Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于连接多个管子的管子连接装置,更详细地讲,涉及一种不仅以比较简单的构造来连接各个管子而且能够提高管子连接部分的可靠性的管子连接装置,其包括:管子,其在连接末端部具备卡坎;圆筒形第一连接部件,其具备圆形片簧所安装的弹簧安装部和上述管子所贯通的管子通孔且在内侧具备螺纹槽;以及第二连接部件,其形成有在上述管子所配合的一侧安装O形环的O形环安装部和在外部具备螺纹且内径与管子内径相同的贯通部。从而不仅不会在管子引起变形,而且构造比较简单,因而即便不是熟练的技术人员也能够容易地连接各个管子,且能够提高管子连接部分的可靠性。尤其,在由材质为不锈钢或铜且内径与外径之差较小的薄板构成的管子的情况下,不仅彻底阻止因管子连接构造而引起的变形,而且能够将沿着管道流动的流体的速度及流量维持一定。并且具有如下效果:无需确保管子连接作业所需空间,且在现场能够容易地连接管子而无需另外的工具。

管子连接装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于连接多个管子的管子连接装置,更详细地讲,涉及一种不仅以比较简单的构造来连接各个管子而且能够提高管子连接部分的可靠性的管子连接装置。
背景技术
一般来讲,为了将如水或油、气体等那样的流体输送至远处而使用的管子,由于长度被限定,因而为了连续地连接管子而在连接部位形成有凸缘,利用连接部件而将该凸缘相互配合。此外,还适用焊接连接部或伸缩可动式、压接式等多种方法。在焊接而连接管子的情况下,在进行作业时需要专业焊接人员且在管子会产生热变形。而且,在为伸缩可动式的情况下,在作为连接对象的两个管子本体***衬垫并拧紧螺母而进行压接。为了防止管子脱离而采用的是在所配管的管子***球体的方式,因而不仅在管子引起变形,而且由此而存在沉淀物在管子内部沉积的问题。另外,在为压接式的情况下,所采用的是在连接部件***管子并利用另外的压接工具及器具而将衬垫与不锈钢环一起压接的方式,因而存在产生管子变形的问题。
在韩国授权专利公报第10-0626291号中公开有一种管连接构造,其构成为包括:两侧管子,其在与对方管子连接的部分沿着圆周方向形成有多个凹陷部;接头环,其形成有***上述两侧管子的凹陷部的多个突出部而连接两侧管子;以及衬垫部件,其***上述接头环内而密封上述两侧管子之间。然而,该管连接构造由于凹陷部而不仅产生管道变形,而且难以将在管道中流动的流体的流动维持一定。另外,在凹陷部沉积沉淀物,因而存在着管子长时间搁置时会发生堵塞现象的问题。
发明内容
技术问题
为了解决如上所述的问题,本发明其目的在于提供一种管子连接装置,该管子连接装置不仅不会在管子引起变形,而且构造比较简单,因而即便不是熟练的技术人员也容易连接各个管子,而且能够提高管子连接部分的可靠性。
解决问题方案
旨在达到本发明的目的的构成包括:管子,其在连接末端部具备卡坎;圆筒形第一连接部件,其具备圆形片簧所安装的弹簧安装部和上述管子所贯通的管子通孔且在内侧具备螺纹槽;以及第二连接部件,其形成有在上述管子所配合的一侧安装O形环的O形环安装部和在外部具备螺纹且内径与管子内径相同的贯通部。上述管子的材质是不锈钢或铜。
本发明的另一特征在于,在上述第一连接部件构成有第一连接部件配合部而与第二连接部件配合,并具备与构成于第一连接部件的第一连接部件配合部连结的固定部件,该固定部件连结配合于对面的第一连接部件彼此。
本发明的其它特征在于,在上述第一连接部件构成有第一连接部件配合部而与第二连接部件配合,并具备与构成于第一连接部件的第一连接部件配合部连结的固定部件,该固定部件连结配合于对面的第一连接部件彼此。而且,在第一连接部件构成有第一连接部件配合部,并在第二连接部件构成有第二连接部件配合部,且能够具备辅助固定部件,该辅助固定部件与第一连接部件配合部和第二连接部件配合部连结。
发明效果
如上所述,根据本申请发明的管子连接装置不仅不会在管子引起变形,而且构造比较简单,因而即便不是熟练的技术人员也能够容易地连接各个管子,且能够提高管子连接部分的可靠性。尤其,在由材质为容易产生变形的不锈钢或铜且内径与外径之差较小的薄板构成的管子的情况下,不仅彻底阻止因管子连接构造而引起的变形,而且能够维持沿着管道流动的流体的速度及流量一定。并且具有如下效果:无需确保管子连接作业所需空间,且在现场能够容易地连接管子而无需另外的工具。

具体实施方式
图2和图3分别是根据本发明的管子连接装置的分解立体图及分解剖视图,参考其而说明本申请发明的构成要素如下。本发明是一种用于连接至少两个以上管子的管子连接装置,该管子连接装置其特征在于,包括:管子10,其在连接末端部具备卡坎11;圆筒形第一连接部件20,其具备圆形片簧21所安装的弹簧安装部22和上述管子10所贯通的管子通孔23且在内侧具备螺纹槽24;以及第二连接部件30,其形成有在上述管子10所配合的一侧安装O形环31的O形环安装部32和在外部具备螺纹33且内径与管子10内径相同的贯通部34。
图4是根据本发明的管子连接装置的剖视图,参考图4而观察如上构成的管子连接装置的配合方法及各构成之间的配合关系如下。所配合的第一步骤如下:在具备于第一连接部件20的弹簧安装部22***片簧21,之后连接管子10,则卡坎11卡定在片簧21而防止管子朝向与第一连接部件20配合的方向相反的方向脱离。第二步骤如下:在具备于第二连接部件30的O形环安装部32***橡胶材质的O形环31,之后连结螺纹槽24和螺纹33而将第一连接部件20和第二连接部件30配合。此时,由于构成于管子10的卡坎11将O形环31压缩而配合,因而能够防止流体漏泄。若在管子10所如上配合的第二连接部件30的相反侧也以上述的方法来配合另一管子10,则2个管子连接完成。尤其,上述管子10的材质为不锈钢或铜,在直径为5~50mm的情况下,管子10较容易产生变形,因而在适用如上所述的管子连接装置的情况下,具有能够阻止管子10变形且加强配合部位的效果。
图5是根据本发明的管子连接装置的实施例1的剖视图,参考图5观察如下:由于管子是通过螺纹配合而连接,因而为了防止长时间搁置时因振动及外力而发生螺纹松动,在上述第一连接部件20进一步构成有第一连接部件配合部25而与第二连接部件30配合,并具备与构成于第一连接部件20的第一连接部件配合部25连结的固定部件40,该固定部件40连结配合于对面的第一连接部件20彼此,从而能够防止螺纹松动。
图6是根据本发明的管子连接装置的实施例2的剖视图。在以字形来连接管子10的情况下,若将第二连接部件30的主体构成为字形,则能够同样地适用其它构件。
图7是根据本发明的管子连接装置的实施例3的剖视图。在以‘T’字形来连接3个管子10的情况下,若将第二连接部件30的主体构成为‘T’字形,则依然能够同样地适用其它构件。另外,在第一连接部件20构成有第一连接部件配合部25,并在第二连接部件30构成有第二连接部件配合部35,且具备辅助固定部件50,该辅助固定部件50与第一连接部件配合部25和第二连接部件配合部35连结,从而能够使配合更加牢固。
虽然结合特定的实施例及适用例来图示并说明了本发明,但本领域普通技术人员清楚在不逸出所附的权利要求书所示出的发明的精神和领域的范围内能够进行多种修改及变形。

Claims (3)

1.一种管子连接装置,用于连接至少两个以上管子,该管子连接装置其特征在于,包括:
不锈钢或铜材质的管子(10),其在连接末端部具备卡坎(11);
圆筒形第一连接部件(20),其具备圆形片簧(21)所安装的弹簧安装部(22)和上述管子(10)所贯通的管子通孔(23)且在内侧具备螺纹槽(24);以及,
第二连接部件(30),其形成有在上述管子(10)所配合的一侧安装O形环(31)的O形环安装部(32)和在外部具备螺纹(33)且内径与管子(10)内径相同的贯通部(34)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管子连接装置,其特征在于,
在上述第一连接部件(20)构成有第一连接部件配合部(25)而与第二连接部件(30)配合,并具备与构成于第一连接部件(20)的第一连接部件配合部(25)连结的固定部件(40),该固定部件(40)连结配合于对面的第一连接部件(20)彼此。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管子连接装置,其特征在于,
在第一连接部件(20)构成有第一连接部件配合部(25),并在第二连接部件(30)构成有第二连接部件配合部(35),且具备辅助固定部件(50),该辅助固定部件(50)与第一连接部件配合部(25)和第二连接部件配合部(35)连结。
