Abstract

本发明公开了一种铁道车辆风能供电***,包括安装在每节客车连接处顶部的风力发电装置;供电***,用于将风力发电装置发出的电能经过电能变换装置及整流器,得到稳定的电能,以满足车辆设备用电需要;电力监测模块,用于经过变换后的电能能否满足用电设备需求,用电设备有无异常信号的监测显示;电能传输模块,通过列车电气装置将所得到的电能传输到客车各个用电设备;质量反馈模块,通过电力监测模块监测用电设备的运行状态及电能是否满足需求,将信息实时反馈给电能变换装置及监测人员,进行及时调整。本发明通过机车牵引车辆运行时产生的风阻力,推动叶片旋转,带动车辆上装设的风力发电机发电,为车辆中的空调、音响、照明***等提供电能。

技术领域
本发明涉及风能供电***,具体涉及一种铁道车辆风能供电***。
背景技术
铁路运输是现代运输的主要方式之一,由于受气候和自然条件影响较小,且运输能力及单车装载量大,在运输的经常性和低成本性占据了优势,对运输物品无体积、形状和重量的特殊限制,有着海运和航运所无法比拟的优点。针对于当前客流量及货物运输量大的特点,铁路运输是首选的货运及中、长途客运交通运输方式。目前电力机车以其功率大、操作简单、使用干净能源等优点被广泛使用,其动力来源于电网,将高压输电线路的110KV三相交流电通过牵引变电所变成25KV的电能供机车使用,随着旅客及运输货物对所处环境要求的提高,机车所接收的电能还将为所牵引客车车辆的空调、音响、照明***提供能源,加大了电网的负载量,提高了用电量。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种铁道车辆风能供电***,通过机车牵引车辆运行时产生的风阻力,推动叶片旋转,带动车辆上装设的风力发电机发电,从而为车辆中的空调、音响、照明***等提供电能,节约了能源,降低了成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种铁道车辆风能供电***,包括:
风力发电装置,安装在每节客车连接处顶部,所述风力发电装置包括风轮以及和风轮相连的发电机,所述风轮在车辆运行时产生风阻力推动风轮叶片旋转;再通过增速机将风轮叶片旋转的速度提升,促使发电机发电;
供电***,用于将风力发电装置发出的电能经过电能变换装置及整流器,得到稳定的DC600V直流电能,向温水箱、逆变器、充电器供电,并由逆变器变换成AC380V,向车内空调、伴热等交流负载供电;DC600V经过DC/DC变换后为DC110V,给空调客车照明控制柜和蓄电池供电,在供电***停止或故障时,由蓄电池向照明及应急灯等负载供电;通过控制柜内的DC/DC电源模块将DC110V电源转换成DC48V后向尾灯、电话插座等供电;
电力监测模块,用于经过变换后的电能能否满足用电设备需求,用电设备有无异常信号的监测显示;
电能传输模块,通过列车电气装置将所得到的电能传输到客车各个用电设备;
质量反馈模块,通过电力监测模块监测用电设备的运行状态及电能是否满足需求,将信息实时反馈给电能变换装置及监测人员,进行及时调整。
其中,所述供电***包括整流器、逆变电源装置、充电装置、蓄电池组、供电母线、电源分配及相关的保护电路,逆变器装置包括车端连接器、列车供电干线、配电柜、逆变电源装置、蓄电池组、充电电源装置、空调控制柜、照明控制柜;逆变电源装置用于将蓄电池存储电能变换成客车所需要的各种电源,以满足客车的用电需要,向空调客车和相应的制式的客车或动车组供电;逆变电源装置将DC600V变换成三相380V、50Hz交流电,以满足车辆设备用电需要。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
可以利用列车运行过程中产生的风阻力推动叶片旋转,带动风力发电机发电,从而产生电能,传输给车辆自带的变电装置进行变换。最终通过以上装置将其转换为适用于车辆中空调、音响、照明***等用电设备的电能,以达到节约能源,降低成本的目的。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1-图2所示,本发明实施例提供了一种铁道车辆风能供电***,包括:
风力发电装置,安装在每节客车连接处顶部,所述风力发电装置包括风轮以及和风轮相连的发电机,所述风轮在车辆运行时产生风阻力推动风轮叶片旋转;再通过增速机将风轮叶片旋转的速度提升,促使发电机发电;风轮的叶片在足够大的推动力作用下可以克服自身重力及与轴间的摩擦力进行运动;风轮是把风的动能转变为机械能的重要部件,它由两只(或更多只)螺旋桨形的叶片组成;当风吹向叶片时,叶片上产生气动力驱动风轮转动;由于风力的大小随车速的变化而变化,使转速不稳定,但方向始终为正前方;所以,在带动发电机之前,加一个调速机构使转速保持稳定,然后再联接到发电机上;发电机的作用,是把由风轮得到的恒定转速,通过升速传递给发电机构均匀运转,因而把机械能转变为电能;其***构成如图3所示。
供电***,用于将风力发电装置发出的电能经过电能变换装置及整流器,得到稳定的DC600V直流电能,向温水箱、逆变器、充电器供电,并由逆变器变换成AC380V,向车内空调、伴热等交流负载供电;DC600V经过DC/DC变换后为DC110V,给空调客车照明控制柜和蓄电池供电,在供电***停止或故障时,由蓄电池向照明及应急灯等负载供电;通过控制柜内的DC/DC电源模块将DC110V电源转换成DC48V后向尾灯、电话插座等供电;
电力监测模块,用于经过变换后的电能能否满足用电设备需求,用电设备有无异常信号的监测显示;
电能传输模块,通过列车电气装置将所得到的电能传输到客车各个用电设备;
质量反馈模块,通过电力监测模块监测用电设备的运行状态及电能是否满足需求,将信息实时反馈给电能变换装置及监测人员,进行及时调整。
由于风力发电***提供的电能直接受到风力大小的影响,而用电设备需要稳定的电能才能够正常工作,因此需要相应的整流、逆变装置进行变换,同时需要相应的电能分配线路和保护装置对电能进行合理分配,对电气***进行保护,同时对电能质量进行反馈。所述供电***包括整流器、逆变器、充电装置、蓄电池组、供电母线、电源分配及相关的保护电路,逆变器装置包括车端连接器、列车供电干线、配电柜、逆变电源装置、蓄电池组、充电电源装置、空调控制柜、照明控制柜;逆变电源装置用于将蓄电池存储电能变换成客车所需要的各种电源,以满足客车的用电需要,向空调客车和相应的制式的客车或动车组供电;逆变电源装置将DC600V变换成三相380V、50Hz交流电,以满足车辆设备用电需要;采用DC110V逆变器将110V转换为DC48V,为轴箱报警器、防滑器、水位检测器、电话插座、尾灯插座等直流负载及应急负载供电。

Claims (2)

1.一种铁道车辆风能供电***,其特征在于,包括:
风力发电装置,安装在每节客车连接处顶部,所述风力发电装置包括风轮以及和风轮相连的发电机,所述风轮在车辆运行时产生风阻力推动风轮叶片旋转;再通过增速机将风轮叶片旋转的速度提升,促使发电机发电;
供电***,用于将风力发电装置发出的电能经过电能变换装置及整流器,得到稳定的DC600V直流电能,向温水箱、逆变器、充电器供电,并由逆变器变换成AC380V,向交流负载供电;DC600V经过DC/DC变换后为DC110V,给空调客车照明控制柜和蓄电池供电,在供电***停止或故障时,由蓄电池向负载供电;通过控制柜内的DC/DC电源模块将DC110V电源转换成DC48V后向尾灯、电话插座供电;
电力监测模块,用于经过变换后的电能能否满足用电设备需求,用电设备有无异常信号的监测显示;
电能传输模块,通过列车电气装置将所得到的电能传输到客车各个用电设备;
质量反馈模块,通过电力监测模块监测用电设备的运行状态及电能是否满足需求,将信息实时反馈给电能变换装置及监测人员,进行及时调整。
2.如要求1所述的一种铁道车辆风能供电***,其特征在于,所述供电***包括整流器、逆变电源装置、充电装置、蓄电池组、供电母线、电源分配及相关的保护电路,逆变器装置包括车端连接器、列车供电干线、配电柜、逆变电源装置、蓄电池组、充电电源装置、空调控制柜、照明控制柜;逆变电源装置用于将蓄电池存储电能变换成客车所需要的各种电源,以满足客车的用电需要,向空调客车和相应的制式的客车或动车组供电;逆变电源装置将DC600V变换成三相380V、50Hz交流电,以满足车辆设备用电需要。
