Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wet tissue preparation, in particular to an antibacterial wet tissue and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The wet tissue is a disposable cleaning sanitary article prepared by selecting a wet-strength soft-fiber high-permeability base material, folding, humidifying and packaging, and becomes an essential cleaning article in daily life of people due to the characteristics of basic functions of cleaning and moisturizing skin, convenience in carrying and the like. The wet tissue is mainly applied to occasions where outdoor water is inconvenient, such as travel and travel, and the like, and also used for cleaning and nursing household infants and the like. The wet tissue products are of various forward categories and applicable paths.
In the production process of the wet tissue, bacteria and mold in the air are easy to be mixed and polluted, so that the microorganism propagation is easy to occur in the storage process of the wet tissue. If wet wipes with microorganisms exceeding the standard are used, the sanitary condition of the skin can be further reduced. At present, chemical bactericides such as methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone, benzethonium chloride and cetylpyridinium chloride are commonly used in wet tissues, but the chemical bactericides have moderate toxicity and irritation, and are not suitable for wiping tender skin parts such as mouths, noses and necks. In addition, in order to avoid using toxic preservatives such as methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone, benzethonium chloride and cetylpyridinium chloride and achieve the purpose of inhibiting the propagation of bacteria and fungi, ethanol with high concentration is usually added into wet tissues in the prior art. However, when the ethanol concentration exceeds 50%, people with fragile skin use wet tissues containing ethanol at the concentration, the phenomenon of excessive sebum dissolution on the surface layer of the skin can occur, the skin is dried, and even the allergic reaction is caused.

As a still further scheme of the invention: the humectant is one or more of sorbitol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol or allantoin.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the wet tissue body is made of spunlace non-woven fabrics.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the solubilizer is any one or combination of a plurality of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxyethylene amine or polyoxyethylene amide.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution comprises the following steps: mixing radix sophorae flavescentis, liquorice, fructus cnidii, scutellaria baicalensis, folium isatidis, houttuynia cordata, pericarpium citri reticulatae and fructus forsythiae according to the mass ratio of 3:2:1:2:2:1:1, soaking in 10 times of water for 4-7 hours, adding 3 times of 1, 2-propylene glycol, cooking twice, filtering, clarifying and concentrating to 1/3-1/5.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the water-soluble chitosan is carboxymethyl chitosan.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the surfactant is one or more of sorbitol laurate, dimethicone copolyol, polysorbate, and sorbitan fatty acid ester.
The preparation method of the antibacterial wet tissue comprises the following steps:
1) weighing deionized water, surfactant, vitamin E, aloe extract, citric acid, glycerol, solubilizer, Borneolum Syntheticum, water-soluble chitosan, ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, chlorhexidine acetate, Chinese medicinal extract, and humectant according to formula;
2) mixing surfactant, vitamin E, aloe extract and glycerol, and stirring uniformly to obtain a first mixed solution, wherein the stirring speed is 900-;
3) adding solubilizer, Borneolum Syntheticum, water-soluble chitosan, ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, chlorhexidine acetate, Chinese medicinal extractive solution, and humectant into deionized water, stirring well to obtain a second mixed solution at stirring speed of 1100-1500r/min, mixing temperature of 30-40 deg.C, and stirring for 20-35 min;
4) adding the second mixed solution into the first mixed solution, uniformly stirring, dropwise adding citric acid, adjusting the pH to 5.0-7.0 to obtain an antibacterial solution, wherein the stirring speed is 1000-1300r/min, the mixing temperature is 25-35 ℃, and the stirring time is 10-20 min;
5) soaking the blocky non-woven fabrics in the antibacterial solution for 4-8 hours until the blocky non-woven fabrics are soaked to saturation;
6) taking out the non-woven fabric soaked to saturation, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, and folding and vacuum packaging the non-woven fabric soaked to saturation in an aseptic environment to obtain the antibacterial wet tissue.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: an antibacterial wet tissue:
1) the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution has the advantages that the radix sophorae flavescentis, the liquorice, the fructus cnidii, the scutellaria baicalensis, the folium isatidis, the houttuynia cordata, the pericarpium citri reticulatae and the fructus forsythiae are used in a combined mode, the synergistic and antibacterial effects are achieved under the condition that multiple components are compounded, the effect is obviously better than that of the effect obtained by independently adding one component, or the effect obtained by matching two components is that heat is removed, dampness is eliminated, fragrance is dissolved into turbid, microbial infection can be prevented, and the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution has the effects of cleaning, comfort and health care when in use, has the antibacterial and degerming effects, does not have any irritation or side effect on;
2) the chlorhexidine acetate is a superficial antibacterial agent, has mild property, and has good antibacterial effect when being used together with the traditional Chinese medicine liquid. The pH value of the product is 5.0-7.0, which is beneficial to improving the stability of the product, and 1, 2-propylene glycol is adopted to replace ethanol when the traditional Chinese medicine is extracted, so that not only can fat-soluble substances in the traditional Chinese medicine be extracted, but also the recovery step is not needed, and the production is reduced;
