元件安装在找平机构9上,在该种情况下,所测距离小于预先设定的标准距离。
2、电控液压油缸活塞杆伸出:
液压泵1的P1口提供压力油,到达两位三通电控换向阀3的进油口P3。两位三通电控换向阀3不得电,压力油由P3口直接到达出油口P4,P4口压力油到达三位四通电控换向阀4的进油口P6,此时三位四通电控换向阀4的DN3得电,阀芯下移,P6口压力油到达三位四通电控换向阀4的出油口A1,A1口压力油经液压锁5的V1,通过液压锁内部单向阀到达V3口,然后压力油到达液压油缸8的后油口C1,液压油缸8活塞杆向缸体外伸出,液压油缸控制找平机构9向下移动。液压油缸8的前油口C2回油,到达液压锁5的V4油口,受V1口压力油控制,V4口与V2口相通。回油经液压锁的V4口、V2口,到达三位四通电控换向阀4的B1口,受DN3电磁线圈得电控制,B1口与T1口相通,回油回到油箱。
其中三位四通电控换向阀4电控***中,测量行程的电控元件安装在找平机构9上,在该种情况下,所测距离大于预先设定的标准距离。
3、行程阀控制液压油缸活塞杆收缩:
液压泵的P1口提供压力油,到达两位三通电控换向阀3的进油口P3。两位三通电控换向阀3的DN1得电,压力油由P3口到达两位三通电控换向阀3的出油口P5,P5口压力油直接到达三位四通行程阀6的进油口P7,三位四通行程阀6安装在找平机构9上,三位四通行程阀6阀芯端部与地面接触,当找平机构9与地面距离变小,阀芯上移,P7口压力油到达三位四通行程阀6的出油口B2,B2口压力油到达液压锁7的V6口,压力油通过液压锁7内部单向阀到达V8口,然后压力油(液压油)到达液压油缸8的前油口C2,液压油缸活塞杆向缸体内收缩,液压油缸控制找平机构9向上移动。液压油缸8的后油口C1回油,到达液压锁7的V7油口,受V6口压力油控制,V7口与V5口相通。回油通过液压锁7的V7、V5口,到达三位四通行程阀6的A2口,受行程阀芯位置控制,A2回油与T2相通,回油回到油箱。
4、行程阀控制液压油缸活塞杆伸出:
液压泵1的P1口提供压力油,到达两位三通电控换向阀3的进油口P3。两位三通电控换向阀3的DN1得电,压力油直接到达两位三通电控换向阀3的出油口P5,P5口压力油直接到达三位四通行程阀6的进油口P7,三位四通行程阀6安装在找平机构9上,三位四通行程阀6阀芯端部与地面接触,当找平机构9与地面距离变大,阀芯受行程阀弹簧挤压下移,三位四通行程阀6的进油口P7处的压力油到达三位四通行程阀6的出油口A2,A2口的压力油到达液压锁7的V5口,通过液压锁7的内部单向阀到达V7口,然后压力油到达液压油缸8的后油口C1,液压油缸活塞杆向缸体外伸出,液压油缸8控制找平机构9向上移动。液压油缸8的前油口C2回油,回油到液压锁7的V8油口,受V5口压力油控制,V8口与V6口相通。回油通过液压锁7的V8、V6口,到达三位四通行程阀6的B2口,受行程阀芯位置控制,A2口与T2口相通,回油回到油箱。

Claims (2)

1.一种集料器找平油缸液压控制***,包括液压泵、两位三通电控换向阀、三位四通电控换向阀、三位四通行程阀、液压油缸;其特征是:
所述两位三通电控换向阀进油口接液压泵,两位三通电控换向阀的一个出油口接三位四通电控换向阀的进油口,两位三通电控换向阀的另一个出油口接三位四通行程阀的进油口;
两位三通电控换向阀的两个出油口经过液压锁后,分别接到液压油缸的前油口和后油口;
三位四通行程阀的两个出油口经过液压锁后,也分别接到液压油缸的前油口和后油口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集料器找平油缸液压控制***,其特征是:在液压泵和两位三通电控换向阀之间的油路上,设有溢流阀。
