Abstract

本发明公开了一种防皱衬布生产工艺通过将基布双面浸渍轧液并烘干,然后浸泡在防皱柔软剂酸溶液中,经过浸轧树脂整理液、预烘处理、无张力烘干、烘焙和冷却落布,形成涤纶衬布坯布;将基布一浸一轧整理液,并烘干定型,由涂层机进行粉点涂层加工,将粉点涂层后的坯布送入烘房进行焙烘,冷却后拉幅定型,并用卷布架卷取。基布先经过双面浸渍轧液和浸泡在柔软剂中改性,然后在树脂整理液中处理,能够保证树脂液充分浸入到纤维中,使整理后的织物获得良好的抗皱恢复性,手感更好,经防皱柔软剂处理后的混纺织物,干、湿折皱回复角增加,织物的弹性提高,抗皱性能好;保持织物手感柔软、透气、穿着舒适的特性。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及衬布生产的技术领域,特别是一种防皱衬布生产工艺的技术领域。
【背景技术】
衬布以机织物、针织物和非织造布为基布,经过专门机械进行特殊整理加工,用于服装里衬,裤子腰衬及帽子内衬,起到补强,挺括等作用,是专用的服装辅料,随着人们生活水平的提高,对服装的要求不再仅仅局限服装穿着的舒适感,而且注重于美观,尤其是粘合衬布,人们对服装面料的要求不断提高,对服装衬布的要求也随之提高,当织物在受到折压或水洗后,粘合后的面料会产生折痕或褶皱,影响服装的美观与整洁,必须经过熨烫才能恢复平整,使面料更为美观,粘合衬布本身性能的好坏直接影响到这个服装的品质,因此有必要提供一种防皱衬布生产工艺。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种防皱衬布生产工艺,该工艺能够改善衬布的性能,衬布手感柔软具有很好的抗皱性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种防皱衬布生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a基布织造:经向和纬向均采用15~75D的涤纶低弹丝经自动喷气织机织造,形成基布;
b预处理:选用表面无破损污渍的织物坯布,将基布双面浸渍轧液,浸渍时间控制在1~1.5s,压力控制在5~8Kg,上液量控制在1.8~2.2g/㎡,并烘干,然后浸泡在防皱柔软剂酸溶液中;
c抗皱整理:抗皱整理步骤包括浸轧树脂整理液、预烘处理、无张力烘干、烘焙和冷却落布,形成涤纶衬布坯布;
d定型:基布一浸一轧整理液,整理液为水溶液,轧液率为50~70%;再将基布在烘干定型机内烘干定型,定型工序温度为120~150℃,时间为20~70秒;
e涂层:坯布以15~25m/min的速度进布,并由涂层机进行粉点涂层加工,所述涂层机采用的是双辊由调速电机带动送布装置,粉点加工涂层的涂敷量为22~25g/㎡,且运行涂层时的布表面温度控制在120℃~130℃;
f焙烘:将粉点涂层后的坯布送入烘房进行焙烘,烘房分为三个烘焙区:一区温度为154~158℃,二区焙烘温度为180~190℃,三区焙烘温度为190~200℃,且焙烘的时间以进布的速度为准,冷却后拉幅定型,并用卷布架卷取。
作为优选,所述步骤b中,在防皱柔软剂酸溶液中浸泡温度为40~50℃,浸泡时间为30~50min,然后烘干,烘干温度为120~150℃,烘干时间为30~50min。
作为优选,所述步骤b中,防皱柔软剂酸溶液包括以下组分:戊二醛10~30g/L、氨基硅油20~30g/L、聚氧乙烯醚5~10g/L、冰醋酸1~8g/L。
作为优选,所述步骤c中,树脂整理液中含有树脂整理剂55~60g/L、催化剂13~15g/L、保护剂8~12g/L和渗透剂1~2g/L
作为优选,所述步骤c中,坯布以树脂液经三浸四轧处理,轧液率为85~90%,温度T1为50~60℃;所述预烘处理中温度T2为50~55℃,时间t1为7~10分钟;所述无张力烘干中温度T3为75~80℃,在无张力烘干之后,基布的含水率为7~9%;所述烘焙处理中温度T4为160~170℃,时间t2为2~5分钟;所述冷却落布处理中的温度T5为30~40℃,落布门幅为130~150cm。
本发明的有益效果:本发明一种防皱衬布生产工艺,基布先经过双面浸渍轧液和浸泡在柔软剂中改性,然后在树脂整理液中三浸四轧处理,能够保证树脂液充分浸入到纤维中,使整理后的织物获得良好的抗皱恢复性,手感更好,经防皱柔软剂处理后的混纺织物,干、湿折皱回复角增加,织物的弹性提高,抗皱性能好;皂洗后的折皱回复角度基本不变,提高织物抗皱的耐洗性;保持织物手感柔软、透气、穿着舒适的特性,悬垂性好,能够起到优异的抗皱性能。
【具体实施方式】
本发明一种防皱衬布生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a基布织造:经向和纬向均采用15~75D的涤纶低弹丝经自动喷气织机织造,形成基布;
b预处理:选用表面无破损污渍的织物坯布,将基布双面浸渍轧液,浸渍时间控制在1~1.5s,压力控制在5~8Kg,上液量控制在1.8~2.2g/㎡,并烘干,然后浸泡在防皱柔软剂酸溶液中浸泡温度为40~50℃,浸泡时间为30~50min,然后烘干,烘干温度为120~150℃,烘干时间为30~50min;防皱柔软剂酸溶液包括以下组分:戊二醛10~30g/L、氨基硅油20~30g/L、聚氧乙烯醚5~10g/L、冰醋酸1~8g/L。

1.一种防皱衬布生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a基布织造:经向和纬向均采用15~75D的涤纶低弹丝经自动喷气织机织造,形成基布;
b预处理:选用表面无破损污渍的织物坯布,将基布双面浸渍轧液,浸渍时间控制在1~1.5s,压力控制在5~8Kg,上液量控制在1.8~2.2g/㎡,并烘干,然后浸泡在防皱柔软剂酸溶液中;
c抗皱整理:抗皱整理步骤包括浸轧树脂整理液、预烘处理、无张力烘干、烘焙和冷却落布,形成涤纶衬布坯布;
d定型:基布一浸一轧整理液,整理液为水,轧液率为50~70%;再将基布在烘干定型机内烘干定型,定型工序温度为120~150℃,时间为20~70秒;
e涂层:坯布以15~25m/min的速度进布,并由涂层机进行粉点涂层加工,所述涂层机采用的是双辊由调速电机带动送布装置,粉点加工涂层的涂敷量为22~25g/㎡,且运行涂层时的布表面温度控制在120℃~130℃;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种防皱衬布生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤b中,在防皱柔软剂酸溶液中浸泡温度为40~50℃,浸泡时间为30~50min,然后烘干,烘干温度为120~150℃,烘干时间为30~50min。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防皱衬布生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤b中,防皱柔软剂酸溶液包括以下组分:戊二醛10~30g/L、氨基硅油20~30g/L、聚氧乙烯醚5~10g/L、冰醋酸1~8g/L。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防皱衬布生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤c中,树脂整理液中含有树脂整理剂55~60g/L、催化剂13~15g/L、保护剂8~12g/L和渗透剂1~2g/L。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种防皱衬布生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤c中,坯布以树脂液经三浸四轧处理,轧液率为85~90%,温度T1为50~60℃;所述预烘处理中温度T2为50~55℃,时间t1为7~10分钟;所述无张力烘干中温度T3为75~80℃,在无张力烘干之后,基布的含水率为7~9%;所述烘焙处理中温度T4为160~170℃,时间t2为2~5分钟;所述冷却落布处理中的温度T5为30~40℃,落布门幅为130~150cm。
